Hann Philippines, developer of the Hann Resorts brand of integrated resorts (IR) in the Philippines, has announced a new golf-focussed property, Hann Reserve, set to open in the New Clark City, Tarlac, come February 2026.

With a 450-ha masterplan and an investment value of US$4 billion, Hann Reserve represents Hann Resorts’ largest project to date. The newest project follows the soft opening of Hann Casino Resort in the Clark Freeport Zone in December 2021.

Hann Reserve will feature three 18-hole championship golf courses, a wellness zone, a PGA golf academy, and luxury real estate.

Billed as “the official home of the PGA of America in the Philippines”, golf will be front and centre at the resort.

Its 18-hole championship golf courses include the mountaintop The Dragons Landing by Nicklaus Design and Six Moons by K.J. Choi Design, a parkland-style course.

The two courses will be open to the public, while Caverns Deep by Faldo Design – a valley course set among natural waterways and waterfalls – will offer membership opportunities linked to the real estate component.

Through its partnership with the PGA of America, Hann Resorts will debut a PGA Academy in the Philippines.

There will be an international school to provide pathways for talents from around the world pursuing careers within the golf industry.

To align with global best practices, Hann Reserve is working with IMG, a global sports and lifestyle management company, on pre-opening preparations and service training.

Hann Reserve will feature a wellness facility promoting both rejuvenation and sustainable leisure experiences.

Meanwhile, accommodation at the IR will span a collection of luxury villas and branded residences.
