Davis, uh, 62 today. An incredible round of golf. Want to get some comments on your play. Yeah. Um, the wind was down so uh, felt like I could I could attack out there and got off to a great start and um, yeah, just kind of rode the wave going into the back nine and um, was able to make birdies on eight nine coming in to to kind of cap it off. Davis, with the way with the way the weather is today and the weather weather is going to be the rest of this week, uh, is this going to be what we’re going to see all four days? I mean, that’d be nice. Um, I I I don’t know. I mean, we’ll just kind of regroup and see what it’s going to be like tomorrow, but um, you just got to be patient out there because when the wind’s down, you’re going to have a lot of wedges and a lot of a lot of birdie opportunities. So, just got to be patient and um hopefully catch fire and just kind of ride that momentum. You say patient, but a lot of guys are going to shoot a lot of low numbers this week. So, is it is it is it hard to figure out where the line is between being patient and staying aggressive, so you just kind of keep up with everybody? Yeah, I mean, I feel like you just kind of stay patient until um kind of the back nine on Sunday and see where you’re at and kind of adjust from there. Um but you know hopefully you’re kind of in cont in contention and um can kind of adjust when needed. But yeah, I mean I got to be mentally prepared to um you know see a lot of birdies and just be comfort just have comfort within myself. How long have you lived in this area? Um so I moved down here after college but my parents moved down here when I went to school in college. So, um I guess technically since 2017. Okay. Have you in any way because you live here and because your dad’s a tournament director, have you in any way put any pressure on yourself to play well here? Yeah, I think I think that’s natural. Um a lot of family and friends come down here and watch this tournament. So, I think it’s natural for me to put more pressure on myself, but um this week I’m really really trying to um kind of block that out and just and just go play golf and just enjoy it and have fun. Okay. Uh How’d you eat 18? How long was the putt? I hit a good one in there. It was only about 4 feet. Um, what’ you hit in? Uh, five iron. Okay. What was your number? We Let’s see. We had We had 220 and that flag was all the way on the left. So, the only way to get it close is you have to hit a draw in there. And And I I played it really well and went to Any long putts in there today? Um, I made a nice one. I made a nice one on seven for about 20 feet and same on number nine. So, it was a good way to So, you’re getting close most of the time. Yeah. I mean, outside of those two putts, it was a lot of tapins and putts inside of 10 feet. Okay. So, thanks. Thanks. All good. All right. Yep. You’re good.
