[Music] [Music] [Music] hello this is reno the french golf coach welcome on this beautiful course which is mayakobagov resorts in mexico i’m about 40 minutes for welcome and you probably know this course because the pga will play here every year in the december for the maya koba golf classic tournament this is my first vlog in english i’m going to play maybe not every halls with you but most me thank you very much so this is the whole number one it’s a powerful this course has been designed by um greg norman i played this course uh four years ago i have some memories of it let’s go i don’t play the touring pro t i play the the the first series player t but i don’t play the touring pro it’s a little bit windy today and it’s not my level definitely let’s go for this first hole okay a little bit on the left this is my ball i’m i think i i took a bit of the road i’m not sure but i’m not in perfect position first for my feet and the ball is right a little bit above the ground my feet which is not the biggest problem but the problem is this tree i cannot go straight i got 144 meters which is about 158 yards i got to use i got to use a seven island because the wind is against me see yeah okay i want to do a draw kind of low draw ball and hopefully i’m going to reach the green let’s check okay it did not draw it’s on the right side you might see it it’s right there you see it uh i had not much place on the right side of the green so my ball didn’t take that the draw it’s the beginning of the the game i feel a bit tense like tensions in front of you okay looks playable but the problem here is it will be hard to make a bump before the green if i bump here i guess the ball is going to stay here because the roof is uh like foam i need to felt something here okay let’s try up and down would be very good but chip and two pets it’s good also for buggy let’s go yeah it’s not a bad shot i’m pretty happy with this i still can’t save my power powerpot let’s go start with a boogie this is the hole number two uh it’s like that leg and it’s interesting to see all that water here they call it the cenote it’s a clear water we’re just beside the sea but there are a lot of clear water on the cenote if you come in a new catan you will see it okay i see that the fairway the wind is against me so i cannot go too much on the left i think i think the best is is aiming at this left side of the the fairway i’m gonna gonna play there [Music] this is very good drive love it go it’s really windy so it loses a lot of distance but this drive is very good it’s 260 meters which is 176 77 yards it’s the distance for me for six sirens but because the wind i got to use the five iron i think i believe that the flag is at the end of the the green i overall the best thing is avoid the bunker but the shot is not that hard except the wind the wind the distance would be hard to find i think if i put a good five around it’s a good it’s a good distance right distance even if i’m like five meters short of the the flag it’s good okay i need to find the distance let’s go go okay it’s not a bad shot a little bit thin no divot i mean but uh a little bit on the right and on the green i don’t know about the distance happy with this shot my pitch is here it’s just the right distance which is a very good news i’m happy to find the distance when you find a distance you’ll never be far off the of the hole okay i don’t really know how fast is the green i put like five minutes on a putting green before before start my game i think the slope is right or left it’s right to left yes okay let’s try to find a good distance one more time you see it’s not bad but too much slope but i’m happy with this one must be an easy power yes power under second i’m happy with that let’s go let’s go to the next hall it’s beautiful weather very hot today it’s about 28 29 degrees but it’s very humid i feel like 35 celsius par 4 i’m not sure how much distance is it i did not check okay anyway um this course looks pretty narrow not this whole okay i think on left side it’s good uh maybe you see the there is a boat here on the ceiling you can see it yeah uh i got to aim a little bit left side of the fairway it looks like more open i still have a little bit wind come left to right it’s going to help me but i think the real danger is go too much on the right side so i take taken left it’s okay it’s a little a little bit too much a little bit more on the right that i was expecting but because i was aiming left right side is open to me and i’m i’m in the middle it’s a good shot and still have 114 meters which is about 10 percent more when i i’m always counting meters if you want yet it’s at 10 percent about that 120 25 yards about i took the pitching wedge and i got to aim straight on a hole the danger is it’s short in case of a fat shot and right maybe two meters left on the hole would be the best line yeah even more because the wind pushing me left to right okay two i’m going to aim two meters two yards about left side of of the hole because on the right side i’m i’m too much on the right i’m not sure i’m on the green the fact is i’m on the right side this is not very good news because i’m on this little rough i would be so comfortable to