I don’t think the game is really evolving. Everybody says you got to evolve as a coach. The game isn’t evolve. It’s dissolving. We’re not practicing anymore. We don’t even play. Guys don’t even play. Guys don’t meet. Guys aren’t together. We’re doing less now than we ever did before. You go to Friday night football, you can go watch Chamberlain play late to and you’ll see the same plays Friday night that you see Saturday and you see the same plays on Sunday. That’s why I enjoy watching the Chiefs play. I enjoy watching the Lions play. I enjoy watching the Buccaneers play. They’ll come at you with different personnel, different formations, audibles, a professional system. Some of these offenses I wouldn’t pay Ronda to go watch. I like Gruden but he was terrible in Oakland. He traded Mack for all those picks and destroyed the roster. None of the guys that he drafted made any contribution and he was making 10 million per year.
