A number of new tenants are expected to open at a Lancaster County shopping center next year.

An indoor golf franchise, a baseball and softball training facility and a gym are among the new tenants that will open at The Shops @Rockvale at 35 S. Willowdale Drive in East Lampeter Township.

“We’re building more than a shopping destination; we’re creating a community,” Kristi Burkholder, commercial property manager at The Shops @Rockvale, said in a news release. “Each new tenant adds to the energy and diversity of the experience here, from fitness and recreation to family fun, great food and essential services. It’s exciting to see residents and visitors rediscover this area in a whole new way.”

The new tenants include:

AutoZone, the automotive replacement parts and accessories chain, is expected to open in the early spring.W.O.L.F. Fitness, a gym franchise, will open in early 2026. Amenities include a sauna, cold plunge, turf area, posing room, and a supplement store. The franchise is owned by Danielle Goshert and Shaun Witmer.Miniature Realms & Adventures, a tabletop fantasy gaming experience, will open in early 2026.The Cage Baseball and Softball Training Facility will open next to the Lee Wrangler Store in early 2026. Along with event space and small retail offerings, the facility will include batting cages for both training and recreational use.Ezzy Eats Authentic Mexican Restaurant will open its first brick-and-mortar location. Ezzy Eats is currently a food truck. The restaurant will offer casual sit-down and takeout service featuring Mexican cuisine. The restaurant is on track to open in early spring 2026.Back Nine Golf, an indoor golf franchise, is slated to open by early 2026. Membership includes 24/7 access to indoor golf simulators.

The new tenants are part of Fernmoor’s $100 million plan to revitalize the Shops @Rockvale into a mixed-use development with 480 luxury apartments and more than 50 retail, dining, and entertainment options.

Fernmoor officials said the company is spending $1.2 million in roof replacements across most commercial buildings; $600,000 on renovating the building that will house AutoZone, and $360,000 for new EV charging stations.

Demolition and site work are ongoing to prepare for the apartment buildings, with foundation work and vertical construction on the first 128-unit phase expected to begin within the next few weeks.
