Welcome to the first video from our Hilton Head trip! Today we’re introducing the newest member of Golf Girl Games… Phoebe Carles. We are so excited to welcome her to the squad and kick things off with a super fun hybrid challenge: a Pickleball + Golf Match at one of the most beautiful golf destinations in the country.

We stayed at Palmetto Dunes Resort and played at Heron Point at Sea Pines Resort, one of Hilton Head’s signature courses. The vibes were unreal and this set the tone for an amazing week of content.

Before we get into today’s video, we have exciting news. We just signed a new Golf Girl Games member. Let’s introduce her. I’m Phoebe Carlos and I’m the newest member of the Golf Girl Games. I’m 24 years old. I’m from Charlotte, North Carolina. I think my friends would describe me as silly, goofy, very competitive. I hate to lose. I just graduated in May of 2024. I played college golf at the University of North Carolina Asheville, small D1 school in the mountains. I got a nineto-ive straight out of graduating. So, I’ve just kind of been on the working grind, weekend warrior. I got invited out on a GG trip, had the best time ever, and then I got asked to be a full-time member. I’m so stoked and I’m so excited for this journey. I couldn’t be more excited. We are so excited to have Phoebe on board. Now, we have a super crazy video for you guys. We have pickle ball, a golf match. Things are hectic. Let’s jump right into it. Good morning. It is pickle ball time. I just got up. It’s 7:20. Time for the pickle ball match. I can’t wait. I have thermal joggers underneath a pair of leggings and I have a heated vest with a battery. So, I’m ready for football. This is called Skin Better. It gives a little bit of coverage, but not a lot. It’s not makeup. It is straight skin care for your face. This is Rare Beauty blush. Morning. Good. We thought it was going to be super cold, but it’s actually not that bad. Oh, you’re in shorts. I know. Oh, wow. All right, let’s hop on our bike. Here I am. Here’s Kayn. And then over there we have Phoebe and Cararissa. We’re We’re at Palmet Dunes Resort in Hilton Head and we’re going to bike to the pickle ball. Here you go. Haven’t been on one of those in at least 10 years. Wait, really? You haven’t rode a bike. Go ahead. You don’t need to film. Oh, see I’m actually I feel quite warm. No, I feel great. I feel quite good. Jacket on though. Like we got to our villa and bikes were just they were delivered at our front door. Beach access. So the beach is like right there. This impressive to go one-handed right now. Hope I don’t crash. Just biked here on the resort. They have a general store. It was Halloween yesterday. Spooky. Hello. Hi, Chindo. Hello. All right, so we’re about to go play a pickle ball tournament. We have a little challenge and whoever wins gets some powerups on the golf course. I don’t even understand what we’re doing. So, we’re going to need Kaitlin to explain it. But, it’s going to get really intense out there. I think I only know how to hit like backhanded. I’m like lowkey unathletic in like every other sport. All righty, guys. We are at the pickle ball courts. We’re going to do a little pickle ball challenge that will carry over to the golf. Whoever wins gets a power up. How does the game work? The game is called Queen of the Court. Two people are going to face off. It’s a 1v one. Winner of that point stays on the court and then the losers, they just keep rotating. So, the first person to five points gets the power-ups. And the powerups are going to be a reverse mulligan. Yep. And what was the other? And then on a par three, you get to actually choose your partner. You get to watch everybody hit and choose your partner. Yeah. So, we’ll explain the golf format at the golf course, but just know whoever wins this is getting a huge incentive. We have Cararissa Kilby here with us and Phoebe Carles. Let’s do this, guys. My name is Kayn Henderson. I am 25 years old from Westfield, Indiana. My pickle ball experience, you know, I don’t play pickle ball often, but when I do, I pickle real hard. And I would say my skill level, I’m gonna give it a seven out of 10. Hey, my name is Sabrina Andalfo, 26 years old from Boon Beach. I don’t play pickle ball often, but when I do, I play pretty soft. I’m actually pretty bad. I have no experience at all. I would say my skill level out of 10 is a one, so I’m really just trying to get lucky. My name is Stevie Carlos. I’m from Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m 24 years old. I’ve played pickle ball once before. I’m just going to channel Who’s that one? Serena Williams. Serena Williams. I’m channeling Serena Williams today. I’m going to rate my skills. I don’t really have anything to go off of, but I think everything’s a mindset. So, we’re going 11 out of 10. I’m Cararissa Kilby. I’m 22 years old from Honolulu. And I would say my skill level is probably a zero because I’ve never played before. Okay. Also, guys, we are at the Palmetto Dunes Resort. We’re doing a full trip in Hilton Head. We’re doing some pickle ball and then we’re going to go play golf later. Obviously, we are at the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Yeah, we actually quit golf and now we’re just pickle ballers. Feel like we’re always so used to like flipping a tea, but we’re going to have Chris versus lip gloss. No, the head. The head is who who is going to point on. Okay, so first person on the court. Me. Sabrina versus Who are you facing off? Yes. You’re so annoying. Why do I feel like Kaylin’s going to be on the court the whole time? Why don’t we go in the sun? Of course. I don’t have a skill advantage at all. Okay. So, basically, let’s ride. You ready? Yeah. I love I actually want to play well this today and this trip. Like I just feel the last few Golf Girl games trips I have played so bad. So, I’m ready to redeem myself. My game, you know, here’s the thing. I used to be very not confident with my golf game, and it it is awful. It’s not good to do. It messes with you mentally. I am doing this new thing of just oozing confidence. It’s already helped. Like, I am going to destroy everybody today and win. I also do have the two power-ups, which really helps. So, the I get a reverse mulligan and then I get to pick my partner on a par three. I feel really good and I’m going to dominate. Okay, we are at the golf course now. We warmed up. We did pickle ball. Kayn was the winner of that. So, what is the format for today’s challenge? We are doing an alternate shot T flip challenge. So, just for example, every single hole, your partner is going to change. So, we’re going to do a T flip. Let’s say a T flips on Phoebe and I. We are partners to the hole and it is straight alternate shot against y’all. But, it’s a point system. So, whoever gets the most points at the end, that’s the winner. So, it’s fun because each hole the teams are changing and the whole incentive, whoever has the most points at the end wins and whoever has the least points has to do a little challenge. What is that? The scavenger hunt. So, we’re going to hide. So, the winners are going to make up riddles and clues, and the loser has to go around town and find these clues. And if they don’t get it under a certain amount of time, they have to drink an egg yolk. Yeah. So, we’ll explain the the scavenger hunt once we get there, but we’re just going to start here. We’re on hole one. We are at the beautiful Harren Point Golf Course in Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head. This is going to be an awesome trip. This course looks great. Yeah, it does. Clubhouse. So you’ve seen her, but if you did not know, just introduce yourself. I’m Cararissa. Um I’m originally from Honolulu. I went to school in Miami and now I’m in Pinehurst. Yeah. No, I I am trying to remember how her and I connected because we connected and we just did a video for my channel which was really fun if you guys haven’t checked that out.
