A Youth Solutions certificate of appreciation is presented to the event host partners, Rise Above Macarthur United Foundation
An enthusiastic, community minded field of golfers have helped raise more than $13,000 at the 2025 Youth Solutions charity golf day.
A cohort of 22 teams made up of local businesses, organisations and community members, participated in the annual fundraising event at Campbelltown Golf Club last Friday.
Charity Golf Day event partner Rise Above Macarthur United Foundation, which shares Youth Solutions’ values of community connection and care, helped facilitate a full field and the day’s smooth running.
All funds raised from the 2025 event will be invested into Youth Solutions’ drug and alcohol education and prevention, wellbeing and outreach programs supporting local young people.
Youth Solutions chief executive officer Geraldine Dean said she was again overwhelmed by the support of the community.
“The golf day is one of our favourite fundraisers,” Mrs Dean said.
“It brings out the best in our community.
“The day depends on teamwork – from our voluntary fundraising committee who kick off the organisation of the event, to our sponsors, our supporters and our golfers who make the day happen.
“Everyone’s focus is ultimately on the bigger prize, which is the wellbeing of the young people in our community.
“Our programs and workshops aim to empower young people to make informed decisions around life’s challenges and have the opportunities they deserve to reach their full potential.”
Mrs Dean said Youth Solutions was grateful for the support from Josh and Jess Cotter and Jake and Kara Alchin, who run Rise Above Macarthur United Foundation.
She also acknowledged the many local businesses that supported the 2025 Charity Golf Day.
