Jack Madden and Alex Maguire are almost certain to find themselves competing on the revived MENA Tour as they are in strong position going into the third and final round at Q-School at Troija in Portugal.

The MENA (Middle East, North Africa Tour), has been revived, and the 2026 campaign gets underway next week in Portugal, with the 12 events each offering prize funds of $100,000 and $18,000 for the winner.

After rounds of 72 on days one and two, Tyrone native Madden lies tied for third, while Maguire, on +5, is tied for 15th with the leading 50 players all guaranteed their place in all 12 events which will be held in Portugal, Egypt, Morocco, and Jordan, with two other venues yet to be confirmed.

While the weather has been testing, three-time DP World Tour winner and former Ryder Cup star, Chris Wood, has made the most of his first two rounds and takes a four-stroke lead into the final round after a level-par 72 to follow his opening six-under 66.
