Hey everyone, welcome back on channel. My name is Zach with Meta Endurance and we are very fortunate today to be with Nick, founder and CEO at Norda. Nick, last year you introduced a special shoe which I loved and the markets really enjoyed as well, the 005 and now you have something close to 005, but it’s not the 005. What do we have Nick? Yeah, this is like the rowdy step brother of the 005. Um, it’s great to see you again. Um, yeah, this is a max stack version. Uh, this is our new allterrain, all mountain shoe that we’re going to be releasing in 2026. Now, Nick, the 005 came with a few very special components. The upper, the midsole arel TPE, a Vbra Megrip Elite outsole. What did you keep here? What did you change and why? Yeah, basically we only go higher. So, basically, we kept everything and we just amplified it. So, like all of our shoes, 100% uh daineea, biiobased daineea upper, extremely wide weave, very breathable, excellent water drainage. What’s different on this shoe is a custom knit collar, so none of the debris can enter. And as well, so the fit is really dialed in. A lot of people really like that dialed in fit, and so that’s what we did. The midsole, exactly what we always do. It’s 100% Arnotel TPE with a 5 mm higher stack to just give even more power. And then on the bottom, brand new Mega Grip Elite uh Nordis hole plate. Nick, yeah, you you just mentioned the um Daineea upper. Is it exactly the same knitting? Is it exactly the same thickness or did you change something here? And then still with the upper, a second question. This geometry, this design here on the collar, it’s the first time for Norda. Do you think this is something that the market will enjoy? Yeah, great question. Um, it’s the same upper as the 005. It’s our proprietary Kenichi Daineea that’s called. So, again, almost entirely woven daea, near perfection in our uh opinion. So, we brought it over to this shoe. What’s different though is you have the custom knit collar which is covers the foot and it becomes one with the daea. So, so it’s all sort of attached and sewn together to really hold the foot in place. Um, look, each one of our shoes are for a very specific purpose. It’s a very specific tool. Um, I don’t know if many more of our shoes will have this in future or not. We’ll have to see what the response is. I’m just telling you, I’m personally really liking it and I’m one of our toughest critics and uh yeah, I think we’ve done a pretty good job with this one. Now, Nick, being very specific with you here because I know that you like the geeky stuff. What’s the insole? Did you keep the same insole as on the 005 the sock liner? Uh or did you change something here? Only you would know to ask me that question. Um yes, it’s a brand new uh molded insole. It’s also ETP only the finest, but it is a molded one. Arnital or of course it’s arnitel. What do you think it is? Only the finest. There you go. Only you to do this. Uh Nick, um Mitchell, you mentioned the stack. Can you give us numbers in the heel in the foroot, please? Yeah. So, we’re not releasing too many of the stats just yet. Um but it’s 38 in the back, 31 in the front, and it’s 7 mm of drop. 38 mm of 100% Arnel TPE. My heart is beating faster and faster. Nick, you know what resiliency that gives? That gives a 79% rebound just to put in perspective. And there’s no carbon in our shoes. Like, it’s pretty crazy. Um, Nick, you mentioned the outsole. What’s different um compared to the 005? I think also maybe you can refer to the 001A because there’s similarities here, I guess. Great. That’s pretty much exactly it. For an all- mountain shoe, we wanted to make sure that we had uh the most grip possible and the most grip possible for all conditions. Okay. So, it’s a Mega Grip Elite sole plate. So, we’re using the finest rubber technology from Vibram. And you’re exactly right. We went back to our original 001 sole plate design, 5mm lugs. It’s the identical lug placement also with the carbide spike steel placements where we have uh the spikes. But what we did is we shaved out some of the intermediary lines that we had just to lighten it up. Um yeah, and that’s what we’ve done. So this is an entirely new sole plate that’s going to feature on the shoe. Now Nick, of course, one of the pressing question will be when can people find this shoe on the shelves in their favorite running stores and also how much uh change will they have to sacrifice to get uh this shoe? Yeah, look uh shoes already in production. It is not a myth. This is not just like, you know, a vision here at TR. It is going to release in late spring, probably early summer 2026. It will set you back $325. It is the finest. Do you happen to know the EU price or maybe not yet? I don’t know. What is the um 005? 340 if I’m not mistaken. 340 or is it 320? Yeah, something like that. I think it’s 320 or 305. Something like that. Yeah, somewhere around there. Okay. So, it’s going to same stay the same. Also in Europe. Same. Yeah. No, we’re not putting it higher. It’s exactly the same, which is remarkable as well. More material, same price point.
