[Music] Hey guys, welcome back to Modern Golf. Hope you’re having a great day, an even better week. Today we’re talking about not one, not two, but three brand new bags from our guys at Pins and Aces. We’re going to start with the big one. We’re going to go over all the features. I have my lights blaring on me uh so you guys can see all the details of this black golf bag. Best is this the best cart bag in golf, especially now with the Black Friday deals. Let’s talk about it. So, let’s talk about what this bag is. 15-way top. I’ll say that again. 15-way top PU. So, let’s talk about all the features of this golf bag. What I like, what I don’t like, and really, is this the best bag for buck for a cart bag? So, we had done the gray one a couple maybe about a year or so ago. They have made some very nice changes. U my guy Steve had done a long-term test with the pins of aces bag uh the beginning of this year and one of the things he had mentioned to me was I wish they would have 15 or even a 16way top now they have it. So let’s talk about what this bag is all the very crazy features and then we’ll get into the other bags that they have just launched as well. So very nice very soft velour shoulder strap. Uh, it does tuck in into here. I had just pulled out because I was using it today. Um, but very good. There is a handle here as well. The rest of the belly, as you guys can see, is that PU material. There’s also here, as you guys will see, an umbrella loop that goes through here, and it just goes straight down here. There is, as you guys will see in here, a cart pass through. And we’ll kind of show you how this works as we go. But so really impressed with uh the quality of this bag. I think they’ve stepped it up a bit uh on this version versus the old one. Not that the old one had problems, but I really like this one a lot. So, as you as we mentioned before, there is a cart strap sleeve that goes through here, goes all the way through here, and then opens up and goes around. We’ll talk about all that as we go. There is a Velcro here for your golf glove. There’s also a very cool design. I think this is a bottle opener. as well as a great place to hang your rangefinder or speaker or what have you. A bunch of pockets. So, this large pocket you guys will see has the rain hood, which is made of the same material as this. And there’s really nothing else in here. There’s a little thing for your keys right here on this plastic hook. And then again, nothing else in here in the large pocket. Uh for those asking, this snaps on. Uh, and we’ll get into that, but this snaps on uh, the golf bag. Other pocket here is for your valuables. Uh, again, they have stepped up their game regarding the quality of the velour in here. It’s the softest. It’s one of the softest in that, if not the softest in the golf industry. Feels really good. Has aquag guard zippers in here. I like this techy look. It’s very cool. Has the pins and aces in this. I always call it gel. I’m not really sure the exact definition and terminology of how this is made. Um, but feels really good. So, in this pocket, we unzip. I’ll just show you what I keep in here. This is for uh beverages and you can put a lot in there. I just keep my golf tees and some other things in here. Um, there is a reservoir in here so it moisture can uh get let out that way. We will roll this guy over. Again, we talked about the cart strap. This is a magnet that sticks in here. My only knock with this um I wish they had a a stronger magnet. Um because sometimes if you go to lift this by this, this thing’s going to go up real easy. It’s the only I would say the only knock I’ve had for this bag. There is a very large uh another velour pocket in here for your rangefinder. Uh I actually put my sky caddy, my rangefinder, my arcros all in there. Uh leather uh logo here. Very nice touch. There is, as we talked about that that lifts up. There’s also a pocket in here. Another uh valuables pocket. I think this is great for your phone or your keys or your wallet. Not everything, but some of them. There’s another I mean, this thing has got a thousand pockets. Um there’s a tough guard material, like a nice rubber material underneath this handle. Feels fantastic. Lifts up. Again, another valuables pocket. So, I think they’re trying to win the contest of who has the most valuable pockets. And I think they’ve got the lead. This pocket does zip off. There’s Velcro here so you can zip it off and get I love modern golf. Uh or your son’s name or whatever you want to get on there. Um I put golf balls in here. Uh it’s just easier for me. Uh has a great the same material of the grab handle here is also on here. That rubber material underneath. If we get to this part and this is something that we talked about in the past. Like the logo on here. I just wish they had some little hints of rubber. Uh this is all plastic in here. You guys can see it’s not too beat up. I’ve used it a couple times now. A little beat up. Um, but would like a little rubber and we’ve talked about it. I get more comments from you guys saying. Do you have any bags? Any suggestions of bags that don’t tip over? Um, you know, all these car bags are a little unstable to be fair. But again, I would like a little rubber when you’re putting down in the parking lot. It doesn’t go sliding out. Again, what do I put in here? I have my towels. They also send you um I call it a body bag, but they I think they call it their travel bag. You can put this around here. So, if you’re done playing for the year or you’re done using this bag, let’s say for a couple weeks, and you don’t want grass or dust or what have you, uh, this unzips and then you can put your whole bag in there, which is a very cool thing. They were the first that I’ve seen do that. Now, I’ve seen other brands do that as well. Again, another valuables pocket here, just like the other side. Little garages for the zippers. Again, all Aquag Guard zippers on these. Again, another uh drink spot, let’s say. and also with a reservoir there. Let’s talk about this top, right? Because that’s probably what everybody asks me about the most. So, that’s why I left my clubs in here. 15way top. I’m just going to show you guys what I carry. So, my putter I carry in here. Stay tuned for that review. An I go driver in here. I carry a four-wood that you guys have seen. So, I’m not going to bore you with all that. I’ve gone to a kind of a strong four hybrid and I also carry like a weak four, which is a five. Um, but turned up. Long story short, I’m just trying to It was just gapping uh issue. So, I went to that versus carrying a 4 iron. But I go, and you can see there’s a space here. So, I go 567 8 9 pitch and gap. And then I go my two wedges. So, 54, 58 for me. So, now you can get a better view of this top. And one of the things that a lot of people ask me is is who do you suggest for a 15-way top? This is all velour. Super soft. Love the handles. I think