Former European Tour players Gary Orr and Robert Jan Derksen spoke to referees at The R&A’s biggest Rules school of the year.
Eighty-five delegates from 38 countries attended the Level 3 Tournament Administrators and Referees School (TARS) in St Andrews, February 2017.
The school was the last stage of The R&A’s three-tier qualification process designed to help candidates achieve the standard of golf tournament Official or referee.
