This Amateur Golfer Challenged Me… (Big Mistake?)

I can’t believe he really challenged me…

  1. Unsubscribed. Not even joking. I'm starting to see things in this goofs personality that I just don't enjoy. People might say this is hyper dramatic, but it's just what I feel comfortable with. I will concede, that 3-wood sh1t on hole 9 could have conceivably been scripted, but if that's the case, I still don't wanna follow.

Horvat is about to beat someone he clearly idolizes, looks up to, and respects, and Bryson, down two strokes who practically hit OOB on his 9th hole drive, and almost went OOB on his next shot again forces Grant to hit a club he doesn't wanna hit. And it goes splash. A true friend, or someone who has class, or at the very least embodies sportsmanship would have instantaneously forced his "partner" to mulligan. If he refuses to mulligan? You concede the hole.

Like I said, I don't respect this in the slightest. Maybe it's an overreaction, but this is really simple. I don't like what Bryson embodies on the golf course, which started in his professional career, various tournament performances and antics I've seen, and ended with Ryder Cup 2025. I would have never expected this to spill over into 'casual play' with friends. Who really knows if they're friends? But I choose to believe they are. Having said my peace, it's been real. Thank you for the content. It's been a blessing, and I've enjoyed 99.9% of everything on YT. It's been real ❤❤

  2. Bryson DeChambeau should start a new challenge called Breaking Par where he can see if he can even break par with the ultra-premium rental clubs he got to use. Or maybe let him use his own clubs and make Grant Horvat use rentals to level things out because Grant whopped him.

  3. I'm absolutely loving these interactions with "the voice behind the camera." This one is for all the cameramen out there. We see you, and we love you. Yall might have the hardest job. Filming, insulting, cracking jokes, then editing the whole thing. Cheers. Keep up the good work.

  4. Love the beginning of this where Grant is getting chirpy! This is what I wanted to see at the Internet Invitational – he was clearly one of the very best golfers there and I wanted to see him act like it. A Grant with a hunger to win is hard to beat

  5. Technically, Grant is a professional golfer. What is a professional? Someone who gets paid to do a specific thing whether it’s from an online revenue stream or others.

  6. Grey hair from golf stress…guess he'll never have grey locks from not being able to make a mortgage payment

  7. 😂The cart ride on the 9th hole🤣After Bryson bullied Grant into dunking it into the pond with his 3 wood😅Priceless!

  8. This is probably one of the best videos I've seen in a while. Keep it up quality production

  9. Biggest challenge you ever had… bet you can't break 50 at eagle crest with a beginner like me in boise idaho. Don't be scared. Don't care about a video. Just bet the best golfer in modern history can't take me to 50 on a course like eagle crest.

  10. Telling Bryson Dechambeau to “catch that drive” is hilarious, especially coming from a 285 carry Grant 🤣
