shot on the par three sets up perfect for the leftander. A little draw to this front right pin position. Oh, taking advantage. Beautiful. Now David Poo for his birdie. He’s on top alone now. No surprise. Let’s go to Germany’s Freddy shot. It’s a cool unit. He’s going to like this. 17 party hole in left today. Up and over a shoulder here for Mim with Lee for Birdie. One of the world’s biggest bunkers to confront the moment you stand on the tea. It’s 17 of the party hole. Always thought it’s a left-hander hole. Come on, baby. Oh, this man impervious to the pressure at the moment and he is stroking them beautifully. Who’s again the outright leader and it looks as if he’ll have at least a two-shot lead. Let’s get out to the course when you d his right and in much needed two with one over for the day to there. That levels things out. Just going to try and cut this one into this back right pin. Just soaring off a little sixiron there, Nick. And this one is fading back beautifully. This looks amazing. Well, you couldn’t put it in a better spot. The lead is now three. It looks pretty good. They are peppering the pit on the party hole. Daniel Juliet needs this. Pause it in. You think you’d learn from the first two, wouldn’t you, Ally? In this one, he’s been hoisted. Why up in the green? Looks like a good length in the air. That’s a cracker before. Can he do it again? Surely not. Oh, what a shot. [Applause] And that might not be his limit. Daniel Gale has really emerged and leading the tournament. I thought that wasn’t the wise option, but that’s why he’s leading. Turned out to be a great choice. What a shot. What Tati showing. Could it have been Mark Leeman? A second to himself for now. Huge What a week. And down in it. He said he needed to make one and make it he did. Couldn’t have come quick enough. 156 for men here. And this one on a very, very good line. The wind has dropped. Oh, good shot. That wasn’t too far from a slam dunk. Another one joins the minus 13 club. One of the star attractions this weekend, Marco Pench. Yes, extremely capable player. Superstar really. And look at this to finish. Almost a two for Pench. Off it goes. And it’s right by it. He is not letting up. David Poo. Still time to party. They are [Applause] Oh, center cut. Poor chip. Great puck. Daniel Guile. One more throw. He will be the second happiest man. Alishman up the left side here on 16. Wedge in hand. The feeling he’s going to be taking dead aim. He certainly did. over ahead of Adam Scott here at 17. This is not easy alli. Big right to left bundling down to the hole. Can he? Yes. Adam Scott gets the party pumping. A long bomb from the local hero. An occasion to savor for Spain. Victory for David Pew in the BMW Australian PGA. Well, the last time a Spaniard won the PGA was sea steer back in 1981 at Royal Melbourne. He’s going to go down in the history books. That’s where he’s going next. David Puge, flawless out there today. So, there are the final standings. step in the other direction for Ricardo Gua. But so much of playing in the final group, his trial and error, Nick. Got to work it out one way or another. Certainly do. And sealed with a kiss, the Joe Kirkwood Cup in the hands of our winner, David Pew. Yes. Thank you very much, Matt. Your third professional victory, but your first DP World Tour win. done it at such a a tournament with such a rich history. It has an illustrious list of champions, including your countryman, Sevie Bayister, back in 1981. How sweet does this victory taste? No. Yeah, it feels feels amazing. Um, you know, really had a lot of u close calls um in a few events, you know, um throughout this year and last year and kind of wasn’t able to, you know, pull it through and, you know, it feels unbelievable, especially winning here in Australia and they have awesome awesome golf. So, I’m really really excited and happy. Starting out today, there were 20 or 30 players that had a chance to win this tournament. By the fourth hole, it was yours to lose. How nervous were you starting the day? Because that was quite an emphatic beginning. Oh, yeah. I mean, I was pretty nervous to be fair. Um, you know, especially, you know, you’re kind of thinking about the past a little bit, you know, what what I could have done a little better. um you know and and yeah, I mean I was definitely nervous but I think I you know I kind of kind of kept my my composure really well and obviously that start helped a lot. Well, conversely coming down the stretch you had a few people throwing in a challenge at you but you were so unflapable you kept attacking, kept playing aggressively. Were you aware of the situation? No. Yeah, for sure. Um you know it’s kind of hard in this golf course. Um you still need to attack a little bit right and with with these greens and and how how tough they are. Um, and yeah, I mean I was definitely aware. Um, but you know, managed to to do a good job of it. And finally, you’ve got a lot of Spanish friends and your fiance here. Anyone in particular you’d like to thank? No, I mean obviously everybody, right? But, you know, my my fiance um she’s been with me, you know, throughout the last seven years. Um, she’s she’s incredible. also, you know, my parents, um, her family, you know, they’re I think we’re a really, um, close group, you know, really we we get along really well and, you know, it’s it’s just amazing the support I get and and yeah, I’m really excited about it. We won’t hold you up any longer. Congratulations. Go and make it official. Thanks. To watch another DP World Tour video, click here. And to subscribe, click

In general the DP coverage is awful. This is just a “let’s cram in as many shots as possible” reel and normally it’s all about following McIlroy regardless of where he finishes in the field
Nick Voke is the man 🙌
