Friends – Looking for opinions here. Trying to get a XO2 based setup done in my fitness center / basement. 9×9 area appears to be measurements for the area outlined in red. Only issue I see is that a lefty will be a problem w the ceiling fan. What am I missing and any recommendations in sigpro or other setups I should look at? Projector thoughts (4K preferred as I may set up two screens one for hitting into and potentially a second for movies).

Have you gone down there and swung a golf club? That is what I would do first. Depending on how tall you are and how tall the ceiling actually is. We have 8.5 foot in an upstairs open area and my son and I could swing any clubs but I am 6′ and he is an inch or two taller. We had to put it in the garage with 10 foot ceilings.
