Hey guys! Some months ago i made one post about my backyard. Some friends introduce me golf and since there my life have changed a lot. I got lunatic and made 9 holes par 3 in my backyard, with drive range , putting green and chipping green. All the conditions of a golf clinic or a private academy. Now i have made the process of approval and now im a official course in the nacional federation.
Ive built a community, still small with 30+ members but only have passed 13 months since i made the first sketch in my book. So everything have been very fast for the time golf have in my life. Sorry if my english is poor and simple but im not the best on it.
Now i believe i have find my passion. I want to keep making courses. I want to make now a normal course with 9 holes in my area, cause with my little par3 course im still the only one in this region.For that i will need to sell this project(my house). And now is the question. Where and how do i sell this specific type of house since im not in a region of golf , i dont have nothing im my region to compare but i have at 100 km south and 100km north the best courses of the country. Aprecciate any help!!

You built 9 holes with amazing grass in less than a year? Most cc’s spend 1-2 years just getting the dirt and top layer ready. Nice job!

i cannot begin to tell you how impressive this is and how envious i am , so first question is do you want to adopt a 52 year old male from australia ? i am (mostly) house trained
and i hate to ask but just incase you already have one …any chance of a longer drone video with a tee to green flyover for each hole as i could watch this all day … even if you want to do a 9 hole course video log walking as through each hole as you play it … as an idea if have any videos of the start to finish it would probably get lots of views on utube (maybe invite a youtuber to come stay/play and get some free advertising) and the views might help pay for the next one 🙂
