Work on your game indoors with my golf fitness workout! This routine focuses on core and leg strength and finishes off with some golf specific stretching. This workout can be performed with no equipment and is an intermediate level of difficulty.

This workout consists of a 3 minute warm-up, an 18 minute main, and then 5 minutes flexibility work to finish.

The main session consists of 9 exercises, each performed for 45 seconds on with 15 seconds recovery, for 2 rounds. The exercises included are listed below:

1. Rebound lunge and rotation (R leg)
2. Rebound lunge and rotation (L leg)
3. X sit-up
4. Side bridge/plank (lie on R)
5. Side bridge/plank (lie on L)
6. Russian twist
7. Squat/squat jump
8. Single leg deadlift (R leg)
9. Single leg deadlift (L leg)
