Hey all – see below. My swing is all over the place. If I swing naturally I slice it a country mile. When I do what the people say I get better shots but it’s very uncomfortable. I’ve never hit the type of shot people talk about feeling like it it’s not a ton of effort

Your top fault is swaying toward the target in the backswing. That side‑to‑side move can push the club on a outside path and make you slice. Cue: keep your weight centered and rotate your chest around your spine instead of sliding.
Your setup also looks a bit too upright; tilt your upper body forward a bit and relax the wrists so the club stays on a steadier plane. Tempo seems a touch quick for the wedge-slowing down a notch can help you feel these cues and smooth the swing.

*Camera angle, steadiness, and recording speed directly affect swing-analysis accuracy.*
Others can comment on swing mechanics. But something that fixed my consistency over night is called tour tempo.
You can have a fast swing, slow swing, etc but all tour players basically have a 3-1 ratio.
There’s an app called ‘tour tempo’ in AppStore that’s like 5 bucks (non subscription).
Get the app, choose the speed of your swing (yours is probably like 18/6) but it’s fun to experiment with different speeds
Practice swinging with AirPods in to the noise of it. Then try it with hitting balls.
When I go to the range, I usually spend my first 3 minutes doing this as warm up.
