Tiger Woods’ flagship restaurant, The Woods Jupiter, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a refreshed culinary vision and a nod to the GOAT’s personal pizza passion.
Located in Harbourside Place, the venue has long been a magnet for fans seeking an upscale twist on the sports-bar experience. Now, a new chapter begins with a global culinary influence and a wood-fired pizza bar that promises craftsmanship in every bite.
At the helm is Chef Luis Castaneda, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate born in Peru, which some hail as the world’s culinary capital. Castaneda, formerly sous chef at the restaurant, steps into the executive role with a mission: “to create a dining experience that celebrates flavor, culture and connection.”
His menu blends locally and sustainably sourced ingredients with international flair, drawing inspiration from Peruvian, Italian and Japanese cuisines.
The anniversary rollout includes a Marra Forni brick pizza oven, a state-of-the-art centerpiece for scratch-made Neapolitan-style pies. Guests can watch pizzaioli at work while savoring creations like the Prosciutto Bianca, layered with mozzarella, caramelized onions, basil, arugula, and bacon, or the Hot Honey Pepperoni (Tiger’s favorite we’re told) finished with a sweet heat drizzle. For those craving classics, the Margherita remains a staple.

The Woods new pizza offerings nod to Tiger Woods’ personal passion for scratch-made pizza. Or so we’re told.
Beyond pizza, the menu introduces savories such as grilled octopus with Peruvian yellow pepper sauce, and playful updates like deviled eggs with black truffle cream and candied bacon. Entrées range from Ora king salmon with Parmesan velouté to lamb shank and polenta in a red wine demi-glace, alongside prime steaks enhanced with Oscar-style and espresso-rubbed crusts.
Dessert lovers can indulge in a new homemade chocolate cake or stick with favorites like Key Lime pie and crème brûlée.
Not all has been par for the course at Tiger Woods’ Jupiter restaurant

While The Woods Jupiter has become a culinary landmark, its journey hasn’t been without controversy.
In 2019, the restaurant faced headlines when Tiger Woods and his then-girlfriend Erica Herman were named in a wrongful death lawsuit following a fatal crash involving a staff member in 2018. Herman, the restaurant’s manager at the time, was later dropped from the suit, as was Woods.
A related lawsuit against the restaurant was dismissed by a Florida judge, a decision that was upheld on appeal in 2023.
Also in 2023, The Post reported that Herman challenged her nondisclosure agreement with Woods, citing the Speak Out Act’s sexual-assault exemption as the legal basis for voiding it. The claim that drew national attention and renewed scrutiny of the golfer’s personal life.
These legal battles, though resolved, underscore the complexities behind the polished veneer of celebrity-owned establishments.
Despite these challenges, The Woods Jupiter has maintained its reputation as a premier dining destination in northern Palm Beach County, evolving through menu innovations and leadership changes.
