  1. The pull up attempts from my recent one rep max competition (I weighed in at 74 kg for those wondering) 💪

This is the first time I’ve posted no-reps, but I believe this is important to do as well. Not every competition is perfect.

My chin should’ve cleared the bar horizontally, so it would’ve made more sense to go for a chin up. Even though I didn’t land a new PR, I’m not sweating it too much, since I jumped straight to 65 kg after the muscle-ups (warm-ups weren’t scheduled). I’m still planning to attempt 75 kg soon 🚀

I’ll analyze and improve. I definitely learned a lot about peaking the weighted pull up 🤓

Also, my next video is in the making, and it will include my top bodyweight exercises for biceps. Pretty excited to share some of the exercises I use, so stay tuned for that!

  2. I would argue that even 60 kg rep wasn't clean enough. I do competitions last few years and in our standards you should fix the chin above the bar. You can even help yourself out with the neck if you were able to hook over the bar with the chin

  3. Wouldn't arm length (ape index) play a huge role here if the criteria is some shit like til where your chin clears it?

  4. Crazy Bro, keep it up 💪
But don‘t do weighted Pull Ups regulary, cuz it can damage your nerves and you can have feet twitching while doing weighted pull ups. And you can also have pain at your blls

  5. If you used a slightly narrower grip, move it would be easier to close the end range of the pullup

  6. А как так не засчитали ? Если первый подход полностью такой же по контролю.

  7. Just a little of ego) My best 62kg with cleaner form (straight neck, neck touch bar, few second fixation), and most imortant my bw 59kg.
