I thought I would mix it up a little this week and I have split this video over 5 days. In the following order.

Monday – upper body
Tuseday – lower body
Wednesday – back and shoulders
Thursday – cardio
Friday – Core
+
Friday the combine video all videos put together.

Each exercise is 1 minute long and we try to work through with no rest if you do need to pause the video at any point please feel free.
