Yesterday, golf mates, if you’ve not seen the video, you should see it. There’s some cracking golf in that. I won. So, I lose a shot. Liam Harrison lost. So, he gains a shot. And Simon’s middle of the road yet again stays the same. So, the handicaps today is six for Mr. Barlow, four for Mr. Harrison, and one for Simon Bay. N stay tuned cuz Sam said he’s going to win today. He’s sick of coming second. I’m talking it up, golf mates. I’m I’m feeling invigorated here. This reminds me of the golf course I grew up on as a young fella. Very hilly. Um very very very picturesque. And I’m with There we go. All right, Steve. Yesterday we’re at Edzil. Beautiful parkland. Burnt site with the sun, but we’re an hour and a half further up now at Pit Locker. Popping up in the map for you there. And this ain’t burnt toy. This is views for died for. So, I mean, where we’ve started a couple of B-rolls. Oh my god, what a treat we’re in for today. Right, keep tuned, love. Uh, Barlow’s history lessons are coming up. I know you’ll really look forward to those. Right, golf mates. I’ve just done all the lies for Mr. Barlow. We’re doing Elvis Presley today. It’s now or never. It’s now or never. Heartbreak Hotel. Uh, Penny Lancaster. made some sides up honestly but we’ve just gone away left him getting it off the computer where he thinks I got it from Wikipedia and I put it in Grammarly so it’s all spelled right but he’s right it he’s going to get it in it I don’t think he run it oh I don’t know I hope so but pit locker look at this what I am going to say golf mates the greens and the condition of this course is fantastic so massive up to the green keeping team but we did see a bit of a golf mate he come over Stafan from Romania is a styer Bucharest fan doesn’t like dynamo he likes B star at Bucharest. Right, Mr. B? Yes. First of the match you won yesterday. What you brought us on? What hole? Uh, hole five, 370 yards. Called the Queen’s Rest. The Queen Murray’s rest. All right. Queen Murray’s Rest. Queen Victoria’s Rest. It’s the Queen’s Rest. Are you taking a shot? Uh, do you know because it’s elevated green, I will. Yeah. Okay. Monica Saliv. Look at that wind up near the green, mate. Look at that. A minute ago with wind. We’re into wind though. Oh, boom. He’s at it again, Liam. Yeah. Oh, that wind. Great drive, Mr. Beautiful. I can see more of the green, you see, from that side. That’s why you’ve done it. Just, you know, thanks. All All you need to do is say thanks. Thanks, Simon. Thanks, Liam. There you go. Big up to Gareth. We’re about shadow. Garrett the golfer does a bit of everything here. He’s looked after us massively. He has had he? Yeah. Two iron for Mr. Simon and I’m thinking I go and get him back my fivewood in a minute. Yeah. When we like you said mate, she was downwind. Now it’s switched and Yeah. No, we’re okay. I think that’ll probably be uh happening a lot today. Yeah. Swirling around the mountain. Yeah, absolutely. It’s like playing in the rock. Is this Oh, with me. Do you know that will work? That that’s going to run. That’ll run forever. Another very average strike there. Yeah. Near the little tree. We were better off camera. Much better off camera. Oh, he’s he’s found something twice today. Yeah. Only twice. Potatoes and all the hair for you could be in the elks here. Beautiful shot. Shot, mate. You got the best line in out of all of us. And the best t-shirt. Beautiful, mate. No way. We’re not bad where we cuz best t-shirt. Did you say out the three? T-shirt. Best shot of the three. There. You said t-shirt. No, I said the best t-shirt. Nick, what did you wear? T-shirt. I heard t-shirt. What did you hear? T-shirt. Do you want to play it back again and give yourself a dick? Hang on. You got the best lining out of all of us. And the best t-shirt. Hurry up. I got mates. Who has got the best t-shirt on? Can you see me in the trees? No. I’m I’m looking forward to today. Really am. Bit of fur away. Did you say really really am or really lean? No, I really am. Really looking forward to it. And we’ve got a nice goodie back off Gary. We’ve got beautiful ball marker. Pit locker ball marker pitch repair Scotland. Yeah. And we’ve got scorecard. A course management. I’ve already said it’s a course