This is the strangest driving range I have ever been to. I’d love to know how they collect the balls. This is Galena Ridge Golf Course in Kellogg Idaho. Was driving through with a buddy and we decided to make a pit stop for a quick 9. Beautiful course. Has anyone ever seen a range like this?

Brentwood GC in Michigan has a range where you just hit balls into some nasty overgrown swamp, pretty strange!

Not sure if this is common but Eagle Hills in Eagle, ID has a pond you hit into.

Before I read your post, I was like “ohh! Finally one Ive been to Galena!”
What a gem this course is. How do you think they pick balls from that range? It’s literally wilderness.
Edit. Damn I should’ve read your entire post. Yeah I have no idea. I assume it’s where Range balls goto die, or they pick it by hand.
I heard the guy ran out of money, and that’s why it’s only 9 spectacular golf holes. But, let me tell you boys, if you ever find yourself in northern Idaho with 2 hours to burn, don’t sleep on this track just because it’s only nine holes, you’ll want to play all nine again afterwards.
It looks like a sniper course range
