Trackman Golf Simulator NEXT Tour LIVE: $40,400 PGA Pro Open!

All right, so we are live and just kind of getting everything fired up here. Let me make sure our insim camera. Perfect. And so I’ve got Darren Hussy, uh, official PGA member, uh, PGA of America, going to be, uh, competing in this tournament that Trackman, uh, is having specifically for PGA Tour of America members. I thought that was really cool um, that they’re doing that. And I was like, “Hey man, would you mind uh, if I stream it?” So I put him on the spot and he’s here. Darren, why don’t you come over and scan the QR code in the upper right. I’m actually going to take you guys through what this is like for someone, you know, going into a commercial facility or their home sim, what it looks like. So, he’s going to open up his uh Trackman Golf app and it’s going to give him the ability just to hit scan QR code. He’s scanning it right now and you’re going to see that it logs him in that fast. So, he scans it and it logs him in. And then basically what you do is you go under competitions and because he’s logged in, he’s seeing what he is eligible for or signed up for. So you can see right here it says track band virtual open PGA of America only. Uh we’re playing Band and Dunes. And when you open that up um you know you can just hit select tournament. All right. So um round one you can see playing black gold TE’s manual putting does not aim for you. All right, green stimp 10 green firmness medium versus that uh normal next tour is hard. So little forgiving there but breezy wind that’s going to make things interesting. We’ll take a peek at the leaderboard just really quick. It will take a second to load just because you have a few hundred players in there. Goal today is uh to get 12 under or better. I’d say better than 12 under. I mean Zach, what a what a round, right? That’s pretty good. What a round. All right, so this is really cool. So, this is what I wanted to show you guys. So, see how it says uh next recorder app. So, I have uh a dummy phone here that has the next recorder app on it. And I am going to hit the start button. And it says check the lighting. Keep the player in view. One last thing, connect to the simulator. And so, I’m just going to scan that QR code now. And it says ready and connected as you guys can see there on the screen. I hit under uh understand. And then I’m just gonna take this and I’m gonna set it up u basically right behind the golfer and it just kind of gives a a pretty cool view. So when you go on the next tour uh website now this video that this is recording you can watch back every single shot. So this is a live stream makes it more fun. You’re you know you you can hear us talking and and chat with us and everything else. But um that is a replay you guys can watch after. Go check out the leader what they did. Um but we should be good to go. I’m going to go ahead and hit start game. It’s going to load up Bandon Dunes. What a cool course. I’ve never played it in real life. Have you played this in real life? I have not. Yeah. So Oregon. So Darren hasn’t played it in real life either. Um and then one thing I always do, and this is I don’t know, maybe my OCD or something like that, but I uh we’re ready to play, right? Good to go. I always go into settings and go and just hit autotarget just to make sure that uh when you hit autotarget, you’re perfectly aligned to start of the round. It really does it in the beginning. Um so it’s not necessary. Uh but I just always do it. All right. So where would you like to be aimed, sir? I mean the fairway sounds that looks good to me, too. So good luck. Thanks for watching everybody. And uh we’ll just kind of chat along the way and throw your comments down there and tell me what you think. You got questions for Darren, you know, fire him off. Did you see the ball set? Did it move? I didn’t see it. Usually when you put your You gota put your club up to it. Yeah. See how it just moved? Because it saw your club. Yeah. We have the auto offset feature on which is pretty cool. So we like teeing it up a little to the side. You can see it. Let’s go. Didn’t expect anything less out of you. For those of you that don’t know, I play quite a bit of golf with Darren. Helps me with my swing and uh great coach. You know, visit hussygolf.com. I put it in the comments. But um reason he’s a good coach because he’s a good golfer. So really really great start. Good stuff. Good stuff. It definitely leaves you with an uphill look here though, huh? 61 yards. Yeah. Uphill or Yeah. What is uphill lie six degrees and then two degrees to the right. Yeah, you guys can’t see those, but I’ll I’ll tell you what they are. I just figure that’s move that out so I can see it. I’m going try to play this for like Yeah, not a bad idea. Yeah, I mean for only 21 feet. Yeah, I’d played a little longer. Yeah, I wouldn’t know about 75, but you you you’re better than me on these shots. So, yeah. And watch. I’ll be right back. You get spin on your balls, too. I was worried about that. It’s only 21 ft. So, what were we doing? We were doing a couple yards for 10 feet or something like that when we were doing calculations. It’s the first hole. Lot of golf left. Oh, I figured with the medium greens, you might have got it. That’s all right. Make a putt. You had some decent spin on it, too. Yeah. Already got people saying good luck there. Good stuff. Good stuff. Break in there. Great putt. Great putt. All right. Well, you know how far uh 21 feet uphill goes now with the wind. Yeah. Best way to look at it. best way to look at it. Yeah. Bandon Dunes, right? I I don’t I don’t put as much emphasis on it as as you usually do, but I know when we were playing like par threes and stuff, you were you were pretty much spot on. We’re talking about we played the next qualifier tour, which I pretty much blew up my round. My golf swing anytime under pressure is pretty much out the window. It was a tough round. Tough round. move that camera up so you guys can see the lie