put this ball from here i don’t know i might be able to put from here it would be way easier to wear more easier to find the distance but with the the sand wedge here still can make a a mistake so i’m not so much it’s just like like few hinge inside the rough i might use my putter like a cheaper and i do an easy shot here hope so yeah i’m going to pet okay it’s still a birthday chance let’s go it’s going to be fast downhill let’s go i put the ball in my right side and i play like a chip but with the putter easy okay it’s a good shot i like this we like this way easier than chipping you see you haven’t seen well but it was on the roof and i played like this up to down like a chip but with the potter which is a good power this is the hole number four i guess it’s a very sharp part three with the beautiful seat just behind the behind holes the beautiful uh it’s a very short hole it’s 92 meters which is about 100 yards i used 50 to 52 degrees sandwich i think it’s a good it’s a good club there is a wind against a little bit winds i gotta play hit 400 meters 400 me 110 yards with the win i think it’s good and i go to am straight on a straight on a hole let’s go yeah i think the wind can stop a little bit more more than i was expecting but i’m going to try to do a low trajectory means put the ball much more on the right than yours usual i want to keep it low the low trajectory with the sandwich yeah let’s be good let’s go [Music] ah it’s on the right come on oh no okay it’s straight on the right it’s like 20 meters too much on the right with the sandwich it’s a big mistakes ah but the touch was good and distance good but too much on the right maybe i was a little bit scared of this bunker i thought if i’m short there’s gonna be a hard situation in the banker okay let’s go try to make two pets from there this is my pitch it’s a very bad shot to me because with the sand wedge doing like 20 15 or maybe 12 or 30 meter direction mistakes it’s it’s a huge mistake but i’m happy to mist on the right if i missed on the left i would have been on a rough which which is not bad here because i can put okay the difficult here is finding the distance there is a big slop up hill let’s see two pet here i’m very happy go ah it’s a little bit short a little bit short one almost two don’t really know where i need to play um like obviously the bunkers on and are reachable here the perfect line would be probably the last bunker or a little bit left side of the last bunker i’m going to aim left side of the last bunker i’m sure this is a good line the wind helped a little bit yeah it helped i’m not going to hit like a bomb i want to to make it safe a little bit more on the left side i think if i don’t know if yeah yeah middle straight to the middle it’s always good let’s go it’s good not too much on the right it’s a little bit too much on the right i don’t know if i reach the bunker i’m not sure i think i’m a fairway well i’m right in the middle of the fairway i don’t know if you see the bunkers there here right side and all left is water so i’m pretty i’m pretty much happy with this drive it’s a path five i have a confirmation and the with wind helped me and i did like 280 meters maybe i still have 200 meters which is 220 25 yards uh wind helped me a little bit okay i think i’m going to play a light a light hybrid this is the distance 220 yards with the wind i don’t need to i don’t need to put an extra power on this one it’s a par-5 it’s a real chance of birdie overall i need to avoid left side because it’s the water right side looks open i’m going to to to aim the right side of the green and the flag looks to be on the right side of the grain it’s good okay let’s go if i can touch this screen by two it’s a real chance by the chance for me might be good oh no it’s on the left oh no no it’s on the left maybe on the water this is my ball oh my god i’m on the water hazard because the water starts from the right spike can i play here i could try i could try to play i’m like just like 10 meters away the green i can reach the green from here i can reach the green but if i touch this i can okay there is two ways fun or safe i can drop three here four and try to chip put for saving my power i can play from here put anyone a green and two pad for par which is more easy i think i gotta play because i like fun in competition probably i would not do that but right here for vlog it’s not that important game okay i gotta play i gotta play no risk nothing okay let’s go and reach the green that’s a finished shot let’s go stop oh stop okay you don’t see the ball it’s under the side of the of the green i’m closer close to to the the pin but i’m still on the roof at the end it would be the same i would have dropped here would have been exactly the same situation so no wind no loss so it’s it’s better probably better being here than close off the okay this is the 52 degrees sand wedge let’s go for a little chip and up and down for saving power okay go fast i see players yeah good power i’m happy with that one [Music] hold number six par four shot power four 380 meters um and help with the wind uh what’s happened in previous hall this hybrid was a very bad shot i was a little bit scared of the