up ahead to the sixth T. Hugo Towns end. He’s right in the mix as well. Another one. Oh. Oh, it went in. Oh, that deserved better, didn’t it? How’s it gone through the fringe for Richie? Does it come through smoothly? It seemed to certainly did. Excellent stroke. Well, read. Here we are. Yeah, that’s exactly what he needs as well. Coming off a super day yesterday. Second shot. Bit of tree trouble as well for Matsi. And that’s a stunner, Barry. Excellent. Felix Murray at the par 3 fourth. You can see the flag just cut over those bunkers down there. The fairway bunkers down. Fairway, green side bunkers, I beg you pardon, down the right there. A beautiful golf shot. That’s the closest we’ve seen so far. Looks like it’s on a nice edge from this angle. Oh, that will settle him down. That’s a beautiful shot from Morrison to get it pin high. Well done. A little bit slower this side of the green. The shadows. See the wind whipping up now. That’s an excellent birdie from Richie. Fancy his chances from this position. Daniel Young on the sixth. Big swing off the left. Very nice indeed. We bird the fourth hold of par three. He’s had another one. Two twos. Back to number five. This is Matsolei. That two iron again. Look at that guy. He’s threading the needle and it’s miles down. That’s a cracker. Oh, lovely birdie from Matt Sullie. Yeah, know there’s going to be some fist pumping over the next few holes. And look at that. Projected up to 13 from 18 down on the slope for another birdie. Two under through the first four. Three under through five holes and Joshua Bry ties the lead. Dangling the carrot here. 108 yds. Just a gentle sand arm ball slightly below his stance. Oh yes, James Morrison. Phew. He currently has possession of that final and 20th DP World Tour card. So that’s a good shot. No messing around for Morrison. Would have seen Walker’s putt. This one breaking off the right. And it is a first birdie today for 40year-old James Morrison. So he nudges in front again back to where he started the day and one ahead of Joshua Bry. Walker last to go at six. Hard to imagine a slower golf swing through impact and that’s exactly what he needs to strike back after the bogey at the last. That’s a a peach is to move to 11 under within two shots of the lead. That’s a better putt, isn’t it? Once or twice he looks a little tentative with a putter this week. Barry played the iron off the tea. It only looked like a five iron actually off the tea for Barry. So third shot. I think that’s the way to play the hole. What a shot from Barry at Dom Hollier jumping out of his chair. Rabula the par at nine. He has not got much wrigle room. Well done. And a gutsy par saving putt. This is a fast putt, Jamie. It really is. This a test your nerve. Two birdies and three holes for James Morrison. And he moves to clear of Joshua Bry at the top. It’s a lovely setup with his back bending his knees. Oh, that’s driven, isn’t it? Straight at it. What a shot. Okay, Lucas Nech. He’d love to hold this. He really would. Every shot vital. No, not to be. He’s going to make a four. And now he’s just got to keep everything crossed. One against the head if you make birdie here. Oh, he does. Yeah. Fist pump tells you just how good that is. Lenford’s got a good read here, didn’t he? He’s used it. He’s used it. Oh, no. Surely not. hanging one millimeter over the edge. Oh, plenty of break and straight in the middle. Four shot lead. Renato Parator. It’ll be good to have him back. He’s won twice on the DP World Tour. Three years ago, he lost his card by just one place on the DP World Tour, the Race to Dubai rankings, then missed out at Q School by a single shot. So, um, he’s overcome that heartache and now he’s heading back to where he belongs. He seems to have a lot of game. Hurry, hurry. Yep. Well done. Little fist pump as well from Stephano. It’s a lovely sound when he hits those puffs. He strikes them very purely. Oh, could do. Oh, so unlucky. We’ll give you that down. Slippery one down the slope. Still quite a bit of break. He’s still projected 22. He’s not. Maybe now. Will that change things? 20th. Wow. That’s nech to 21. Actually, Rabula projected 21st at the moment. Oh, what happened there? What’s he looking down at? Oh, this is Oh, I tell you what. How’s your luck? He’s got an eagle putt to come. Our leader James Morrison, but it’s a slender lead. Can he stick it? Yes, he can. Super shot from Morrison. Wonderful shot to control that. Absolutely stunning. Just outside the hole for Morrison on the left hand side. Brilliant. Back where he started. Three clear. Little gentle one. Take some spin off it but cover that front portion. Very different action, isn’t it? It’s a golf swing. It’s smooth and that’s beautifully done by Yung Walker. Vanton. There’s just a shove with the pitching action. Last hole for David Law. Sounded good out the bunker on the corner of this dog leg. Down you go. Down you go. What a lovely way to finish. Well, all the way up to the 18th and I’m afraid it is not going to be for Jamie Rutherford. 20th on the rankings coming into the week. Projected 23rd. Well, you never say never. You just got to keep asking the question. Well, you can’t do more than that. Hasn’t quite been able to replicate that out there today. He’s projected 30th at the moment. That may be about to get a little bit better. There you go. He’s jumped six spots. 