planner. All right, Mr. B. You stop being nice. Nice t-shirt. Oops. All right, Steve. Yeah. It’s not a trick question. Liam, today obviously we woke up, we heard this bang bang bang. He was hitting balls into the field. Field field. Yeah, the cornfield. While you were upstairs doing your notes, I went across to the driving range. Yeah. There he was tinkering away. Gary tried to step in and give him some help, but even he said he said, “Simon, he’s got no chance.” Yeah. So, with that being said, who do you think’s going to win today? I think if he gets a bit together, it’s going to be him or me. I see. Only because you got a few more shots in you. Not me. No. You like coming second, don’t you? Well, this is true, too. Right. So you’re you don’t think Harrison’s got a chance or you do? No, I think the winner is between me and him. All right. Okay. Even though after all the crap that’s going on in his head. Yeah. He’ll get it right eventually. You reckon? Yeah. Miracle’s taking a bit long. Yeah. All right. I reckon the golf mate should comment below who they think. Who do you think’s going to win? Mr. B, Simon Payne, the fake pro, or Mr. Harrison, the non-golfer. Right. Three half decent shots, sir. Obviously, none of them were out the middle, but they’re half decent. What I am going to say really, really, really am looking forward to this now. Not done the drone yet, and I’d like it later on to go a bit cloudy and I think it will pop even more. But this got a little like second shot. It’s not blind cuz we can see the flag, but I’ll have to be honest, that’s beautiful. It really is a picture. It really is. And it’s me to go. I’ve got a long way in cuz I have fat in mine but I just kept quiet. I thought I gained a bit of run but I’m not. I’ve got a long long way in to tip and I’ have no shot. Right golf mate saying 160 to middle but I’ve just zapped it and it’s giving me 145. So it must be up front. Got nine irment. I can put a seed in. Yeah, it’s downwind at moment. So I’ve got nine ir. Yeah, I just zapped it. It said 154. Uh 146. Yeah, but it’s up. Don’t win. Don’t win. Now that’s completely switched. Yeah, it’s going to be hard today. Yeah. Uh yeah, but I think the pins at front zapped it. So that means there’s loads of back. Anyway, something we didn’t take any notice of, was it? The flag colors. I’ve looked at that course management card and it says the pins at the back. Course management card wouldn’t all that information, mate. Well, I will get the picture then. Obviously, you not looked at the picture, have you? The picture. the pitch the the flags get changed every other day. I know they do. I’m sure you’re the oracle. I I’ll bet you a drink that I’m right and you’re wrong. I’ve got nine here. I’m just hoping the wind does its thing. That flight here is more than a bit pit. That’s true. Thank you. Thank you. Shot kick left. What eyes are you looking through, Steve? Oh my Jesus. Got it. Okay. Okay, I’ve got it. That was not good. Not easy approach that. And there was a plenty club as well that aim right. What did you go with? Eight. Nine. Bad shot a bit just to come out of it. But I were taking off with the information you were giving everyone. What you see Steve? I’m going seven. I don’t know if it’s enough. I think I might punch it with rescue. I think I think that’s the best shot. Punch it differently. First hole out of the gate. It’s It’s tough, isn’t it? It is. But we’ve warmed up and we’ve absolutely flushed it, me and Simon. So I can’t believe we’ve just Well, I’ve done that. You’ve got redeem yourself in your second. I get nervous on camera. That’s the problem. I think it does. But we’re ready. And he just puts you off with a doesn’t put you off. No, because it’s great. It’s knowledge is one of the best in the business. All right, Steve. What are you hitting, mate? Uh rescue, right? Cuz it’s uphill and I reckon the flag’s at the back. So drink off me or drink off Leo. Not enough. Hit the ground. Oh. Oh. Oh. Get up. Get off. I think you should see it flag from that. I think so. I think you could have got there with eight. No. Was going seven, but it hit the ground. Okay. Hit the ground. Takes a lot out of it. Okay. I’ll get your yardage. S. But it could have been