with a cart bag like this, you almost have to have these handles to pick it up and move it and do all kinds of stuff. Super soft velour has a little pins and aces logo on the inside where your putter well goes, but really have enjoyed this top. I think for the price point, and we’ll put all the pricing up, I think it’s one of the ones you want to look at for this year. When the gray one came out, I I probably received literally no less than 250 emails and messages saying, “Do you know when pins and aces are going to come back out their cart bag?” That gray cart bag that started last year sold out so quick um that literally I got email after email after email. They got tired of me asking them, “Hey, when do you come out with the gray uh cart bag again?” So, the gray one’s still available. Now, the black one, uh I think this one’s going to do really, really well. uh for the masses. I think it’s a fantastic golf bag. I think it rivals really everything else that’s out in the market at a higher price point. Um there are two brands when you ask me value uh golf bags that I think about all the time. It’s these guys and another brand. Look at what these guys sell these bags for. Um they’re incredibly quality, very well thought of. Again, look at all the valuable pockets on this bag. One, two, three, four, five, maybe six, something like that. Just an incredible value. love what Pins and Ace is doing, but this is the brand new card bag. But stay tuned. I have two more very quick bags I’m going to show you. So, one of their newest bags, uh, is this little Sunday bag. And so, a lot of people say, you know, I want a Sunday bag. I don’t want to spend 300 bucks on a Sunday bag to go practice in. Pins and Aces answered that for you. Uh, this is their very cool bag. What you do is you take, and I pulled mine out because I was screwing around with this earlier, but it comes with a pole like this. You put the post all pull all the way down. It gives it some kind of form, let’s say. Has a two-way top for all you minimalists. You can actually, and I did it yesterday, you can put all 14 clubs in here. It’s tight, but you can do it. So, if you’re going to practice with your wedges and you don’t need a stand mechanism, you just want to lay this down or go and play in a par three, this is a great option. Very cool materials on this bag. Again, I like the little plastic or your towel or your glove or what have you. does have a, believe it or not, a strap for an umbrella. So, you can put an umbrella on here. Really not much to it. Um, has, and I’ll kind of spin this around. Same pockets on both sides. There is, and I’ll show you this, a little hip pad that’s ventilated mesh. I think it’s fantastic. Little pins and aces logo here. So, one of the things that’s a very cool feature, and you’re going to say, why would they put pins and aces pull tabs on here? So, how these work, it’s just a big magnet. So, you close it up. Want to do it again? Hello. Um, so it’s very cool. Both of them are the same way. Other pockets in here. One’s a valuables pocket for your Rolex um or your Paddic Philippe. There’s also a little pocket in here for your golf balls. And then this whole storage in here. But what a cool idea. Little magnet pockets. Um, again, and then there’s also a little pocket in here uh that you can put really anything in. I wouldn’t put anything too valuable in here cuz this is an open pocket. But a really cool bag. Great little rubber handle here. I like the materials they use. It’s kind of tough guard for here. But a very cool, and again, if we look at the belly, that tough guard material throughout. A very cool golf bag. If you’re going to practice and need a little bag, uh, this is a fantastic option. This could be their most popular bag that Pins and Aces has ever sold. And mark my words, I’m telling you, I think this is going to be their big seller. This is like their den caddy slashbeer cooler slash uh whatever you want it to be. Go bring it to the range. Comes in the original gray color. Um I actually talked to somebody there not too long ago about what their most popular color is. And it’s this one. This gray. I would have thought black. What do I know? So what does this bag do? For one, it has a lot of pockets. But if we open this top up, there’s a little I’m going to do it this way so you guys can see it. There’s also this little top. So, it has a cooler built in it. So, you literally can put I think I’ll I’ll put the number. It’s either 12 or 24 cans of your favorite beverage in here. It’s that big. This does pull out and you guys can see um that way. Or you can use it just as kind of an empty den caddy. Uh very cool. Again, we’ll put this in here. Put that top back on. So, this zips back on. I’m trying to figure out myself uh where I’m going to put it so my son doesn’t steal it and bring it to school with him. But has a very cool pocket in here. I mean, this is like a little little staff bag. So, pockets in here, little pockets in here for your balls or whatever you want to put in here. This also um unzips so you can get to the material in here. So, let’s say you put beer in here uh or your favorite beverage, I should say. Uh you can actually unzip this and get it that way if you don’t want to use the top or whatever you’re putting in here. Again, you unzip this side. Same thing kind of pass through through the through the front here. I believe I believe um this is going to be 149. I believe the other one is going to be 99. I will double check. I I’m sorry if I’m wrong. I could be wrong. Um this is a fantastic gift. Um, this is one of these things that like we all see, you know, like Titus used to have them and you’re like, man, I would love to have one of those. Pins and aces is doing that for us. I think this is a fantastic idea. U, I did not ask if you can get this embroidered. I don’t know if you can. I will find out. But what a cool little thing. So, three bags today for the price of one review. And I hate to tell you, but I’m going to be the bearer of bad news. They have more stuff coming and some incredible stuff coming. So, we are super excited. We love what Pins and Aces is doing. Um, very cool group. Their bags have been fantastic. I’ve got the gray one over here. I’ve got the black one that we’ve used last year. Uh, the original green one, which we did a number of years ago, is still being used. It looks brand new. Um, this stuff really holds up well. Um, the question you’re going to ask before I leave is how long are they going to have these? I do not know. I think they’re limited. I’m not 100% sure. Um, so I wouldn’t really go too slow. If you want something like this, I would say act pretty quick because I don’t know. I’ll ask and find out uh before we edit this to see if I can get an answer. And then again, we’ve also got the little Sunday bag uh with some very high-end materials and some very cool magnetic pockets. So, pins and aces isn’t done.
