I’d appreciate both positive and critical feedback so that I know what I’m already doing well and what I should improve.

Known issue: I tend to do the chicken wing after impact. I’ve been trying to work on it to get a fuller release but I haven’t been able to break the habit yet. I’m wondering if it could be an issue related to lack of rotation, balance, or weight transfer.

Trail arm never gets elevated off your torso in the backswing. If anything it’s “lowering” down toward your torso. Big issue and robs you of the power that comes with moving the arms down early in the backswing.

Hold the “L” formed by the lead arm and the shaft longer. You are casting which is causing the chicken wing. The cast is caused by your trail arm being behind your trail hip, guessing you are taking the club inside on the back swing. Honestly that is a really good swing, very athletic and things are very close to being in the proper place.

Have you had a lesson? Because that’s step one

Not bad.  Yes you’re chicken wing left arm after impact but you know that. Need a bit more lower body rotation on downswing. Try to delay letting go of wrist hinge before impact. Hold it longer than you think. As someone here said hold L of left arm/shaft longer.

You want hands forward of ball, shaft to lean forward like you are hitting down on it and taking a divot of dirt in front of the ball. Release the wrists through impact so your left elbow looks more pointed down towards the ground on follow through. You get more speed and ball will compress getting more distance.

Would be interesting to see a down the line view but that looks very good for only playing three months. You have a pretty severe chicken wing through impact. It looks to me like you stall the hips and throw the hands at hit. At this stage I would really recommend a couple of lessons with a PGA pro though

Your swing will be immeasurably better should you wear that hat in the recommended manner.