worse. I could have been where your ball landed. I know. Yeah. I’m in a bit of a bit. Front of the green, Simon. Yes. is 130. Back is 160. What club you got? I’ve got nine. I think wedge. That’s what I was thinking. Wedge. But don’t listen to me. I know nothing. You have one on tour before apparently. Long time ago. That’s what the rumors. That’s what the rumors are. No, they’re facts. They’re facts. Sorry. They’re facts. You know what, mate? Now you stand here and it feels like it’s coming back this way in. Got the right coming off the right now. Got the right club. Come on. The European Cad’s club. Oh, that kicks right. You’re in trouble. Hopefully that’s got to be on green. The pins all to left there. Yeah, that’s on green. I think it didn’t bounce in a dip. He’s watching. Let’s wait for Reaper. Just big. Just big. Oh, just big. 89. Yeah, good job 89. I was actually very happy with that. Yeah, but it never bounced, did it? No, no, no. The green must be lower. Right, we found it, I think. Oh, pin eye. Just a bad strike. Uh, it Oh, cheers, Simon. Thanks. Yeah, you can pop it in now. Pop it in, he says, and move away. Don’t want to hit you. I’ll be honest with you, golf mates. He’s good at these shots, golf mates. Great recovery shots. Get a five and start again, I think. Now, oh, lovely that too big. Well, out that shaky start. Feel good to go. I’ve got no worms in me head. Well, you hit him, mate. Pitching. I tell you what, he’s going to do all right here in it. You just know. Just don’t know where he can land it here, mate. It’s left of the flag. He’s got to He can’t land it in that long rough cuz it’s time for two if not full. You can’t land it there. Go on, baby. You’ll take a five for two. Yeah. Got a shot. I’m waiting for a barload chip in. Do you know one old trip chip in have we? No. Not likely to get one out of me either. You never know. Blank sting up. Right. S this will be a nice feeler. Two pot, wouldn’t it? Thank you. Yes, it would. It’ be really nice just to cozy this one up just to get the round underway. Come on, mate. Let’s start with a positive. Not wind slowing it down, mate. That’s about range you were making them yesterday. So well done. Cheers, Liam. And if you missed it, you got it coming back. It’s a beautiful action. Very good. Hard first chip in that right online, wouldn’t she? Bit harder. All right, Mr. B, it’s gone the old Texas wedge. Great roll. Go on then. No. Oh, it means I’m giving steel line. Good in it. Tell you what, making a bit of meal at this all. Oh, mate. It’s all about the second shots, isn’t it? And ours weren’t good. Simon’s was Yeah, I said ours. That’s mean you me and you putting for power on the first Mr. Pay. Yes. Well done. Well done, mate. Good par. Did you go left edge? I think I just went inside, but I tried to hit it hard to be a little bit more, you know. Boom. That was a Well done. Great four. Yeah, thanks mate. It means a lot. Why you leaving yourself then? Why don’t you leave yourself instead? Me not good. Well, he’s see, you know, he’s seen it a Mr. B. This for five for two, sir. Yes. Hey, didn’t read yours, did it? No. Take it away, mate. Twice we heard that. It’s the mating call. He’s trying to call the stags out of the bushes. I think it’s got Atimra, the mating call of the Mr. Barlow, right? Come on. Oh, beautiful. That was a lovely stroke, mate. That was a very nice stroke. Okay. Could have been worse that. Right. Golf mate scores under doors. Four for two Simon Payne. Five for one Mr. Harrison. 6-1 Mr. Barlow. Is it Mr. Payne’s day? Well, he said it was, wasn’t he? I did call it. But you said it was your day. I’m just going to wait to get through the course. I might go cross-handed. I’ll be after a second today. Maybe not. All right, golf mates. Second hole of the match. Playing hole number six, 350 yards. That is awesome. And what is it called? Druid stone. Whoa. Okay. So, I wonder what significance. Let me know if I’m wrong. That has here. I got it right. Yeah. Yeah. I’m just wondering. What a bloody gorgeous hole, isn’t it? Yeah, that is a driver, isn’t it? Looking you don’t have to hit driver. You could hit somewhere else. I’ve looked on the course planner because there’s a bit of room, right? But longer you