I’ve been dealing with hitting the ball towards the toe causing these big overdraws with irons and snap hooks with the driver I’ll put a video of my swing for reference. Open to any tips
Bro toe strikes are the least of your problems swinging that hard. Can’t have consistency like that.
Look up the tiger woods hell drill. You can fake speed all you want but actual improvement will require playing within your real means.

It looks like you’re doing what some call “early extension”. Everything is fine except your trail wrist fires a smidge early.
Try either of these:
– Trail/right hand hold the iron as lightly as possible. See if you start getting more centre contact
– With your trail hand, grip so you have a hold of your left thumb so when you squeeze at the moment of impact, your wrist doesn’t influence
Also things that will tangentially help:
At impact, have your weight a little more on your left side. The lean-back opens the face a bit and can contribute to this.
With your path, if your left shoulder goes too far left, that’s the toe.
A little less turn at the top of the backswing and more of a pull-down feel will also potentially help.
You’re not far off. Hang in there.

You can’t add that much speed until you can consistently hit the center of the face.

Without changes to your swing, you are coming into the ball with the club in a much more upright position at impact. With this the toe is hitting the ground first. You may need a dynamic lie test done on the clubs and have them adjusted upright. I do this same move and even though on paper I am a standard lie my clubs were adjusted to 2* upright. Also, with toe hits if they are consistent try lining up with the ball a tad closer to the heel of the club rather than the center of the face.
