you’re going to implement some rules there off the start like Oscar don’t attack unless you’re literally side by side or something like that there there must be some sort of rules that right yeah we’ll uh we’ll come up with some rules overnight um but no the drivers obviously know exactly what’s going on so I don’t think we’ll need to tell them anything I think they know what the uh what from my experience remind them a little kind of give some guidelines like just saying the drivers know what spoke with NI about it and he thought just in case it wasn’t obvious you guys should be nice to each other highly recommend that highly recommend always listen to Uncle Nico he’s right on these ones

Its so funny how zak brown pretends everything is alright. This is just a vulcano waiting to errupt, one of the drivers is going to be left dissapointed, you can see it in the face of the driver being behind everytime after a race, they are so angry when the other one wins.

Nico is one of those people that are hard to socialise with I think. He's completely brazen and doesn't mind saying making fun of other people (in relatively charmless ways) but is also incredibly sensitive/insecure and will start an argument if someone does it back to him (example, when he had a go at that child on live tv). I think he's quite toxic really
Nico’s experience is somewhat relevant, but he was also competing vs. a psychopath, while this season is just 2 nice guys who are also competitive. I’m sure it’ll get uglier, but I don’t see either lando or Oscar transforming into an Ahole

Overtake allowed on the team mate, risky overtake not allowed
Its quite simple and natural for drivers
At this point we see that the team have confidence in the drivers to stay on this line.
Until one day were Lando or Oscar crash on the other. The rule will be reminded and the behavior of the drivers will be reevaluated as it is after each event but with a special attention.
Im glad mclaren is doing the management that way. Its logical with a degree of freedom that keep the sport enjoyable.