go, right’s not the place, is it? I feel like you’re going to go straight over them trees. Straight at it. Yeah, I knew you would. So, the hill’s called Druid Stone. Okay. Nothing gets past me, Oracle. Stones. Stones. I’ve got the minerals. Don’t worry. I think you want stingy. And the sun’s come out for Mr. Ste and it is hot. Beautiful. I’m just thinking if we go left, you’re going to have a difficult shot in. But right, you’re right. You’ll be past all them trees if you go left. Yeah. Don’t hit that lady sunbathing with dog. Absolutely. No, she’s past the green. Smoked it right though. Hang on. Straight at the edge of the green. Stay. finish. Got a funny feeling. It’s on that green box. Right to that bunker. I thought that green left the bunker shot of green. Great shot. Oh, is it me or you? It’s you. You. I got same points as you. Yeah, I know. You got five. I had six. Is that who doing it? Okay. Yeah. But Steve, I think it’s my day today, Steve. Well, you keep saying it. Let’s see if you can do it. You two had me as a win today. Well, I didn’t have him as a win. I said it be me or you. I did say that, you know, after hitting in the field today and then hitting down there on the range, Gaz came up and tried to help you out, but there was just no helping you. Steve still thinks you’re with a chance. Who the oracle? He’s put me as coming last. Scrambles. Well, perfect. Oh my. What a drive, golf mates. Go on. Give it me a baby. There it is, mate. Look at that. That’s on the front edge. Nearly. What’s going on? It’s on. No, there’s a dip in front of it, mate. That was just pure. You what? You pin high on green. I said it went on 350 to call. You pin is he pin high? Yeah, birdie. Boom. How good was that, mate? The ball flight you get off that is I said I found some I’ve gone back stopping. That was a flat back swing, but it helps me get through it. Good. Well, keep that then. Don’t keep changing. I know, but I’m forgetting. Well, write it down. If I could dyslexic cuz when I look at I don’t know what it means. I’ll take a photograph. That was pure. Maybe it’s a voice note I should do. Voice not best of it. Will you ever mate? That was gorgeous. Shot Steven. Oh my god. Oh my god. Mr. B. Beauty. Beauty. Mate. Well done. Take everything. All of them shots, won’t we? All right. Your ball flight. I would kill for your ball flight. Like that was hard. Kill me. I’ve got two kids. That was half my ball. It was just beautiful. Like that. Want me to do it again? Well, tonight we’re staying. I don’t even remember years ago I went to Neverton Farm with this crazy lady and it were brilliant, wasn’t it? She’s a beautiful lady. We’ve got the Fields of Dreams. I can show you. Build it and they will come. See, that’s it. Honestly, that ball flight was You see how I got through it though? I know. It’s like the sickest ball flight ever. Hey, no shots. No one mentioned shots. I know. Don’t you worry. You can’t claim a shot now. I did. You can’t try and claim. You’ve hit it before you. I said no shots. If you’ve hit the ball, that’s it. It’s gone. Finish. I said that. All I said no shots. No shots. Correct. Where did that come from? Uh 350 yards. Yes, I’m on the green. Before people say you’re doing it, it’s at 350 y. Let’s see where it is. We’re probably 30 to 40 y higher up. It’s all downhill and it’s running loads. But I did hit it as good as I can. Now I wonder how Elvis is doing with his facts. Uh what a view. Take a picture of that. That’s that’s just awesome. Right, golf base, little bit of history for you. Pick Locky has a population of 2,776. But in the summertime, it rises to 15,000 or more, earning the nickname, we’re caught in a trap. Oh, because there’s no room in the town. There’s your first history lesson of Mr. B. Pit locky. Population 2,776. But in the summertime it can get over 15,000 people with a nickname we’re caught in a trap because there’s no room in town. But I’m sure they’ll pitch something for you if you come and see the beautiful pit locky. Come back later more interesting history. Rose is involved in it. Come back. Reminds me of King Nusi. Do you remember when we played that? King Newsome. That was unbelievable. Right. What’s Mr. B? What a golf. What a golf. I know. It’s