water probably and i was not confident in that shot okay this drive must be easy it’s pretty large straight i think even if i aim the rocks there it’s okay you see the tower i got to aim the tower light fades a bit on the right that’s okay i’m 122 meters far from the green from the flag but the wind helped a lot i used the 52 iron instead the pitching wedge the 52 sand wedge i mean and let’s go straight on the on the pin um from the roof like this i know the ball is going to run a little bit so i will not be short even if i felt like 10 meter shots the ball is going to to run the wind and the rough is going to make it [Music] it’s a little bit on the right but i think the distance is okay let’s go for body putt i’m happy with that i don’t know where is my pitch i told you it’s gonna run a little bit here i pitched here and as i told you it’s gonna be a running ball from the rough with the wind okay this is a real birdie putt and it’s real possibility of ready i would be very happy to make it let’s go as you can see there are players right behind me i’m going to let them play through because vlogging has me a little bit much time but i don’t want to make them waiting so long okay about one year left side one year left and then i go go ah i touched the ground like a fat shot with my putter it’s amazing and i did that okay it would be an easy part anyway okay still power still one up it’s one of a par after six six holes or seven holes it’s not that bad actually today hello thank you on the road yes this is tequila tambien or sweet sugar this is strong i just took a tequila this lady here here proposed me to do something and they said i have a wonderful margarita this is the margarita i don’t want to advise anyone to play golf and drink alcohol or drink alcohol at all but i think it’s the best place to have a nice drink today it might help me it might help me to to be more relaxed after this i’m pretty sure of it okay let’s see that drive and let’s try to make a birdie on this bar fight this is the hall number seven with a special things in this hole you can see the rocks in the middle of the fairway this is the cenote and this hole is very famous for that well the people right behind me went through so i feel more relaxed now it’s a path five nothing difficult on his whole i think the best is aiming right side of the bunker the cenote is 200 290 meters which is almost 320 yards this is not my distance i will not reach it so it’s a pretty easy uh drive it’s very large i have no pressure on it i’m gonna play a little bit left side the bunker would be good i must feel relaxed on my videos teaching videos if you watch my my french channel you can reach all my french videos i did for almost 10 years i’m going to do more more teaching videos in this channel in the french golf coach channel and i always talk about release this is very important to feel relaxed in golf if you don’t feel relaxed you can you can do a lot of mistakes relax and rhythm that’s probably the two most important thing in golf relax and rhythm let’s go ah it’s not a very good shot but it’s okay it’s on the left i’m just before the bunker on the left i hook it a little bit maybe i missed rhythm but it’s still okay because this this hole is very large but i will probably not be able to reach this screen too never mind bird is still possible the whole number 10 it’s a par 365 meters which is about 178 yards i guess it’s a six iron for me six hundred must be like three or four meters short but it’s good because the the flag is at the end i don’t want to take the risk uh to chipping back okay i’m in life i got to aim the flag direct the flag let’s go a little bit on the right side it’s a little bit on the right let’s see there i don’t find my ball it must be on this uh water hazard i think i’ve been somewhere here the flag you don’t see the flag the flag is like 10 meters there okay this is a drop i’m going to drop here okay it’s got chip pad for boogie yeah let’s do it no double bogey and this hole number 10 i’m so sorry for that ah this is number hole number 11. it’s a part four shot before actually it’s very short okay i think i even think it’s not a driver i think iron would have been enough i got to take i don’t know because i see this bunker this bunker is reachable i got to take my hybrid i take the airbraid i i breed i think it’s way more safe here because the hole is about 330 meters which is about 360 yards at a vania it’s very short it’s very short okay just an easy easy shot here would be nice let’s go rhythm and relax it’s a good one it’s okay let’s see let’s go dirty party this is uh 83 meters 90 yards about i took my sandwich the wind is helping i really want to make a birdie now i need it it’s an easy shot there is no danger i just need to hit it properly and then i can make the birdie the only thing is the wind is helping it’s dangerous i could go too far i need to [Music] to find a good distance it’s not a full swing for me like half swing here and try to reach the flag oh it’s super long yeah this is it’s super long i’m over the green but i’m amazed by the distance 83 meters sure i can’t believe it yeah 83 meters it’s the wind this is my ball it’s it was not a bunker i’ve