and you can see the yardage and everything. I figured that’d be a really good option. If you guys need any tips, just yell upstairs and I’ll come down there. Oh, that’s funny, Jen. That’s my wife ching in. That’s great. I might need a water in a little bit if you don’t mind. All right, knock it close. What’s cool is if you guys noticed on the left there’s a closest to the pin competition. Oh, the wind really caught that, didn’t it? It’s okay. Good shot. Because of that mound. Yeah. Yeah. But you got an eight foot gimme circle, you know. So, like I If you guys missed in the beginning, it’s a uh 8 foot gimme circle, but it’s manual putting. So you I mean obviously you get to see what’s going on here on the green and you pretty just aim and and hit it. So yeah, that’s what I would think. Goal is here to just get out with a par, right? No, I think it’s gonna get in. Oh, come on. Come on. That’s the biggest thing that needs to get used to. Yeah, I agree. Yeah, I’ll be at the PGA show. SC Golf. I will be there. He did it. I had confidence the whole time. Well done. Well done. Just getting warmed up. And just for just for, you know, information here for those watching, Darren left his uh golf club, Tyrone Hills, where the uh golf simulator is that he has. He teaches lessons there. And pretty much rolled in hot about 15 minutes before starting time. you know, crushed a few drives down there and then started. So, I’ll uh Yeah, not the usual warm up. Yeah, I see golf. You’ll have to tell me how the stream looks. I’ve got uh 10 megs a second, which is only 1080p, but I just figured better off doing that than uh you know over calculating, you know, my internet here, which is only I think 40 megs up, but I could probably get away with more. But so your 1080p stream, but streams usually look pretty good. But Trackman graphics are great. I mean, they’re just very polished. 301 Golf says, “This is going to be awesome. Is he using Trackman for Trackmanio? And you know, I should have specified that. Thanks for asking. So, this is Trackman IO. Yeah, stream looks good. Thank you. Thank you. We haven’t streamed in forever. I was talking about how I stream all the time. 229. Yeah, I’m watching that wind. I was gonna say it’s it’s straight right to left, huh? That’s what makes it tough, guys. Oh, what a swing. What a swing. Give it to him. Roll way out. Give it to him. Go. Go. Oh, what a shot. What a shot. Is that for eagle? Yeah. Let’s go. Let’s go. Competitive golf. Telling you guys, you want to watch me fall apart. Just put me in a hole. Well, but notice the ball fades at the end, though. It’s not really moving that far right at the end. Just pay attention to that. Yeah. One cup the red edge and then just kind of firm it in there. Yeah. Sneak in there. What’d he do? Let’s go. Eagle. All right. Janette says, uh, Janette Feibrit says, “Nice shot.” LFG. I mean, it’s my channel. I can say, “Let’s go.” So, sorry for the kids watching. I’m pretty sure it’s an adult uh audience. So, I can throw a little fbomb in there if I want. It’s definitely not for kids. So, hey, can you do a super quick flyover? Absolutely. Let’s show off a flyover. I don’t know if I’ve really done a whole lot of that uh in the streams or anything. And the cool thing about streams is usually they actually have more quality then when I record and upload they get stepped on a lot. So this will be really cool. I think it’s going to be a quality video. Good. Yeah. Like here. No, here. I was going to say like You like that? I like it. You have wind helping you. Yeah, I’ve never seen you lay up and not go for something. That’s how we’re going to get to 12 under. So, I’m playing Caddy here, guys. I’m telling to go for everything. 100% with confidence. Never even second guessed it. I mean, threaded it. Absolutely threaded. Are you putting That’s pretty good. That’s pretty good. I knew this was going to be a good screen. That was awesome. 47. I mean, medium greens, but look it. It’s all like more reddish there. So, it’s uphill. So, I think you can get a ball to stop. And is that wind really going to do much from 47 yards? I mean, a little bit. It is two left. So, you maybe aim right at the flag, you know, like two, three yards or something yard. I like that. Yeah, it’s a downhill lie, too. So, 3 in1 golf is asking is Zach Stefen in the top right corner 12 under after 18 holes. Yes, he is. He is the current leader. So that was the leaderboard I showed at the beginning. Um clearly Zach had a good day. I mean so what happened? You just and it just hit a hill and just took off. I don’t know. I carried it my number, but it hit that hill. Yeah. And then just took off. Like just from when you and I play. Yeah. Yeah. The chipping is one of the toughest things because it’s just not like you’re standing there looking at the undulation and everything. And Yeah. So pay attention next time you’re chip into a downhill situation. Yeah. This is easy though. That’s a really good putt. Did you do it? Oh man. I thought I thought you had it. That was a great putt. You know, you know what? I mean, just a small observation. It’s interesting. I I turned it up a little bit because I wanted us to hear what they’re hearing. And and if you guys can’t hear the wind and the ball ball dropping enough, tell me and I can turn it up. I have I have a mixer control, so you know, just in the comments, let me know. Figure they could hear it, though. You do a super quick. Yep. Yeah. I mean, you haven’t even played a full round. What do we You played three holes the other day or something. Yeah. That’s the other thing you guys got to remember. Zach Stefen might have 35 rounds on on the simulator and and played it in real life. Yeah. Totally. Yeah. Yeah. All right. I don’t think that pin looks quite as brutal. The hills to the left, but That’s a tech spot there. Well, you also hit your three-wood as far as I usually drive the ball. So, you’re into the wind 7.7. So, you’re going to lose 10 yards probably. Yeah, it’s up to you. It’s