one of the big things in terms of a diamondback successful season is the rotation of course and that means the return from injury last year of the big left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez who will make his season debut Suzuki has been very quiet in the opening games of the Season just two for 21 and that one ripped to center field and a base hit and now Justin Turner behind in the count 2 and0 rolled it out here comes Suarez who has hit four home runs in the first three games of this series swag and a miss ring him up two down now and here is the catcher Jose Herrero in the air right field Herer out waving his arms nio has it and makes the play so backto back walks and now you’ve got to face Dan B Swanson here’s your ground ball Gino gets it started hamson yeah turns it they got two here’s Herer first pitch swung on and a lazy fly to right gritch coming in he’ll make the catch the inning is over and the Cubs who had Runners at first and second with nobody out don’t score here’s Josh who singled in the second and now the 3-2 pitch Naylor takes it for ball four and that’s going to bring up Alec Thomas pitch from Boyd swing and a line drive right center field that’s a base hit Naylor will hold it second Tucker came charging in ready to throw two on and two out for Jose Herrera the one two on the ground right at Nico picks it up and throws him out the short stop Heraldo Pomo at the plate but it it’s a good one corner gets over out at first Well Done by Nico he scrambled to the bag held on to the base and Pomo is waiting to see if they’re going to look at it they will not tell wow not an easy play at all for boys great work by Nico to hang on make the play and now it’s going to be up to gritch Boyd works his motion the two2 a swing and a miss strike three got him with the that gets down yeah go Josh go nil they’re chugging into third they’re going to stop him there pinch hit double who’s got a craven for paven pinch hit double by paven Smith sets up second and third with only one out you need something something positive here from Alec Thomas second and third one out Fly ball right field get legs Alec Thomas comes up just shy this will get a run home nailor chugging in Paving into third at just missed tying the game there but he gets the Diamond Backs on the board now we see another pinch hitter runner at third two outs Here Comes Corbin Carroll as’s a one through the hole out there and now two on for Moreno now the one oh fast ball swung on that’s ripped it to left field a base hit Marte going to be sent home he will score RBI single for Gabby and the Diamond Backs are just down a run big swing by Morena really showing his offensive prowess new piture for the Cubs is the veteran left-hander Caleb thielbar is facing Josh Naylor oh thebar brought in to get the left hander he loses him on four pitches and they’re loaded for Gino and boy is this set up or what only six players in major league history have homered in four consecutive games to start a season to two struck him out wow big strike out for Caleb thielbar and now the Dbacks going to their final bench option Jake McCarthy now the 01 on the way swinging a bouncer toward First Love this and it’s the eighth inning so if it’s close yes they’re going to I’m going to be so bold as to Mark seya safe at first base on my scorecard after review the ruling at second base is confirmed the runner is out the ruling at first base is overturned and the runner is safe first and third one away Kyle Tucker do up and that is hammered right field way back forget it Kyle Tucker will touch them all a three run hover and the Cubs lead it six to2 Bang Yeah he took a swing at that one like he knew it was coming he sat back on that breaking ball and unloaded backto back walks and Craig council’s two-run double and the Dbacks will bring the tying run to the plate as it’s now 6 to4 one out guriel at the plate guel drives it to left way back we’re tied gel’s first of the Season boy did not come at a good time a fast ball just up into Zone over the middle of the plate and guriel who’s already hit a couple line drives to left field this game this time he got it elevated and sent a screaming over the wall and left and now Gabrielle Moreno 3-2 for Morgan reach for again that’s poked in right field the base hit and the go-ahead run is on for Naylor four runs already home Naylor to Center trow Armstrong can go get him not this time go Gabby go they going to wave him home he’s going to score and the Diamond Backs have the lead and Suarez was walked intentionally as the Diamondbacks have the pitcher spot up and so Ryan Nelson is going to come up and pinch hit come on two and one on Nelly get through there it is Ryan Nelson’s got a riy knock he’s driven in one and they get the second run at home as Gino’s out oh my goodness Ryan Nelson with an RBI single he’s grinning from ear to ear and even with the out at the plate the Diamond Backs lead it 8 to6 unbelievable Alec Thomas who led off this inning with a walks swing line drive right field base hit Nelson going to be waved around third and he will score and the Magical eighth inning for the Diamondbacks comes to an end you would think with the pitcher Nelson bringing home the ninth run of the day Colin Ray is now doing the pitching for the Cubs Corbin Carol will be the first man to face him Corbin slices one to deep left Center Crow Armstrong will play it off the wall they’re going to wave Alex Thomas there’s no throw and it’s 10 to six and Carol with an RBI double to make it an eight run bottom of the eight it’s not over yet Kyle Tucker is due up if Kyle gets on the in run would be up again for the Cubs got him and the Diamondbacks close out a sensational comeback the largest comeback win in the major so far this year
