This 6'3 top five ranked hooper in the country has a wingspan that is half a foot longer than his height, which allows him to do things like throwing down dunks straight off, make ridiculously acrobatic layups like this, and be the best high school guard defender I've seen in a long time. Jordan Smith, the fifth ranked hooper in the country, according to ESPN, is playing Nike EBL this summer for Team Takeover. His wingspan is measured at 6'9 and he utilizes this length in numerous ways on the hardwood. Jordan is a defensive menace both on the perimeter and around the rim. Jordan is great in transition, especially off of steals, but he has no issue creating shots of his own in the half court with his smooth handles. The amount of tough finishes that Jordan had at the rim was absurd. I mean, just take a look at this clutch overtime bucket. He had over three defenders. Finishing is what Jordan is super elite at on offense, but he was also consistently bearing midies and also occasionally knocking down tray balls. Team Takeover, finishing EYBL Session 1 undefeated and Jordan Smith currently standing at the top five in points per game amongst all 17 new players showed me that he's in for a massive Summer.

  1. Saw him play at HoopHall. Dude’s a stud. Very mature game, crazy athletic and strong especially for his age and is a silent leader for his team. Future’s bright for him

  2. If your that good you dont worry about having a 3pt shot. I would recruit a whole team of shooters around the guy . Maybe some kinda 5 out crazy mess offense.