wide where you land though. Like if you carry the ball Yeah. You know what? You just drive the ball better than threewood. Yeah. You like that aim point? Yeah. You’re going to draw it into the wind. It’s going to land about 270 or so and it’s going to roll to here first. Yeah, but it’s just deeper up and you’re not that far to the uh I don’t think so. I don’t think so. You’re going to be on a little bit of a lie angle situation. Yeah. Yeah. And uh you’re going to have to add Oh, you’re gonna have to play it for like what? 175. Oh, well, it’s into the wind, too. So, is it a sixiron or something? Or is it going to roll out when it hits the green? Anyway, I’m gonna hit a hard just know that it’s gonna Don’t draw it because I could even supercharge it left, right? Do you want me to aim you right at all? Yeah, why don’t you? I think so. Like what if I mean if you’re in that bunker, who cares even because there’s a hill behind it. You’re aimed at the bunker right of the green. Okay. Yeah. I don’t know what 22 degrees looks like. That was really good. Yeah, that was really good. That’s a pretty easy sand shot. Yeah. I don’t quite know how to I mean like it’s almost like you’d have to sit here and hit like little push shots and be like, “Oh, that was five, you know, horizontal launch angle and that was 10 horizontal launch angle and that’s tough.” And you’re five left, just so you know. And you’re not getting full spin. You’re getting full power. You’re not Full spin. Uh, I think that’s a little much. Well, 45 feet, but it doesn’t have spin. So, I’d hit it for like 40ish or so or even 35. I think it’s going to be You got to remember 8 foot zone, four feet, you know, behind the pin. Yeah, it’s all right. It’s all right. I mean, I told you he had driver. I just thought it was the right move. I was going to say I like left edge. Get there. Get there. [Music] Good putt, though. Good putt. All right. No more bogeies. No, no more bogeies. I’ll take the blame on that one. You just hit your driver so well. Yeah. That I just didn’t think three-wood was going to solve anything, you know. Yeah. You know, and I think a problem that that you can get into is like I was kind of trying to steer that ball. Yeah, just swing away. Normal driver swing on every single every single one. Barely uphill. Yeah. Into the wind those seven. So you figure it’s playing 170 to the pin. Yeah. It’s like a Bryson shot. There’s the closest to the pin I was telling you guys about. So it’s pretty cool. Those are competitions inside of the competition. You can win money, prizes, all kinds of stuff. They do different tournaments. Three in one golf said one bogey to show us he’s human and now he’s going to hit seven buries in a row. I agree. Wow, the wind really stopped that though, huh? That was a good That was a really good swing. Really good swing. [Laughter] Let’s not talk about it anymore. Nice and firm. I like it. Get there. Get there. Oh my gosh. It’s like everything’s a foot short. You’re hitting the I mean, you’re putting everything perfect and it’s a foot short. It’s not three feet short. That’s I mean if you can I mean because every single one has been exactly a foot short which is like frustrating. Obviously frustrating. Well I mean at some point like Well it’s you’re only through six so lot of golf clubs. Lot of golf clubs. Oh, you know, someone asked what hitting mat I’m using. So, this is the soft strike from years ago. I have a couple of them. I don’t even think it’s available anymore, but if you just shoot me an email, I’ll put the email in the comments. I can give you some options that are like almost identical. Um, you know, very similar. I have some discount codes for the various ones, too. I mean, a lot of people are getting really That was a great drive, by the way. Um, getting pretty detailed with do you want gel? Do you want, you know, thicker mat? I mean, all kinds of stuff. Foam. And that’s all this is. Just foam below it. It’s got a little spring action to it, but doesn’t do much. Yeah. I feel like this is where you could even pick up some birdies. I mean, you hit your wedges so good. Oh, whoa. That wasn’t fair. Medium greens. Yeah. And we were just playing hard. I mean, that’s the other thing you guys got to understand. We were just playing that next tour and it’s like brutal conditions. I shot 12 over. I was not swinging my best, but the greens are hard and it’s just it’s you just don’t get those type of reactions. Well, I was downhill there, too. go really good. I knew that hill was going to stop it. That’s why I wanted, you know, I was like, man, get there. That was pretty severe as you like. And that I don’t think it was your spin quite as much as it was that it spun just enough on the hill where the hill was like, and you know what, that’s going to happen in real life. That was a tough pin. Yeah. I was like in my in my brain I was seeing the the fall off left. Yeah. If you would have played a practice round, you probably would have had a better idea of stuff like that. You wouldn’t have known the pin was there necessarily, but you like that that aim point swing away. Yeah. If someone is listening to the audio, you’ll have to let me know the balance of what you hear in Trackman versus voice because I mentioned earlier I can adjust it. Damn. I mean, that’s like green side. That that was 163. You’re angry angry angry about that that bogey. I’m kind of okay. I’m kind of like All right. So, here’s something you can do that I I like. You can go green and then now you can see what you’re chipping up to. So, it’s uphill before the pin and then not so uphill past the pin, but it’s not downhill past the pin. So, your ball is going to check up. So if you land this short of the pin and it spins back, I mean, you just know for a fact that you’re not making to the gimme circle. So you almost have to like hit it for the yardage in my opinion. You’re the golfer, but I just know based on experience when you have that uphill from this angle. I mean, look at the