With the 35th pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the Seattle Seahawks select Nick Mmari, DB, South Carolina. Here’s another one where the operative word is big. He was recruited as a linebacker before moving to safety as a freshman. And Booger when he ran 438 at the combine. You knew he would hear his name called early in this draft. No doubt Granny. The first thing that stands out is the size. 6’3, 220 lbs. He ran 43. He vertical jumped 43, broad jumped 11. And the thing you notice about him, he reminds me of Derwin James big safety you can bring down in the box. the run stopping ability, the physical prowess. I think right now currently he best used near the line of scrimmage very similar to Duran James, but he also has a little read and react to him the way the Ravens use Kyle Hamilton. He can drop back and key diagnose and read and break on the ball. The rare big safety with the athleticism, the ability to come down and play the run, the speed and the athleticism also to go back and play the pass. This is the guy that you want primarily near the ball and he’ll make a ton of plays for you. very similar to the way the Dury James does for the Chargers and the way that Hamilton does for the Ravens. Yeah, Mike McDonald is from Kyle Hamilton. Kyle Hamilton slid down when he projected to go a lot higher for the Baltimore Ravens. The head coach you want the guy who I call him the unique freak. There’s not many 63 230lb safeties that run 438 that were productive three straight years. Intercepted passes making plays in the box all over the field and Nick War for Mike McDonald. I’m sure he seems like Kyle Hamilton that don’t they just don’t come along very often, guys. You don’t find guys like that like Hamilton and now Eman warrior and malachide starts by the way went to the Baltimore Ravens where McDonald came from both the Ravens and the New York get top two safeties in this draft. That almost makes too much sense right you know Mike McDonald sitting there looking at John Snder the general manager going get me him take him right now I know exactly what to do with the guy but that profile just makes sense. Uh we mentioned Cleveland.

So crazy, last night I was looking thru potential picks and I seen this dude, thought to myself "Kam Chancellor 2.0" nah!! no way they'll actually get to pick him.. an bam! I am pumped, I am sad to see them take the TE Arroyo over edge rusher Mike Green, and I was really hoping they would take Sanders over Milroe, but I understand why everyone is passing him up. No one wants to deal with his father..

I’m ecstatic! I think we addressed our 2 biggest needs with our first 2 picks. Day 1 starter at guard (hopefully) and we needed a Strong Safety. Coby Bryant is Nice, but I didn’t think he’d fill the role Rashawn Jenkins was in
Dudes 6'4 230 something pounds and runs a 4.3 40 yard dash… Yeah this dudes gonna be a Stud lmao then we took QB Milroe who runs a 4.4 40 and all 4 picks we took Guard TE SS and QB all 4 of them graded number 1 at their positions in the athleticism grades we got 4 absolute freak athletes, couldnt be more hyped about our draft so far
