In the simulator today I noticed that my 7 iron was consistently 4-5 degrees too up at impact. My normal ball flight is a draw and my typical miss is a snap hook. Could these be correlated? (Ignore the fact that this ball went left to right, that’s rare for me)

Think about it. If the toe is up, the face will be pointing to the left. You can do it with your hand. Start with a flat palm, then angle it backwards as if it were loft. Now raise your fingers. Your palm is now pointing to the left.
Hooks or fades are caused by a combination of club path and face angle. That’s it. Good luck.
Imagine constantly hitting on a 4° slope ball above your feet. More or less what’s occurring here. Your size, posture and mostly your swing affects this so something to address.
A portion of even tour players mess with their lie angle flat or upright so also something that’ll help you out.
It promotes draw spin on the ball…you can still slice a toe up strike…face angle and swing path will dictate actual direction…id be more concered about that over toe up or down at impact…then once you can consistently square the face look into lie angle adjustments
