Oh my. Oh my god. What is this? This round is taking years ears off of our lives. How diabolical was that? [Music] No, for sure. That that never happened. For sure. Shutters. I forgot we’re supposed to be vlogging. We’re on a 5h hour drive right now uh from 6:00 p.m. to we’re going to get in at like 11:30 and then we have to wake up super early to play tomorrow. And I’m sitting here I’m literally looking listening to Noah and I’m looking out the window and I’m thinking to myself, it’s weird. We’re about 3 hours into this drive and I think huh I forgot my golf clubs. I’ve been using Marissa’s clubs a lot recently cuz we’ve been on a few trips where I didn’t have my clubs. Actually, you played well. been playing pretty well with them. So therefore, I’m going to be using Marissa’s clubs tomorrow for this episode of Public Course. Also, we should have been vlogging more. We started this journey at 6:00 p.m. It’s currently 9:00 p.m. It’s a 5-hour drive. We’re going to Arkansas. We’re playing Mystic Creek, which is the number one public course in all of Arkansas. Marissa and Alexis are actually going to be playing in this episode. If you guys have been under a rock or haven’t been watching golf YouTuber recently, Good Girls got launched. Ryder was actually the one to tell us to pee. And I have a small bladder. A man’s got to pee. What can I say? A man’s got to pee. I’m just kidding. It’s always me. So, I like making fun of somebody else when it’s not me. Can we also talk about how Austin Reeves is literally going off right now? You think by the time this comes out, he’s still going crazy? Yeah, cuz it’s only going to be like a week, week and a half. I hope he’s still going off. We also just booked a bunch of GM content and then a trip to the Bahamas to film with Bryson. Dude, why is this camera kind of crispy, though? I’m actually really excited for this. Doing spontaneous trips to other states is so much fun. And so that is currently Are you going to stay out here or you’re going in? You got to pee. Garrett said to vlog the bathroom. I’m not going to do that. What the gremlin? What the gremlin? I saw this Tik Tok that was like that guy who gets the worst gas station snacks. He’s like, “Yo, dude, you want like, “Hey, dude, you want the ranch crunch mix?” Like, that’s that’s for sure. Why are you outing the ranch? No, because mix. This is a good snack. I’m getting yams. I need these for tomorrow. I do need to find a little um can opener or can opener. That’s got to be up there with worst three things you could get. Or you can get some cat food. What’s the haul? She did pretty good. She got yams. I got mine. Pickle in a pouch. Wait. No. I lowkey eat these, but it just sounds funny. I got my pecan roll and my pickle in the mouth. Should I go? I think the yams are still the best. Where are the yams? Need these protein shakes to hold me over. What’s like the worst thing you could get from a gas station. She found canned yams. Sardines in a can. Cuz everyone talks about like, “Oh, what’s your what’s the best things you can get at a gas station?” Best. The worst thing is sardines in a can. And Steve literally orders that all the time. That’s got to be up there. Who’s getting this? This thing has been out here for 10 minutes and it’s still not It’s not even That’s the slowest I’ve ever seen something get filled up. That’s wo wo wo. It’s overflowing. I was I was literally in the middle of saying that’s the slowest I’ve ever seen a hole get filled. But that’s probably why it was going so slow. Yo, this is good. Bright and early public course episode 8. Oh, boy. Okay, it’s bright and early the morning of uh our round here at Mystic Creek. I still can’t believe their first tea time is 9:00 a.m. Did not sleep last night. Classic me behavior, especially on a public course episode. That’s the most common thing ever. Me and Richard had coffees on the way here and uh bad deal, dude. It was It was probably a bad idea. It got us here safe on a 5-hour drive, but that coffee had me so wired last night. I slept like 2 and 1/2 hours. We’re a little bit sluggish. So, we’re going to go get some coffee right now. Girls got their coffee. We’re only pick out the season. We’re live now on the way to the golf course. McDonald’s. We’re going to film public. My first time ever in it. Hey, public. We just shortened the series name, actually. [Music] All right. Well, we’re warming up. Like you guys know, we’ll be using Marissa’s club today. And then I will be using Alexis’s driver. Marissa and I played a match. I used her clubs cuz I didn’t have mine. I shot three under nine hole. So, I feel