❌️ Early extend
❌️ Get steep in transition

No worries, it’s just sequence.

In the downswing, we’re shooting to have the pelvis begin to unwind first, followed by the chest, then once our COM lines up with our net directional ground force, we extend and the arms fire.

All right, you ready for an absolutely amazing tip sl feel for getting your down swing started? So, what I want you to do, go up to the top and I want you to feel this left hip get as far away from this left shoulder as you can possibly get it by the time your lead arm gets pulled down to parallel to the ground. So, what do we notice here? My knees are lined up with my feet. My hands are still in my shirt. From here, I’m going to keep turning that pelvis, but now my chest can really start to rip and I can start to extend. Okay. So, when you’re up at the top, if you’re somebody who pulls on the handle or if you’re somebody who struggles getting the upper body to go first or go along with the pelvis, get that left hip super far away from that left shoulder.