seen that that splash of sand i pitched right there i got like maybe 10 10 yards too much yeah the wind the wind is is pretty pretty strong well now i’m not in good position for birdie for sure but now i still have to to save the power i got to use the putter but it’s always easier i have nothing here it’s easy i think pudding is the best the best choice here best strategy let’s go about one yard for power looks to be an easy pet straight on short distance short swing and accelerate always okay still a power let’s go on the next fall this is the hole number 12. it’s a big hole uh it’s a long haul it’s more than 400 meters and the wind is against me means it’s going to be hard to reach in two with a shot clubs for sure it will not i think the best is aiming a little bit left uh the end of the the forest on the left side i think is the best looks good it’s a good one straight in the middle like it let’s see for the second shot will be hard this is 147 meters which means 100 60 something yards the wins against me so it’s not that long but i hit a good drive here okay seven iron i got to aim a little bit more right side because the left side looks dangerous yeah let’s go right side so when i learn rhythm relax if you want if any ideas of what kind of video you want i do just let tell me in the comments and i will do it and give me any feeling you have about this new channel i want to make it growing and a good way and i want to to give the answer you you want the one let’s go i’m sorry from english i know it’s not perfect but if you understand me at least it’s good let’s go 7 iron the wind is pretty tough must be good yeah it’s a good shot it’s on the green a little bit left i like it i keep it bloody put this hole is really beautiful with all that rocks around surrendered the fairway love it okay i’m i’m really short i thought i was not that short on this child but okay one pad for birdie 2.4 power and nothing else [Music] go oh so short the line was perfect ah it’s not easy but let’s go right now i should have put out my glove [Music] no oh my god this is a three-part maybe a little bit shy [Music] yeah okay i need to practice my pudding roll number 13 it’s a path five 500 meters in reachable by two shots so i just got to put my drive somewhere in the middle i don’t need to to put extra power on this one because it’s not reachable by two the only thing is keep it straight okay it’s a good one let’s go maybe a birdie at the end of this one this is my drive i’m 240 meters i hate a good drive actually but 240 meters to the green i cannot reach um anyway i gotta take the three woods and keep left up the banker and then try maybe have a kind of chip to to to try the birdie the other possibility would have been taking like a five iron and play a full sandwich but i think three woods three woods on the left side would be good and give me a very short short distance to to try the birdie so it’s a very good one it’s just left of the bunker oh it’s almost on the green it’s almost on the green maybe on the green i don’t know i’m really happy with that uh chip but up and down there is a birdie let’s go for it this is a very good shot i’m happy with this three woods uh but the flag is very close by the the entrance of the the green means i have two ways i can do a lop shot fill something here somewhere here and then stop it very fast but it’s always pretty a little bit hard i’m gonna take the the solution to make a low shot to pitch here and make it running a little bit and if i’m lucky the ball would be very close by the flag let’s go sand wedge 56 degrees yeah looks good looks good looks good like this oh it’s a little bit long a little bit long still above the chance about three meters for birdies it’s possible for birdie one two three almost four four meters it’s possible i think it’s the best chance of burning her today please reno make it i didn’t want it i really want it let’s go let’s go a little bit left side let’s go no oh god [Applause] i must tell you something i feel tequila sorry for this number 14 it’s a handicap one 415 meters and centimeters but i’m not even sure it’s yards or meters i think it’s hard that’s why i felt like i’m very powerful today with drive ten percent it’s a lot okay uh it’s a long long powerful and i’m in trouble now because the wind is right in front of me the right the wind is right front so if i can put extra extra distance on this one would be good let’s go this is probably the best drive of the day i hate it strong it’s a very good drive in this hall because it’s a long haul it would be very helpful for the next this is my drive i’m very happy with this drive the best of the day i have 158 meters at 10 percent four yards i cannot count anymore because they tequila uh and because the wind so i’m supposed to take a six iron here but i’m going to take the the five iron because the wind as you see and i’m not going to to aim the flag because it’s too dangerous a little mistakes on the left means banker but on the right side it’s pretty safe and i think it’s the best decision for me okay like five meters six yards on the right side middle of the green i just need to to hit that ball just properly and yeah okay straight on the flag