24th. Well, maybe it is still possible. He’s not done yet, is he? nine of the top 20 from the rankings who got promoted last year. Currently inside the top 50 and playing for that 10 million in Dubai. Well done Stephano Matsulli. So he does move into a share of second place at 11th. He’s got to hold this butt. He’ll be thinking hold this one more birdie. Oh well done. That’s the second fist pump in fist pump in a row. And it’s a big fist bump. Just caught the right edge. No messing around for Morrison. Ripping an eight. What a shot from James Morrison. Something called the green room here, don’t they? Where the players can go and and talk. I think he’s locked himself in the green room. Now I can tell you that James Morrison has walked up. He’s tapped in at 14. Made the birdie. Mati makes a birdie at 15. Well done him. Got to slide one in there. Just give himself a pop. Oh, he’s giving himself a chance. Stay there. Our four 15th. Steady, steady, steady. Yeah, got a bit of grip. Well done, you trying to keep that face open. Okay, he’s aiming quite a long way left here. Face at the flag. Swing down your feet line. Whoa, what an extravagant shot that was. Brilliant. Hit the flag. Now got to hold it. If you want to play DP World Tour, hold it. Oh dear me. This is a horrible stumbling finish and hard to watch in a way. Bogey at 17 for Langors. And any opportunity now has gone. Come on. Come on. Oh, good effort. Got it to the hole. He looks as though he knows his fate. Jovin Rabula. Huge two holes for this man. Par do it. I think it’s gone right. You got to go right. Will it get a bounce? Come on. Down you come. Yeah, that’s just brilliant, isn’t it? Absolutely stunning under that pressure. He knows the position he’s in. Look at him. He can barely breathe. It’s hard to keep up with all this drama, isn’t it? You walkers just wandering around. Unflapable. What a shot. That’s going to do it for him. Brilliant shot from Yuan Walker. Yeah, at the moment you’d have to say that Murray dropping out of that group at 11 under plays into the hands of Bergstrom points. Best we’ve seen. Best we’ve seen from Matt Sullley. He’s a talent. Bit of mud on the ball for Morrison on the up slick. [Applause] That is quite sensational, isn’t it, Bstrong? This could seal the deal for him down the hill. Pace is built into this part. You haven’t got to hit it. Don’t hit it too hard. He’s got some followers out there, hasn’t he? This young man. Yes. And it will for sure. That’s Stefano Matsulli second on his own at the moment, which is far better than waiting to see what everybody else does. It’s going all the way to the wire. No doubt about it. JC Richie does not make a birdie at the last, but it is job done. It was already job done to be honest. Adrenaline’s pumping though on these parts. So hard, isn’t it, when the greens are this quick. Brilliant. Well done, Stefano Bati. A part the last. And so to the 26year-old Swede Albin Bergstrom, who came into the week 40th on the road to Morca rankings, knew he needed something special to earn promotion. 135 yards to go to the right flag. What a shot that is from Yuan Walker. How well has he played this week here? Doesn’t matter. Yeah, take your time, James. Yeah, little look over to Finley. Car the last for Danny Van. The South African has improved his ranking. Started the week 11th. He will finish the week in ninth position, 17th on the road to Morca rankings coming into the week. And he’s got the job done this time after some disappointment here in Morca over the last two or three years. And it is a fairy tale return to the DP World Tour for 40year-old James Morrison. He has won the Rolex Grand Final, a second win of the season on the Hotel Planetour, and he’s done it with his son Finley on the bag, James, you’ve just won the Rolex Grand Final supported by the RNA. How do you feel in this moment? Actually got no clue to be honest. Um, when I said this was going to be my last event, that was going to be my last event 100%. and this has completely messed it up. So, um I don’t know. It looked like you had it under control on the back nine, but I’m sure that’s not how it felt. Talk us through your emotions, the roller coaster of today and this week as a whole. I’m glad it’s over with. Put it that way. No, I played nicely all week. Um didn’t play as well today, but kind of manage my emotions. dug into my memory bank and all my winds on a DP World Tour and just kind of the wind blowing really helped me today cuz I knew the harder it got the more it play into my hands a little bit and I knew that if I keep ticking along I can kind of get away from the field a little bit. Obviously if it’s flat calm guys are going to be coming from backwards but um had a three-part power at the first and and but stay calm and stay with it and um swing at the last couldn’t for my arms so I went so far right but um five or six the last really couldn’t care less. winter with you’re back on the DP World Tour. How much are you looking forward to getting back out there? Got no clue. Haven’t got a tour bag. Haven’t got a caddy. I’ I’d have to figure some stuff out, but um but thanks massive thanks to the guys at Nike Golf, Julie and Robin. Um been 15 years now and they’ve been there from the start. So, really appreciate it. You mentioned you don’t have a caddy. You’ve had one this week. Finley’s been right there with you all the way along. Just a word for how good he’s been on the bag and what that’s meant to you. really. He’s got half past 6 alarm for school tomorrow morning. But no, he is amazing. Love him. He did so good. James, it’s been amazing to watch you both out there. Congratulations. Thanks, mate. Guy Kiddings, the chief executive officer of the European Tour Group hands over the trophy to James. He’ll need a big mantle piece, won’t he, to fit that on? What a day. What a week. Morrison winning by three shots in the end from Stfano Mati Bergstrom I can tell you confirmed in 20th spot. The final DP World Tour card goes to the Swede who started at 40th on the Road to Morca rankings this week. Well done to Euan Walker. Brilliant stuff with uh with his history here. Miy alone in sixth. Richie, the rankings winner up inside the top 10. Joan Rabula, I’m afraid, is the man who just misses out. He’s finished in 21st spot on the rankings.