his name. Colonel Charles Butter in the library. A candlestick, mate. Would have built a name. What a drive. We don’t know where that come from. What a drive. Oops. Sorry. I found something. What a drive again. Oh, isn’t it just in spot? Look at that castle down there. Oh my god. Wow. Get him to zoom in on that. What a sweet little shot that is. Actual kick left on the brown now. Barlow’s going to aim for your ball. Oh, he’s hit it. He’s hit it. He didn’t gone. Oh, it’s your basically yours didn’t move. I’m on the green. I’m not gloss at the back. There’s a castle down there. We’re just going to have Presley zoom in on or a stately home. I don’t know. It looks like a castle. It’s got four points on it. or pit lock pit lockery castle could be. How good does that look? It looks amazing. Wow. Look at all the forestry around it. Right. Okay. He likes you live there. I’ll get my putter. So, you’d love it, Steve, cuz you’d have heaps of servants and people to do things for you. He does already. That’s what you need. He does already. Don’t do anything just in that double bed on his old. Again, it’s no good for a room like you don’t use the uh apparatus here. You should have seen the digs we had last night. Liam had been pushed onto the couch last night. That was by his child. Well, the old silverback was swaning about in his king-siz bed and his sauna and his And where was you? In a room with two beds. And he didn’t go in because you snore like a No, that’s not true. He felt sorry for him. He was giving me a bit of alone time. No. Need a reality check. Come on over here, boy. In the rough. In the boy. 32. Thought you putting it. No, mate. I got to He’s going for the I’m sick of being called the fake pro. The pressure is deep here, people. Right. Are we in the way? No, sir. He would tell you. I’m just thinking of the buggy. Me, you knew. No, he’s a little chip onto the top there and hopefully just let it release down to the pin. 54 58, my man. Oh, I’m I’m actually just uh what I’m just filled with trepidation. I don’t know why. So, what’s up then with a little eight and scuss it up? It wouldn’t matter, mate. And why did you not do what you said you’re going to do? I drove up. You said I’m going to put this. Yeah, but I can’t. You can’t be one of those guys. You got to put yourself at the c uh the the coal face, don’t you? Well, you could have got further closer to ball position’s rubbish. Everything shuts down. Nothing’s going left. See, like it’s easy to do talk about. Anyway, onward and upward, but I’ve just got poor technique, mate. I’ve just convinced myself I can’t chip. But you can. I know I can. Do you want a little lesson of me tomorrow? Please. No problem. I’ve done all right chipping. No, you’re a genius. But not as good as it. I’m just inside you for two. You all right? Do you want to finish and then I can have a shot? You know. Yeah. It’s all yours, Mr. B. Okay, fall over that hill behind you, please. Right, putting for birdie all downhill. It looks slightly left to right, but I’m happy with two put from this distance. No one here. Hit it. That was like a short slow. Very slow. Can I have a bit of hope, Simon? Yes, you can. Right. Come on. Be nice, wouldn’t it? Who? Big bird. Eagle. Eagle. We’ve got a 2hour drive after this golf, mate. So, I can’t have anything. These two will be on the whiskies anyway cuz I got a birdie yesterday when we finished, didn’t we? Yeah. I wonder where I put that whiskey actually. Right. I don’t know where to put it. I think left edge. Must be a golf bag. Eagle put is Give it a chance. I didn’t see it moving that hard to the right, mate. No, that’s given me a line. No, I did. No, seriously. But if I would have come here, I would have given it three or four more inches left and it still wouldn’t have been enough. Yeah, but at least I got it. You know, there were pace to get there, wouldn’t it? Hey, it’s still birdie pudding. And if you have a birdie, it means we have a drink, too. They putting for birdie bird. Oh, are you sorry? Apologize. Oh, the oracles apologized. Didn’t mean it. Oh [ __ ] No. Oh no. Are you sure now? Great drive, S. Well done. Yes, Gary. Yes. Another two pop. Right, Stevie boy. Come on, mate. I know. I’m trying to work out