I’m at the field to do some fitness and this morning I’m going to show you one of the workouts that I did all the time as a pro soccer player that really helped me with my endurance. I also love doing my fitness super early in the morning just to get it over with. So, let’s do this. So, today I’ve got four-minute intervals. I start at one end of the field and run around the field for 4 minutes. I’ll give you some more details while I’m doing the run. So, let’s just get this started. Here we go. Okay. Like I said, these are four-minute intervals. So, I run as fast as I can around the field for 4 minutes. On the first rep, I really try to push myself and remember how many times I got around the field. Between reps, I take a two-minute break and do a total of five reps, trying to maintain the same pace as I did on my first one. Try this out after your next training session for some extra fitness.

I have a question
Im starting indoor soccer, would I wear pants or shorts cuz I’m gonna sweat but I don’t wanna sweat a lot and be uncomfortable.
I’m so sad I can’t play goalie for the next month with 3 practices a week that’s like 12 practices because I have an AC separation in my right shoulder it’s really frustrating (I’m U16) my team yesterday was playing a little tournament 5v5 with the U18 team I was on a really good team other than the fact I was in net cause everyone else was good at their positions I can’t use my right shoulder and we lost. One of the U16 players kept telling me it was fine cause they understood (2 of the players from U18 that were on my team was school teammates so I knew them pretty well and one way my teammate) they kept telling me I was doing fine but I don’t think I was as I cut my knee because I couldn’t land on my arm it’s so frustrating anyone got any tips for me to still train with this? I am not allowed to do anything and I’m stuck in a sling
