The Youngstown State men’s golf team will compete in six tournaments across five different states from late February to late April during the spring portion of its 2025-26 season. Head Coach Tony Joy announced the team’s complete spring schedule on Tuesday.

“We are excited about the competition we will face throughout our spring schedule,” said Joy. “The first event of the spring in Savannah is new for us but will feature a competitive field at a great venue as we return to tournament play. The remainder of the schedule includes familiar events that will allow our team to challenge themselves against national and regional competition as well as our Horizon League opponents.”

The Penguins, who competed in six tournaments during the fall season, will open the spring slate on Feb. 21-22 with The Savannah Intercollegiate at The Club at Savannah Harbor in Savannah, Ga. Youngstown State will then travel west for the Jackrabbit Invitational hosted by South Dakota State at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder Creek, Nev., on March 9-10.

YSU will continue its spring schedule on March 30-31 with the Don Benbow Butler Spring Invitational at Highland Golf & Country Club in Indianapolis, Ind. The following week, the Guins will compete in The Jewell hosted by Northern Kentucky at Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio on April 6-7. Youngstown State will play its final event before the Horizon League Championships on April 12-13 when it participates in the Wright State Invitational at Heatherwoode Golf Club in Springboro, Ohio.

The 2026 Horizon League Golf Championships are scheduled to take place April 25-27 from the El Campeon Course at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-In-The-Hills, Fla.

The NCAA Regionals will take place May 18-20 at six different sites. The regional sites include the University of Georgia Golf Course (Athens, Ga.), Bermuda Run Country Club (Bermuda Run, N.C.), Traditions Club (Bryan, Texas), OSU Golf Club (Columbus, Ohio), Trysting Tree Golf Club (Corvalis, Ore.) and The Gallery Golf Club (Marana, Ariz.).
