I am submitting a video of my swing and would greatly appreciate it if anyone can Analyze and diagnose potential causes for this significant distance inconsistency. Give any critique of my current swing mechanics.
Start with shortening the back swing and see what happens. Be careful in asking for advice here. There are lots of different swings and lots of different opinions on said swings. Get a lesson too

Ok, you gotta loosen up the hands and arms . That follow through hurts to watch. You stop all rotation and fall back. Weight goes to the left butt and left heel. Swing plane is mirrored on the follow through not straight up. The flow of the swing is like throwing. Look at the release and imagine trying to throw a ball with what your right hand is doing. In a lesson I’d be working with you on day 1 stuff. In day 1 you learn the grip the stance, tempo and impact position.
You are extremely off on impact position. There are a lot of good things happening in your swing . They all don’t matter with missing fundamentals

Less is more. Think 80%.effort. Try to finish facing the target weight on left foot and toe of right foot . The inconsistent strike is the reason for varying distance.

Out of all the things you can do, do one thing for me. That backswing that yanks your neck? Stop doing that. That is never correct.

P6 and P7 are where you want to put all your speed and power to use.
