Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men’s game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy—which has been awarded to the winner since 1916—is inscribed with names such as Koepka, McIlroy, Woods, Mickelson, Nicklaus, and Player. The 2022 PGA Championship is set to take place between 19-22 May at Southern Hills Country Club. The reigning champion is Phil Mickelson.

  1. This was really, REALLY bad. No one cares about the guy who's 34 over par for God's sake! 75% of this video should've been deleted. American made highlight reels are so awful. Yikes.

  2. and the pga highlight team surprises me again. just when i thought it couldnt get any worse. Please just please hire some able people to do this

  3. Worst highlights package ever. In 2 days highlights the guy that led into the 72nd hole you showed 1 putt yesterday and nothing today yet showed people at +9 and out of contention. So bad

  4. Was hoping to tune in to a highlight package that gave me a narrative of the day and lead changes. Not a single Mito shot in sight. Awful product.

  5. Was saying the other day about Justin Thomas in Perth Australia that Justin Thomas has an awesome body structure to last many years to play amazing golf not to big & has the flexibility & probably will hardly get injured .

  6. They did´t exaggerate when they called these highlights "extended". Only thing i missed was the daily routine of the players who didn´t make the cut, just show what they are up to and call it highlights round 4!

  7. Really disappointing highlight video focusing on the American players as always and showing irrelevant content no one is interested in..

  8. No highlights from Prereira? What???? He made absolutely incredible par saves all day. At least 3 of his shots should have been in the highlight video. The one where he knocked it 2 ft from the hole behind a huge slope was insane, and that 12ft par putt save with a huge break was amazing

  9. This highlight is a joke. Pereira is the shot leader almost the whole time and not one clip of him, even melting down? Doesn't nearly tell the story of the day.

  10. Not really sure why I'm watching guys 12 over par in the final round..is this some woke shit to make sure nobody gets their feelings hurt??

  11. Professional Golfers use Poly Max Extremes every day during practice. The USGA has banned them during tournament events. Their caddies buy them on Amazon And Ebay 40 extra driving yards. They are invisible.

  12. I tell you what….The PGA needs to learn from the USGA, Masters and the OPEN on how to run the online and TV viewing. The PGA championship had so many commercials during the whole broadcast, including the back 9 on Sunday! And I couldn't find anywhere to watch it online for free, you had to sign up and pay. IMO its just greed on their part. It's already the red headed step child of the majors with no real identity of their own. I've been saying for years that the PGA should move around the world every few years and play all the great courses in different countries, now that would be a great identity for them to have. Finally a golf channel announcer, Paul Mginnely said the same thing. Hope they listen

  13. I would HIGHLY recommend the PGA take some notes from the USGA…. USGAs YouTube content IS NOT COMPARABLE to the PGAs!! USGAs extended highlights are almost an hour long, and they post extended highlights of every day. If you post good content, PEOPLE WILL WATCH!!! USGAs videos have a ton of viewership, and it's no wonder why, they are the kings of content!!

  14. the fact that the PGA tour has to make counter statements to other tournaments is a huge negative in my eyes. you should be able to talk about your own league without bringing others into focus. very sad
