Although the Jordan Nu Retro 1 Low has its place within the world of Air Jordan, the silhouette is long-removed from its heyday. In more recent memory, the signature line-inspired design has helped expand the Jumpman’s presence within the world of golf.

Having previously surfaced in a University of North Carolina-friendly “White/University Blue” presentation, the low-top model will soon be available in a “White/Black/Bordeaux” makeover. Mostly-clad in a tonal finish, the latest Michael-Jordan-shoe-turned-golf-cleat sees its soft leather upper boast wine-reminiscent finishes. Giant Air Jordan embroidery on the lateral profile ensures people on the green know you’re representing number 23. A quilted fabric inner lining ups the luxurious ante while the modified-for-golf sole unit keeps things simple in a pitch-dark execution.

In comparison to other Nu Retro 1 Low Golf styles, the “Bordeaux” option arrives with a special hangtag that features a similar Ferrari-inspired badge as what’s found on the Air Jordan 14, another design that’s appeared with wine-like accents.