hill, you know, two left, two down as well. You got this. SC Golf, thanks for the audio check. Go ball. Go ball. Get in there. There we go. Let’s go. All right. It’s funny because I like I took like 10% off of what I have been doing. Uhhuh. And then you’re going to add a foot putting. everything. I mean, you could be five under right now. I could be five over. You could be five over right now, too. If you guys want to get a good laugh, you can go watch my next uh qualifier round. You’ll get a good laugh at what 12 over looks like. Very frustrating. Didn’t make one swing that was a normal swing the whole time. Darren played quite well. I mean, we we both got beat up on by the software a little bit, but Golf is hard. No. Yeah, healy. But good. You still got 160 ball speed out of it. I mean, look at the video. That’s It’s not that. That’s Healey. That’s like Jay Healey, you know? I I know that like like I would have been like, “Hey, not not so bad.” Oh, water delivery. Thank you so much. Darren’s doing great. Appreciate it. I know. I’m trying to watch you. Oh, that’s not good. Only suggestion would have been if Darren would have been miked up. So, we had him miked up and the problem is is it’s too annoying. I’m glad next time I’ll grab one of my lavalers and I’ll put the mic on his belt and then run a lavalier up to the polo. I have a mic pointing at him, but yeah. Yeah, we did try and it was it was I don’t want to distract Yeah. hitting my left arm. That’s just not good. Yeah, I have lavalers, too. I like the suggestion, though. Always always open to suggestions. 240. Wind’s going to carry it. So, really, it’s probably only playing about 235. Um, we could look at the green real quick, too. Um, that’s the thing, like, you know, not trying to make this marathon round, but it’s like, man, this is important. This is a big deal. So, it’s it’s going to land on an uphill slope, right? Because that’s downhill in the front, right? And then it’s all uphill to the pin. So, like you got to carry it there because it’s obviously not going to run away. Um, and it’s four left. Beast mode. 235 shot. Four iron. Not in my wheelhouse. I like it. I’m still laughing about your heel shot. 160 mph ball speed. Look at that. Didn’t even Look at that. That’s almost too much. That’s why you’re the golfer. I think you supercharged it with the draw, too, probably. Huh. Yeah. Yeah. It’s interesting how that wind works with the ball flight. It’s It’s It’s actually very realistic. That’s what’s going to happen in real life, right? Interesting. Yeah. Zero upill. I was gonna say because it goes uphill downhill. So, you need to hit it for like a firm 44 feet. Like, get it there. Yeah, that’s well left to right. You’re going to aim like almost to the left side of the uh gimme circle, you know. Knock it in. Oh yeah. Slow down. Hit it. Oh, it rode the downhill. Damn. You hit it. You hit it pretty firm. Yeah. I thought I hit it too hard. Yeah. Yep. That was awesome. That was awesome. What a bird. And you got a good feel for a putt like that. I mean, it was really interesting how you could watch it slow down up the hill and then take off down the hill. I mean, these greens are no joke. thing a lot of people just don’t pay attention to is like a breaking even if it’s not downhill from your point of view like the angle of the ball. Yeah. Even though that was zero downhill. Yeah. There is a you want to aim right at the bunker so you don’t go in the bunker. I mean, you never hit a straight drive, right? That’s always a joke. Did we both end up in this bunker? I know we didn’t play this many holes, but we played a couple holes. Okay. Which is what about right here? Like edge. Edge like right there. All right. Hit a draw natural pushing it that way. towards the bunker. One thing that you guys aren’t seeing is Trackman’s ability. Now, when you do bag mapping, you have a caddy and it’s really cool. So, I’m I’m mapped. Great drive. And like as you’re when you’re playing, it’s like auto aiming you out of trouble, suggesting like what club is going to land where and like you can go carry or total. Um, check out one of my latest rounds or videos I did and I showed it’s it’s really cool. It’s really cool. Yeah, we should map your bag sometime. Yeah. Can you show me the green? Yep. Let’s take a look. Green and you’re coming from that way. So, a hill before and a hill after. I mean, that’s not bad for where you are really, right? See the difference? You just got to kind of land it in the pocket. I don’t think you want to land it on this hill right here because if you land it on this hill, then it rolls away. Oh, never mind. The hill’s left and right. Yeah. Right here. 29 yards. Yeah, because that’s downhill, too. You’re going to let it ride down. Yeah. I’m going to try to Yeah. Well, you all know that you’re never short on these, so be confident. It is five left, just so you know. And three up, which should make it land a little softer. Go, man. that I think the uphill I was gonna say I think the uphill lie had it come go come go come go come go come go come go come go come go come go come go come go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go up and come down early because if you would have been a couple yards further you would have been on the green but you might have been past the pin I mean I don’t know that’s that’s really tough yeah I’ll feel puff though you got this will be good bird Yep. Yep. Oh, it stopped. It stopped breaking. Yeah. you know, we’re talking about feedback to give Trackman and as much as I like the rolling balls and like the heat map and everything, we don’t feel like there’s quite enough information surrounding the hole. So, you know, they love feedback. They react on it. And I think that, you know, if enough people uh agree, I think more information around the hole would just make it play even more real, right? Because you can really know what you would see in real life. Definitely. That was a good hole. I mean, these pin locations are legit. Yeah. I mean, top five, eight under. Like everybody was blazing low, but those scores. drivers on fire today. 