like these things kind of are not bad. Never stop trying to Your clubs are definitely really light, Marissa. I might try Alexis. But I do like the way this feels. Everybody I talked to was telling me that this is like the hardest course in history. This is like the highest cut on Epson tour. I didn’t come to this event just because it was a 12-h hour drive. And then Marissa came. Literally, I was looking at the numbers and I was like, “Oh my god.” Cuz this year an Indiana girl won, Erica Shepard, and she shot four under. And that’s like not high for a tour, right? It’s a cut number. The year I played the cut ended up being seven over, which is like insane. Not only is this course hard, every single piece of equipment in my bag, including the ball, is brand new. So, we’re gonna test it out. Great. You guys, you guys can uh you guys can rate it, you can rate the driver, you can rate the wedges. I just chunked two of them, but I’m going to I’m going to feel it out. I’m going to feel it out. Oh, yeah. We’re going to warm up. We’ll probably stop vlogging here in a second, but the concept today, all of us are actually going to be in a competition against each other. I do want to say this is the number one public course in all of Arkansas and this is going to be the final episode of 2025. So stay tuned for 2026. This series is going to progress and do a little bit of a different we’re going to change it up a little bit. We’re going to try and have a guest on each episode, one a month, 12 courses next year. Just because I’ve played here before doesn’t mean I’m going to like, you know, win. I know Gary always likes to make it he likes to prep a story so that he has kind of a backfall. Yeah. Even though I am not in All right, the girls literally might need to give me strokes today if I want a chance at winning. I’m using Marissa’s driver today. I’m using, sorry, I’m using Alex’s driver, Marissa’s irons. I have my putter cuz I gave it to Marissa to borrow and then I’ll use maybe Marissa’s wedges straight away. I’m still a little nervous cuz we, you know, I don’t want to shoot like 85 or anything like that. All of your friends. Yeah, for sure. For sure. And then it’s just like a weird thing going on. Uh, hey, I need some clubs. Oh, started driving away. This is not going to be your typical golf day. Should I go for the green? Is that crazy though? Okay, here. This is three wood. So, on an average course, my ball would hit here and then go, but I did land on like an 8°ree down slope. So, now I have this. I just know that everyone’s going to be facing a lot of adversity today. So, I’m just facing it a little early. This is going to be an entertaining round. I will say that. Okay. I’m literally so screwed. I’m so screwed. I cannot do anything, guys. This is going to be bad. Alexis, I have to putt that now. This is where I need to not look at other people’s shots and let it affect me because like I am thinking about me putting this off the green. I honestly like had to take a pretty much a whole day and like reflect how unbelievably I might actually start freaking crying, but I had to take like a whole day to like refle reflect how unbelievably grateful I should be for doing what I do. And when you come out and you get to play a round of golf like this where you start and you’re five over par like now I feel like I after that day I’ve had a way better outlook on the game of golf where I I hope and I want to like say this to the audience and also say like for the future I hope that I don’t keep getting angry on the golf course dropping clubs and like having a bad attitude because I’m in no way shape or form in a place to be doing that. I nobody should be doing that in general, but like I’m so unbelievably blessed and grateful to be doing this life that we have with Good and like YouTube Golf and everything that you guys have done to support the channels and stuff. Just the fact that I’m able to be able to travel the world and do this alone, even if I do go out there and shoot a 92, like it’s kind of like the Bubby saying like find it, hit it again. When you take it back, there’s more bend in the shaft. So, when you come through naturally, the club head will lag more behind if you have faster swing speeds. So, what you have to do is you have to wait at the top a little bit more and like swing with more rhythm and and fluidity. Is fluidity a right word? So, that’s the one reason that I kind of see it. Most of these irons are kind of going a little bit right. Um, that’s the one thing that I got to dial in here on the back. We’re going to do it, guys. We’re going to do it.
