[Music] [Applause] [Music] Th for three. Can’t get it to go. And a loose ball foul against Indiana. And the emotions at the opposite end come pouring out of the Thunder. So much expected all season long. One of the greatest regular seasons in NBA history. 68 wins and now on the verge of an NBA championship of seeing all that you work for, all the practices, all the road trips, all the nights in a hotel and it comes to this, there’s got to be no better feeling. There is no better feeling. And I’ve been on both sides of this. I lost in three of these. Shot clock is off. They’ll run it out. The Thunder have taken the NBA by storm. For the first time, the NBA champion resides in Oklahoma City. The storybook season is complete. [Music] Heat up here. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] NBA. They were the best team in basketball from start to finish. and they’re the youngest NBA champion in 48 years. Remember, this was a Thunder team just three seasons ago, won 24 games. Their first title and certainly a potential for more, though that’s never guaranteed. They may have been the favorites. But they had to fight tooth and nail in this series against a terrific Pacer team. Mike second youngest team in history to reach an NBA finals. It took them seven games, but this is a high character care factor high across the board. All take their profession seriously. And how about Chad? He scuffled the last two games on the offensive end. 18 big points. a monster on the defensive end. Your big three, Jaylen Williams and Shay Gildas Alexander, that’s a special young group. DB, those tears are because of how hard he has worked. Thank you, Mike Shay. This is what you dreamt about from the time you were a little kid, becoming an NBA champion. Just tell us what’s going through your mind right now. It doesn’t feel real. Um, so many hours, so many moments, so many emotions, so many nights of disbelief. So many nights of belief. Hell yeah, dude. It’s crazy to know that we’re all here, but this group worked for it. This group put in the hours and we deserved this. I want to ask you about this game when Tyrese Hallebertton went down. They kept fighting and initially it looked like you guys were the one that had the the let down. Just how were you able to get things back on track once you came out of the locker room? That’s when you took over the game in the third quarter. Yeah, we had 24 minutes to go get it. 24 minutes to finish our season. It was either going to be bad, it was going to be pretty. Um, and we did everything we could. Jed’s defense. Here he comes now. Jets defense at the rim. Just what impact did that have on this game? Yeah, he affects the game at a high level every night. Tonight was no different. He was everywhere blocking shots, rotating, switching on guards. He’s amazing and so much more room to grow. We saw you celebrating with your wife, with your family. What do you think you will remember most about this game seven? Um, the fun I had tonight. The moment was amazing. The fans were amazing. Um, and it was so much fun. Exactly what I expected. Congratulations to you. I’ll see you up on stage in a little bit. Thank you, Mike.

  1. Paul George wanting to team with Kawhi got us Shai and Jalen Williams. Can’t believe how well this worked out.

  2. Man I think of this finals as a win win it's not like the nfl we got good match ups! Congrats to sga and okc they were really just unstoppable all year 💯❤️

  3. Someone tuning in from the 1980's/1990's:
Was this "celebration" after winning their first game, or their division? Do the players and fans really care?
Why is everyone in the stands wearing the same shirt. Are they in a cult?
Why is the home team wearing dark uniforms?

Modern sports leagues really suck, especially the NBA. No wonder Finals ratings are down 50%.

  4. From Ohio, Oklahoma City Thunder's congratulations on winning the 2025 NBA Championship & thank you for taking down the Pacers!

  5. I have been replaying this moment non stop, im beyond proud of this team. I just wish russ and kd and even harden could have had this🩵 russ and kd sold their soul for our team💪

  6. I've lived in OKC all my life. Never imagined my city would win a national championship. I attended the parade. I saw the trophy and a championship team on the streets I grew up on. It was surreal

  7. My NBA memories start around 2007/2008. OKC has been a great team for many of the years since then, so while I know and understand why the Pacers became America’s team, it just feels right for OKC to finally have a title. They are absolutely one of the premier organizations in the sport and you have to appreciate that if you love basketball.

  8. Why fans are no celebrities?? If that happens in Europe fans will get nuts, crazy in the building 😅

    Anyway Congratulations 👏🎉🎉🎉

  9. Hey Seattle sonics fans, don't you love how your team left your state and then finally won the title. It's kind of the same with the browns that went to Baltimore and won the super bowl. They did it in a faster fashion though

  10. Presti literally tricked the Clippers for making them think Paul George can give them a championship. Even Patrick Beverly convinced they are winning it.

  11. Tf why are these celebrations so weak lol. Everyone acting nonchalant when buzzer went off. You would think place woulda erupted instantly lol

  12. Great game between these two. I was so happy for the Thunder, they deserved it. I'll be watching them this year hoping for another championship win. The Warriors dynasty is over, time for a new king in the West.