164 and they look like just effortless swings, you know. Yeah. Slowly. I mean, it’s still obviously slow, but yeah, I think that would have carried even further. I’m assuming your angle of attack was huge because spin was pretty low. I can get dangerously like Well, that’s where I that’s why I had to switch drivers because I just I’m not my body is not turning. Yeah, for those of you that don’t know, if you hit eight degrees up on a driver with a low spinning driver, you can go sub 1,000. Been there, watched my ball fall out of the sky many times. It’s not good. It’s probably worse than Yeah, I’ve done it a few times in the simulators and people have been like, “That’s a misread.” Well, no, it’s not. Seen it in real life. High toe ball. 8 degrees up. Yeah. You see that? How? Okay. I just want to make sure you see like like see Yeah, that’s that’s pretty dark. I like right of the pin. Kind of a spinny. Yeah. And you’re two degrees left. So, you know, taking a little right is smart all around. Yeah. I mean, wind’s going to help you from 82. It’s Oh, yeah. Well, it’s in your face. A little left, though. But 8 miles per hour. A pretty damn good swing. You can see it blowing left. Go, go, go, go, go. Yeah, that’s real good. I mean, these pins are the greenskeeper or the I should say the trackman programmer, whoever decided to put these pins here, they didn’t want to make this easy by any means. PGA of America top performers challenge. Yeah, there’s just not quite enough information right around the hole because because the grid is always lined up on the right and the left because you’re always aimed, right? And then uh you basically don’t have any information if the balls are rolling, you know, away from it. I mean, yeah, I kind of have no choice, right? Yeah, maybe slightly lost because it’s that downhill. The firm putting tends to take breakway though. We’ll see it go right. You just couldn’t see that at all. Nothing told you it was going to go right. Which, don’t get me wrong, in real life sometimes you just can’t quite see a little bit of break, but it’s it’s it’s on a consistent basis, right? Versus if the balls rolled from line to line all the way, then you’d uh But still, if the balls like one ball’s going this way and that way, yeah, it’s interesting. We’ll have to talk to them about it. I’m sure they’ll appreciate the feedback. All right. Two under through 11. Hole number 12, par three. Closest to the pin. 3 foot six inches. That’s pretty easy to beat. You look at the green. I know. Well, you know Cody. Cody. Yeah. Really? From where? He’s at He’s the He’s at Red Run. No way. Yeah. Yeah. No way. Red Run’s a sweet course. That was a lot of fun. We played in the pro there. It was awesome. And such a random location in Royal Oak. Yeah. You know, it’s a classic. Wow. Look at back there. Bye-bye. That’s That is dangerous territory. So, I mean, clearly you don’t want to take it long. You know, Cody, that’s awesome. I don’t think I met him when we were there. I think you did. Did I I like that because the wind seems to be gusting just enough to where I mean you just know it’s six or seven yards downhill 16 feet on top of that. I think I’m gonna try to sixiron. I like it. Honestly, that’s awesome because I I was wondering if it was going to take a six and I I like seven. I think you got green to work with. I think the wind’s gonna It’s a little right to left. I like it. Yep. All right, get down now. Get down. All right. Maybe you didn’t want to get down too much, but I I did because of the downhill behind there. I mean, that was just so risky. Great shot. Yeah, a good point, man. Three feet. That’s a really good shot. Says you’re welcome, Cody. Was he really? I recognize the name. It’s funny. Done. Done. That’s awesome. Yeah, we didn’t play our best that red run, did we? Uh, no. We were pretty close to last place. I think it might have been one of our worst proams ever. No one played well. Like usually if someone’s out, whatever. I mean, everybody has good holes or bad days or bad I should say bad holes. But yeah, that was not our best showing. Yeah, we were uh you know that’s a that’s a great that’s the Yeah, it is. Selfridge. Yeah. Yeah, that was really cool. The presentation they did and everything. It’s really cool. Really cool. So that’s Yeah. tons of money raised for him. Was it I’m trying to remember which one like wounded warrior or it’s like they have uh it was for one of those. I mean obviously self air base put the whole thing on. Folds of honor. Folds of Honor. Yeah. Yep. And they gave away the kits and everything. That was awesome. That was really cool. I think you just bomb it. Yeah. I can’t What’s funny is when I swing hard. No, I think those smooth swings. You were doing 164 effortlessly. I mean, it was effortless. Yeah. Good. 62 miss. It’s just like it was off the heel, but I mean like look look it’s going to give you a flat lie. Yeah. You know, it’s like god damn it 292 carry. It’s so tempting to swing hard, but it’s just like what? No. It’s funny with what a good swing can do not even going over a 110 club head speed, you know? I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’d love to be at 115, but yeah, I think this is a great I think you need to be doing this every time. I mean, so that’s all uphill. Where am I? I’m waiting to kind of go around. Um, let’s see. The trees are behind, so that would be uphill behind. I guess that’s the other thing is it’d be nice if they flew you up from the ball. So you could tell which way it was from down here, right? Yeah. Yeah. See how the pins to the right and then and you can actually do this and you can see that heat map back there and see how this runs off. Don’t be short, right? Yeah. My goal is I mean if you’re a little long it’s okay. Was it a four iron again? I mean you definitely been smoking it. Yeah. Three. Right. Yeah. Draw this thing. Come on. Yeah. The one