go oh it’s on the green yes oh i was so scared by the banker okay i am like so i was wanted to go right side of the flag but finally little mistakes goes on the left i think it’s a very good shot at the end this is my ball i’m very happy with this shot so to be honest i was aiming like five meters right side of the the flag and i finished five meters left side this is all about strategy i told you if i aiming the flag and do like mistakes on the left i’m a bunker if i aim the middle of the green i have much more possibility to to miss and this is the perfect illustration of of strategy a good strategy this this ball is obviously eight or nine meters left side of what i was expecting but now i have a real body chance instead a bunker shot ok we know you can do it you can do it let’s go oh no way i’m not good in putting today let’s work a little bit okay anyway it’s a par on one of the hardest hall here in the course i’m a pro with this this is the sanitary hall it’s the hall number 15 which is the most beautiful hall in this greg norman coast and it’s probably one of the most beautiful whole of the world i love this hole it’s pretty short that’s why i decided to play from the black i play from blue tea from the beginning of this course but uh it’s it’s very short so i get 140 meters which is 150 50 something yards 55 yards maybe 155 yards the wind is pretty hot it’s 140 this is the distance for a tyrant for me but i gotta use the seven island let’s go nice and easy swing low trajectory against the wind oh my god this is not good ah it’s a miss it took the wind and gone on left i took the sandwich 56 degrees and i think it’s the good the good club here let’s go hi it’s your best shot ah it’s too short it will be hard to save for here okay this is for par looks hard but still possible let’s go go ah bogie it’s a shop part three okay next hole see how it’s beautiful i want to show you something you can see i i’m not really sure but cancun i know we see concord i’m not sure cancun is here and isla marquez no no this is cancun and you can see the green right there it’s the isla mujeres just behind concorn it’s beautiful place beautiful amazing hall amazing golf hall the coast is right there i just jumped off two holes the 16 and 17 i did not play because i’m running late vlog taking a lot of time putting videos microphones stuff taking times there were some people and i had to go to go through okay never mind this is the 18 it’s a beautiful home as you can see with the the clubhouse if you watch the pga tour here you remember that that pictures and i’m very glad to be here uh how much distance is this one 425 meters 380 meters 425 yards it’s pretty long here the dangerous the abuses the bunkers on the left side i need to keep right the distance is not that big problem because the winds help a lot the wind is right behind me so the only thing is avoid the bunker on the left and overall don’t go too much on the right because it’s the jungle well i got to aim on the left bunker and i want to play this drive with a fade and if the fade is light it’s perfect it would be in a fair way to have a second shot easy second shot for the green let’s go i think you know i did this teaching lessons on posture and 15 on the path three and i realized my posture was probably a little bit too far away that’s why i was not so precise and direction today i think it must be better to be closer to the ball from here yeah for sure let’s go aim to the bunker flight fade the worst case is a bunker the best is fade on the fairway it’s too much on the right ah it’s on the right there oh i must play another one maybe it’s lost that was a big mistake too much on the right okay i do the provisory one maybe my ball is still on game i’m not sure of it it might be lost oh i changed my posture and during the round this is maybe the worst the worst mistake this one is just perfect this one is just perfect light fade just like i wanted straight to the middle this is game i did not found my first ball my first ball was too much on the right side in a jungle it’s lost this is my third shot now i’m 138 meters i decided to take a light light eight iron very light because the wind should hurt me and okay let’s go if i can save boogie it would be very good no bird is today feel sorry for that but i think i was too close too far from my ball today all day long i’ve seen some videos i thought i’m too far and recording this video makes me realize this okay light like eighty percent power on eight iron closest to the ball and nice and easy rhythm that was a very good shot a little bit on the left very good shot i like it i like it let’s see well this is my ball it’s a little bit left and long but it was a good shot i appreciate it i must say it’s my first vlog ever in english it makes me a little bit under pressure you know and uh i want to excuse me for my english and my intentions some bad shots anyway uh i have two shots to save double boogie one one pot for boogie would be a very good news the funny fact is the flag is the mexican flag it’s the only flag with the scholar in this school and you see those animals they gave me the name yesterday i forgot the name [Music] okay let’s go for two pets
