Hey r/golftips,
After the latest GolfMetrics update, I finally gave up and decided to build my own app. The old version was perfect, quick manual entry, no GPS nonsense, just track your shots and see your stats. The new update completely killed that simplicity.
I tried Decade Golf but having to enter everything on a computer after my round defeats the whole purpose. I want to log my stats while I'm mid round or in the clubhouse, not hours later at home.
I'm building SOLID GOLF, basically the old GolfMetrics we all loved. Manual shot entry, both strokes gained and Tiger 5, fast and simple. not expensive, no So sensors to buy, just track and analyze your game.
If you're fed up with current options and want something that actually works the way golfers need it to, I'm putting together a launch list:

Would love to hear what features matter most to you. What do you wish your current golf app did better?