time he didn’t want to do it. Stay right there. That was the one place. That’s my miss. I can’t start right. Well, it’s still a chip and a putt for a birdie. Or you just get this thing in the gimme zone and walk away. Yeah, you pretty much I would want to say you need to land the ball like to the right of the pin like right there, but you have to get it there. And see how it’s 12 feet uphill. So, you got to play a high shot. Um, it’s and you don’t have much of an up uh lie. It’s only one degree. So, I mean, you got to play it for like almost 40 yards, right? Or something. I mean, but you always hit a little far. So, Think about it. Smoked it. Not terrible. No. And it could happen. That’s something I would do probably. Try to get cute with it and end up rolling back to your feet. They give nightmares of boing. Remember that one time? Oh, I remember the hill. Yeah. Why does the ball keep coming back to my feet? All right. Come on. Come on, dude. Put short. Come on. That was a great putt. I mean, you can’t be I mean, listen, you hit a miss. You were in a terrible spot. Yeah. No. No. Pretty silly. Oh, that was Yep. But short. Like I said, Yep. Wind’s blowing a little right. and you’re going to draw it. But that’s a 280 carry. Do do you almost aim like we could do a fly over too and just kind of like see what what’s up there. But like once this camera turns, this has to be unreal in real life with the ocean. But like do you try to go here? Because then what’s going to happen is these come into play, right? Yeah. Let’s go. It’s going to roll on the green. What’s up, Warwood guys? We got a local. I love it. I don’t know. Flint ignition. Oh, it could be so good. Go catch the down slope. Roll on the green. Keep going. 164. I’m telling you, it’s And look at it comes with like a 109 club speed. Like when a ball’s hit really well, it’s not even worth the extra two or three, you know, miles per hour club head speed. It’s hilarious. Yeah. All right. This is where Well, and remember what I was doing like you can only carry the ball to like here. you know, which is what uh four yards. So, like you could carry the ball to the bottom of the screen and it’s a gimme. That’s that’s what I was doing when we were playing. So, I basically Yeah, that’s that’s aimed a tad right. Do you want me to reset the aim or no? Yeah, if you don’t mind. My brain always tells All right. It’s right at right at the pin. Yeah. I mean, you seriously could land it like right, you know, maybe a little bit high at the bottom of the screen. It’s uphill, too, so it’s going to stop it. I’ll go. You had me worried there. I was a little short of the screen. Yeah. I don’t know. I mean, yeah. No. And and going way over. Yeah. Another birdie. four under. And I mean, there’s some golf left. I think we’re on 15, right? Turn the heat on. I mean, and what’s funny is is like the first hole wasn’t fair. You came in hot. You know what I mean? I mean, I always tell people like, don’t don’t walk into a round of golf. Why are you throwing the tea over here? Don’t you need it? Oh, part three. Whatever. Okay. Oh, okay. Gotcha. Oh, eight inches Doug. Doug Pisco. I don’t recognize that name. Isn’t that cool seeing a bunch of PG of America guys, though? Yeah, guys. That’s amazing. Yeah. Who else did we see? Jimmy. Jimmy played in it. Yeah, there were quite a few. Yeah, it is cool to see everybody participate. All right, so I mean the pin is I don’t know if you want to look real quick, but Oh, we don’t need to do that. But I mean it’s tucked and that’s going to push things. I mean, that’s going to stop things, but it’s just high on that side. I mean, the wind’s pushing slightly left. So, I wouldn’t like I like that. Yep. Center of the green. If the wind’s going to push a little bit, let it do it. Yep. No games. could work out real well if it gets down. You didn’t mean to draw it that hard, did you? I see the club coming inside. draw. Yeah. Isn’t it funny how it like, man, I’ll be pushing balls for like a month and then Yeah. You’re snapping big draws. It’s crazy. This is makeable. I mean, you just got to get that break right and not leave it a foot short. Well, not a little bit. It’s going to dart right at first. Yeah. Keep turning. Straightened out big time. Whoa. You know, I it looked a little firm. I think it would have kept I think it if it was slower, it would have turned a little harder and might have might have been on the right line. But yeah, you definitely hit it firm. And you just when you hit it firm, it takes the breakout, you know. You know, just my last importance of distance control when it comes to making you don’t know if you have a break int that’s why I think it’s cool like when you get to see a uh a high line and a low with speed. Like if you use P view or something like that and you you get to see how like if here’s what the line is if it’s slow and here’s what it is if it’s fast. It’s it’s wild looking at that that grid difference or corridor. I just want to see what that Yeah. Yeah. Looking at putting corridors is wild. Damn. That’s got to be dramatic in real life. little pot bunker just right swing away and Yeah. bunkers. Yeah. I don’t like that rough over there. Do you want to aim at this bunker? Maybe. No. No. Stay where it is. All right, let’s go. No, that hill is going to help, I think. Yep. Well done. Well done. I think it’s going to give you a decent look at I wish you had more green to work with. Yeah, but you have a little bit to work with because it’s not front of that side. Oh, yeah. You got something to work with. Plenty. Yeah. So, you’re coming in this way. And that’s uphill, too. This is honestly a great look at it versus trying to chip up here and have it roll down and everything. This is a great look at it. Yeah. I accidentally hit it perfectly exactly where I wanted it. Wind six left and it’s three degrees left. So, at least aim a little right. I’m not saying a lot, but either one. Oh, kind of it hit the hill is what happened because that that’s kind of an