There’s something truly special about filming a wedding for someone you care about. Ashlei and I both teach at Aiea High School, so when she asked me to capture her big day, it was an honor in every way.
Their ceremony took place at Kapolei Golf Club, surrounded by wide open views, soft island breezes, and that perfect Hawaiian sunshine. Simple, emotional, and full of meaning and it’s everything a wedding should be.
The celebration continued at the Hawaii Okinawa Center, where family and friends filled the night with laughter, heartfelt speeches, and endless dancing. Days like this remind me why I love telling love stories through film.
