Even as the 54hole leader in Bermuda, Shank faced a daunting final round. I started to play some better golf over the last four months. I still always had a little bit of belief, but when you’re missing seven or eight cuts in a row, it’s hard to keep that belief alive. His winning putt on the 18th hole not only secured his first PGA Tour title, but also made him the 16th firsttime winner on the PGA Tour this season.
