One lesson will be worth more than anything you find here. Make sure it’s a good pro though and not just some washed up average Joe. Swing is looking decent, the potential is there. Don’t neglect your short game, don’t be afraid of bunkers, they’re much easier to deal with than people think.

Looks like you’ve gotten through the common early problems; you’re making contact and elevating the ball while creating rotation with your whole body. You’re probably ready for a lesson or two with emphasis on building a training regimen.

Try to keep your head from dipping and leaning forward
utu29191uanhd88rg2
u lock out ur trail leg completely on the backswing, it’s causing ur upper body to reverse pivot towards the target and dip down towards the ball, once ur in that position at the top it’s basically impossible to make a good swing
RollnRok
Get a grip trainer, not saying everyone has to do it the same but some overlap is usually required to generate speed and whip at impact. Right pinky finger should lay over the top of and between the left pinky and ring finger. In the video we should only see 3 fingers of your left hand. Also try focusing on rotating the hips through a little earlier, bit like winding up a spring, start at the hips and left the shoulders follow.

Practicing is borderline a waste of time at your level if you aren’t working with a coach.
You’re getting better at something, because you are practicing. But what you’re getting better at isn’t really a golf swing.
Go get a lesson. Grind away at the things the coach gives you, get another lesson a couple months after and they will correct what you aren’t doing right from the previous lesson and give you some more to work on.
If you have enough money make the lessons more frequent.
Its really that simple.

What I do is try to flat load my feet, so I can snap load my power package. That way I can amplify both lag and drag pressure through impact fix. As long as my number two power accumulator doesn’t break down, I can reach maximum centripetal force with minimum pivotal resistance. You see, the pivot is the utilization of multiple centers to produce a circular motion for generating centrifugal force on an adjusted plane plus the maintenance of balance is necessary to promote the two line delivery path

Lessons and practice. You’re off to a good start. You’re VERY stiff and overextended in the arms with too much left knee flex in the takeaway.

Don’t listen to random ppl on the internet. Seriously.
Lots of comments here will have good things… but you’re going to go to the range and think about everything ppl said on here and hit it worse or youre going to focus on something that may be right but you’ll he unable to fix it due to another issue the commenter didnt see on here.
Get a lesson from a pro. Someone who understands cause and effect of the golf swing and can give you a simple practice plan to work on on the range. This will be far more valuable and beneficial.
This is not meant as a shot at the comments on here or anywhere else online….you will get good information but information by itself will many times only confuse you and not help and if its not coming from a teaching pro whose watched your swing will alot of times not pin point the underlying issues of a swing flaw. Just get a lesson, its worth it

First move = right elbow stays glued to your body. At least it should feel that way. Swing from the inside to out a little more. Will help with the distance. Looks good otherwise. Find a way to be hitting balls twice a week for the next year.

YouTube Gill Giles videos. I like him the best.
But I’d fix that grip and work on proper hinging, your trail hand never folds. Should be holding a tray at top of back swing.
But in all honesty quit doing full swing and practice 9 to 3 swings and feet together swings. A good swing is built up from the first moment of the take away, with a proper grip. The downswing will be effortless when a proper backswing is performed.

Turn your hips through impact. Right now your hips are basically parallel with your feet line at impact. You want to try to imagine having your belt buckle pointed more at your target at impact.

You need to loosen up. Your swing is a bit robotic.
oVENTURAo
You swing like Donald Trump
SunkTheBirdie
Left hand down, avoid inside takeaway (Jake Hutt) down w/left
You dip your head and then raise it again on your downswing. This can lead to inconsistent contact and hitting off the toe. This shot appears to be off the toe a bit. I struggle with this as well, it isn’t easy to fix.
I think you could start your hip turn earlier in your swing. This will allow you to get your hips more open at contact. Start turning your hips and straightening your front leg at the top of your backswing or soon after. This can generate more power and promote a better club path by getting the hips open.
I’m not an expert but I have done many lessons, and I had these same problems in my swing.
iAMtheBULLET
Bring you hips through slightly quicker. Also maybe don’t pull pck sd much for more control.

For that particular club, you’re standing a little too close, and so your hands/wrists at address are in an awkward position. Shaft is too upright. Step back about 2 inches and let your hands fall naturally. This extra space is necessary to let your hands clear your hips on the downswing.
I think your takeaway is actually pretty good and so are your angles at the top of your backswing. Wouldn’t change anything in your backswing.
But again, because of your issues at address, your downswing has issues to contend with. You’re too close, so you start to stand up as you attack. This happens because your body naturally fights to create the space necessary to make contact. Stepping back those 2in will allow you to stay down and delay extension until after contact.
WhyNotGolf
Honestly, you have a good start. But for now, your feet are too close and it’s causing all sorts of compensations. Your hips are a more “correct” distance from the ball, but you should be trying to get the feet and the hips a bit more stacked on top of eachother for a better posture and start to the swing. This will also correct a handful of other things in the swing without even needing to think about it! Good luck, and find yourself a good coach. You’re going to do awesome!

Lessons but posture could be improved and your head moves a lot through your swing
Tryingtoruinthewalk
Practice everything 100 yds in. There’s a reason Ben Hogan pitching wedges were called equalizer wedges for decades. When you play well 100 in your scores will drop. You’ll also get better at making consistent contact that will crossover to all your irons. Also focus on one thing at a time. A lot has to go right with a swing if you’re trying to fix it all at once you’ll carry a ton of mental baggage with to the shot and your swing will end up feeling like sitting in an unfolded lawn chair. Truth is your swing isn’t bad for 3 months in golf is a game of hills, plateaus and valleys when it comes to development.

You’re leading with your arms.
Lead with your hips. Chubbs was right.
Your hips drive the truck. Your hips should move ahead of your arms, both on the upswing and downswing.
geekMD69
I am guessing you usually hit balls that start right and/or curve left to right to various degree. And if you get the club face around you pull it hard left.
First, don’t lock that right knee.
Second, less hip turn and tilt. More shoulder turn.
That should get you in better position at the top with your hands higher.
That should allow you to drop into a better swing path inside to out or more square.
That camera angle shows your swing well and if you have the time/$ for lessons that can show you each swing as you make adjustments so you can see AND feel each change.
I have always had similar swing issues so I feel your pain. 😱
