The 2025 Hero World Challenge takes center stage this week, bringing together an elite 20-man field. Hosted by Tiger Woods, whose foundation operates the event, the tournament once again brings star power and prestige to the Albany Golf Course in the Bahamas. Leading the charge is Scottie Scheffler, the world No. 1, defending champion, and two-time winner of this event. He’ll be joined by a stacked lineup featuring several major champions and top-ranked stars such as J.J. Spaun, Justin Rose, Hideki Matsuyama and Jordan Spieth, plus a host of 2025 Ryder Cup participants including Robert MacIntyre, United States captain Keegan Bradley, Cameron Young and Sam Burns.

Se applying some early pressure to Scotty and all of a sudden the lead Kurt has ballooned to three. Seth’s really good at you know staying just in his lane as well doing had that great start yesterday. First six holes. How about this shot in here? Huh? See if he attacks this back into the breeze. Oh, beautiful. Yeah, these greens are a little bit softer as well. We got some rain this morning that came through the area. Except this ball is sitting down a little bit. Very easy to mis hit this one, but this appears to be quality contact. What a beautiful shot. That was really well judged, especially with Scotty in there close for Eagle. Not backing down. He has not been happy with a few of his reads today. I would agree with that. Got a couple of makeable putts for Eagle so far. three and now here at six. There you go. So the birdie to get it to 20 under par and out to the right of the hole. Conservative play. Be a similar puck that we just saw from Hideki Matsyama. He’s puted so well this week. hasn’t made anything yet today. Slides to that left side. Maybe that’s where kickstarts him. Stevie, never count him out. He’s birdied seven every single day this week. Now 223 yds today. Little wind off the right. Comes all the way in the back. He’s going to have to smash this five to get it all the way back there. And looks like he did. 145 mph ball speed. Just stopped. We did have some rain come through earlier today. Yes, here in the Bahamas we did. Just yes. Makeable indeed. Thinking about JJ. He’s like, “Hey, what about me here? I’m trying to get a regular birdie.” Good opening front nine for JJ Spawn. It’s a lot of birdies. Four birdies in his last five holes after that bogey. typically see a low trajectory in a threequarter finish, but he went after this one. And while you seen it spin off the green, maybe should have taken an extra club. While those drives were being hit, Alex played this one. I think you’re going to be able to spin this. We saw from JJ. Another good one. Norin trying to keep pace and he does. You’re going to have to, especially with the wind being slightly down in soft greens. Got to have to make birdies. See if he can get the guesswork right. Boy, it took a very soft first bounce, but is releasing now. That is a terrific play in terms of pace. Well done. Good imagination, you know, being a little downed and into the grain. This would be some up and down. You know, it’s a part of the game he struggled with yesterday, but today he has looked unbelievable around the greens. That may even get up. Not going to hurt him. This should just gently move right to left. It’s tracking. Come on with Hideki. He’s just stealing birdies now. Look at that scorecard. Third for JJ off the green at 16. No question with who was in front of him at the beginning of the day. We’ told him if it putt for a playoff he would have taken it in a heartbeat. Yes it did. Norn with a putt at the last. What a fall for this guy. Terry hitting a draw right of the flag. Good shot. Hit a little softer than it did in regulation there. Stayed right there. Right at it. Big club twirl. Oh yeah, Matiyama advantage indeed. It responded. Sat right there. What a shot there. Bones read that perfectly, too. coming back to the right. Just went a little more left early than he thought.