uphill, you know, and it just stopped it. That will do it, too, huh? Hey, look at this. That’s makeable. I’d treat this like it was a bogey putt, you know, that you needed to make because I mean that I’m just I’m serious. Like you had to save it because I mean this is makeable. You need to make this. Yeah. Everybody tries to tell me. You got to make try your hardest on every putt. Yeah. Well, you know how it is though where it’s like you take extra time. But I You’re right. You’re absolutely right. Try your hardest on every putt. No matter what it is, even if it’s your final one to shoot 12 over like me. I do. I do. Yep. Just a nice firm 20 right edge. It’s going to go in. Yep. Did you? Oh, look. You did look at the replay, man. That was that was a great putt. You I mean you totally could be eight under right now. Like like without even a question. I mean the amount of close call birdie putts. Aim. Oh yeah. Is this the Let’s just look at it real quick. So it be over here and then you want to see what it is to the hole from over there. So like you’d have to go 300 yards into the wind. So you’re probably aiming there and it’s 170 versus here is only 144 yard shot. So uh oh we’re gonna have to let this reconnect. So, if you guys are seeing this on the stream, this is actually pretty cool because if for some reason the next recorder, you know, like needs to reconnect, it like tells you, “Hold on a second. Don’t hit your shot.” And then it reconnects. It’s pretty cool. So, that’s what it just did. Um, do you hit a I mean, you were the one that was talking about threewoods. Like, do you hit a 3-wood left side of the like where here? Like here, even though there’s deep rough there because it’s just so much shorter. Like you don’t want 180 yard shot in the thing. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, driver up the deck on on 174 under would be pretty sweet. I think people would uh like this dude’s nuts. Yeah. So, it’s just going to have big release. No, that stuff. I mean, it’s been telling you it’s just like hitting out of whatever deep rough. You were just panicked if you pushed to drive. Yeah. So essentially, you just have to understand that this Well, let’s just look at it to verify, but that’s all uphill. So your spin is really going to be counteracted by all of this uphill. So I wouldn’t be that worried about, you know, the spin. And uh you got to add 147. Add a few more. 150. Losing tons of spin. Uh yeah, about about 140. The down the downwind’s going to carry it a little bit, but I think I think 140 is not going to go blown by the hole carry. Even 135 would be on the safe side. It does have a downhill lie. Um yeah. It’s all about how much that hill slows it down. I mean, you’re losing 50 to 70% spin. That’s really bad. No way. This doesn’t roll out because it’s taking off low, too. I like it. Be confident. Yeah. Are you going to be okay? Just stay. Stay. Yeah. That’s wild. You came so far inside. that you shoved it just because faced the path. Huh. Interesting. I mean, this is a sensitive putt, but it’s nothing crazy. I mean, I I would essentially play it for, you know, maybe a hair over 20 feet. And I wouldn’t go crazy right because it really stops four feet to the hole going left. So, I like it. I like it here or so, you know, if that. Maybe even less because look at it. It really does stop pushing it that hard. But I I think you split the baby. I think it’s like somewhere in between here. Yeah. Yeah. 20-ish. Just Just a hair over 20 is not going to kill you. No, I think you’re good. Go in. Go in. High five. That deserves a high five. That was what unexpected. But I’m telling you though that you were you hit such good putts that were two inches away that broke last minute and stuff. You could easily be eight under right now. Like easily. Let alone the first whole, you know, heart rate of 190 running. Very heartbreaking. Yeah. Yeah. And I have to be honest with you, we’ve been streaming for an hour and 14 minutes. It’s not like this is a slow round. You’re you’re keeping pretty good pace, too. Yeah. I mean, you could play around in 30 minutes if you wanted to just keep hitting balls, but I think doing this type of stuff gives everybody a chance to look at the course. Yeah. And uh yeah, I see your wave there, Flynn Ignition. I don’t know who you are, but obviously local. It’s good stuff. Appreciate you watching. Darren’s about to birdie the last hole here. Hopefully it gives a little insight, too, of like, you know, obviously like we talk about a lot of this stuff over the This is done like Yeah, I thought this was pretty cool. Have you ever seen this? You can actually go up to your target point and then aim. It’s kind of cool, isn’t it? Oh, shut up. Do you want to You want to leave it there? I mean, I was gonna say it’s not like it’s a bad uh All right, everybody’s saying let’s finish six under. I agree. I agree. Yep. Perfect for the bunker, too. If it’s that close. Yeah. Come on. Give him a flat lie. Not much though, right? 162.4. I mean, still a 108 club speed on the last hole. It’s pretty good. Yeah, you’re right. Down four. and and you can’t be short. That’s the thing. So, just remember like look, you just I mean, you just can’t be short or right. Wind’s blowing right with a onederee right uh lie angle. four or five. Well, here’s the deal. What are you thinking carry-wise? Five iron. But but who cares if you end up left of the hole? You’re you’re drawing it into a wind that’s going to hold it off. I I like it. I like the five. I think the worst thing you can do is miss short or right. Um I think it’s the right call. That’s cool. Nice house, right? Yep. Come on. Roll up there. Little chip. I mean, that’s really good, though. I mean, you have nothing to work with. Bunkers to the right. That’s false front. And I mean, it’s it was either that or you could be putting from way back here on a extreme downhill putt. Now you’re putting up or chipping to an uphill. So, you know, it’s not going to roll way by, but it is going to roll right probably a little. Why? I don’t like 60 ft. That’s too far. That’s going to carry it past the pin. In my brain, you could carry it 45 to 50 and it’s going to get to the hole. I like a 50 yard shot or so if you’re not gonna spin it a bunch. I’m sorry. 50. That’s what I meant. 50 feet. Don’t you think 50 quarter or so? Yeah. 50 yards be that that clubhouse window or whatever that is. Hey. Hey, I’ve been decent, you know, for free and I’m not splitting the purse here, you know, or the prize money. Yeah. What do you think? Do you like 50? Yeah, I’m 50. And you’re paying attention that the lie goes right and it’s probably going to roll a little right. Okay. I like that. Yeah. Yeah. Definitely not left of the gimme circle. Right. Because you just want to make sure it’s going to get the gimme circle. Yeah. Janette says just a chip and a putt. How about a chip that stays? Oh man. How far did you carry that? 7.5 yard carry and it just like what happened is accelerated. Yeah. You know, with that that blue man alive. I think he played that well. Yeah, it’s kind of spread 10 feet a little more than right edge. I mean, because you’re not going to want to hit firm, right? A cup maybe, right? I say take take your time here. Those balls are rolling pretty decent. I’m thinking it’s a cup, right? Yep. Yep. Caddy help at the end there. The caddy came back. I didn’t mean to. I hate talking people off of shots. Especially when you were thinking 3-wood and I said driver, but I just I’m sorry, but if I put a 3-wood in your hand and a driver in your hand, driver is going to hit way more shots consistently than 3-wood. I mean, from what I’ve witnessed, dude. Good round. Good round. Thanks for watching, everybody. Thanks for your help. Thanks for watching everybody. Yeah, we had good uh sorry pretty good chat session going there. Yeah, let’s review the couple dumb stuff in there. I was going to say hole hole number one total BS. Came in late from lessons. I mean, literally a 10-minute warm-up. I mean, what are you going to do? Uh came in strong with the eagle and then it was that hole I was just talking about that put you in that that deep rough. But you know, the deep rough didn’t kill you. It was the chip that kind of did it. Yeah. You know, um birdie birdie at the end of the nine for 34 par par which really that could have been a birdie right there easily. I mean a couple of these pars I was going to say birdie to par four. Did you birdie a single par three and you’ll hit great shots? You didn’t did you? No. No par on that that par three uh par and then finished birdie birdie for a 66. So let’s look at the leaderboard. So we can actually leave the course, go back into competitions and I think yeah go back in here select tournament leaderboard and 19th. That’s strong like right here out of how many participants right now? I’m gonna have to use my scroll tool here. out of 311. You still have some people that haven’t played yet whether they’re gonna WD or not. I mean, they’ve got time though. But, uh, you can see, I mean, hey, PGA professionals that, uh, you know, 20 over, 10 over, 12 over, you know, all that. I mean, it’s no joke. A lot of fours and fives. A lot of good shooting in the middle there. I mean, these are good scores. Even even par, that’s not easy. No, it’s you see the pin locations. Yeah, they’re tough. Your first on the page right now. Yeah, there you go. First paint. Well done. Well done. You know, and you know, obviously what’s cool about what people can can see like uh the uh the website nextgolfour.com. Yeah. Where you were just at is you can now click on say my name. Oh yeah, I can show everybody really quick. Yeah. Yeah. Here, let me uh open up a new window. Bring it down here. So, if you go to the next golf tour, if you go to the website, I think Trackman does such a good job with being able to just cut the videos like right when the person hits a shot. I mean, it’s it’s perfect, right? It’s impressive, actually. Um, so you go up to leaderboard here and then like we were in the PG of America, so if you wanted to watch the next pirates right there. They have an Australian PGA, Epson Tour for women, which is incredible. I think that’s awesome they’re doing that Canadian and then PG of America. So PG of America, if you searched for Hussy, it pops up and it’s already there. So that’s what we were watching. Look at that. It’s already there. All uploaded. 18 by you could click and I mean you could click on Hey, let me see how he made Actually, I did make a birdie on a part three. Oh, yeah. Okay. I thought you did that. So, you could click right there and and cuts right to the first swing and then the second ball’s done rolling. That’s the one that uh Cody got me. That’s what it was. Congrats, Cody. Yep. Congrats to then it cuts obviously go to like the next shot. Hold on. I want to see where Cody ended up. Cody ended up five under. I’m telling you Cody’s a good player. Let’s see. Let’s see shot on 12. Oh yeah, the part three. How cool is this, guys? I mean, you can just go through here so fast and look at shots. I just think it’s so cool. Looks like he’s playing with somebody, too. So, he’s on TM4. Okay. Get in there. Pull the pin. Pull the pin. Wait here. Hold. Hold on. Let me see. Let me see what it is. Let me see. He’s like close the No. How funny is that? You get to see the excitement. Yeah. You know, and I think that that’s the that’s the difference between indoor golf. It’s it’s casual. it it you know like I think people do have way different excitement because it’s they’re not like on a golf course worried about someone else that might be shooting next to them some if they’re in their home or by themselves. I mean I think it’s hilarious to watch the enthusiasm, the reactions, everything. I mean it’s it’s really funny. It’s it’s fun. Really funny. All right. Oh, look at that. Do more of these. We’ll try. We’ll try. So, appreciate you guys watching. Uh as always, stay tuned. There’ll be a lot more coming soon. That’s