which way it turns. Go on, Steve. Go on. How many times? Slow. The greens are slow. Well, he’s gone past the all. I’ve gone past the all. You’ve done that. Five. Four days. I know. Maybe. Maybe. Just hear me out. Maybe it could be you. Slow. You get quick greens. And they’re dead all the time. Dead. Two. These greens are beautiful, mate. I never said it was on them. It’s good. Yeah, they’re a perfect speed. Well done. Well done. Great birdie, mate. Phone it. How good was that? You two could have a drive. The green bird. Great scores on the doors. Great birdie. Drove the green. Three for three, Mr. Harrison. Four for two Simon Payne. 51 Mr. Battle. Well, I thought I left too much to go on that birdie, but we did. Right. It’s got a lovely six pitch and p and like foot golf here. It’s got a nice driving range. Gary does lessons. Gold mates, do you know you can play this golf course for £45 on a Wednesday. Other than that, it’s £85, but I’m sure it’s like anything else. If you tee off after 2:00, you’ll get it a lot cheaper. But on a Wednesday, £45. It’s perfect if you’re going up to Invenesse or if you’re on the way back down cuz it’s exactly halfway from Inbaness and Edinburgh. Now, I don’t know if you’ve watched the videos when we went Slovakia a long time ago. This course reminds me of Slovakia. Gray Burke, but uh definitely if I’ve got the drone, I’m going to show you the clubhouse. It’s probably the best clubhouse ever. The color of the building is unbelievable. But then someone says it’s uh it’s like Switzerland up here. And I can see why. I can see why they say it. It’s interesting. I don’t think you don’t want to go left of the left of the black post. Really? No, defin six iron plenty. I reckon it’s plenty. I really do. Well, you seven or six. You’re going to get either or six or seven is perfect. I think probably ingring on the side of caution. Seven. Right. I’ve got seven. No, I would like to go at 3wood to the green. I would like to. And it’s called drum chry. So, it’s 340 yards, but he won’t play that. So, I’ve got seven iron. Right of the marker, you’re saying, Simon? Just slightly right of the marker, mate. Right. Okay. I’m going to take a shot here, Steve. Is that okay? No problem. I’m taking one, two. That’s perfect. That’s a bit of the land should kick it right. Don’t know. Got me on the bounce. There’s a lot of wind there. Yeah, you’re safe. There we are. Did he say good or safe? Safe. Safe. Safe. Must be in the bank. That’s Do you know what we’ve not touched on? What, Simon? Yep. Is that the best view to hit a golf ball in front of you? Beautiful. I don’t think I’ve hit it. Apart from those ocean views, I don’t think there’s a better uh backdrop on any course I’ve ever played. It’s lovely. That wind’s in. That’s just came into us now. No, but it’s not. See, my ball my ball went in the wind. It’s It’s doing this. It’s a gusta. We’re up in the clouds. I’m just looking at these flags here. It’s in your face, Simon. It’s 50 yards taking off the yardage downhill. That’s a That’s a club. C. It’s not that strong. That gusted then, didn’t it? Do you want your six? I want my six, mate. Please. You know, when I give you the six, it’s going to change again. Keep that club there. I don’t hit it as long as you. We saw that on the previous hole. There you go, mate. Thank you. I’ll put this back for you. Thank you. Yeah, want it in a minute. I know you want me. Love that. See the window? Wow. Oh, that’s got to be a position. That should be spot on. Let’s wait for the reaper. No good. He’s still zooming in, mate. Middle of fire. Yes, our kid. Middle of the fway. Yes, our kid. Oh, he took the tea out of the ground and not bobed. Oh, hang on. He looks awesome, doesn’t he? Looks amazing. Oh, once. Barlow tickled one down there. Five would that golf mates. Oh, it’s got to be good for the Reaper, but I think he should be with you. Great strike, Steven. Where’s Simon? Yay. Oh, good buggy golf, Steve. Off the grass as well. Did you notice that? Come on, let’s go. Hey, great buggies at Pit Locker as well. Very comfortable, aren’t they? Call Hogan. What’s ours called? Panon. Panton. Panton. Phantom that we uh we see here today up in the mountains. Look at it’s beautiful. You could be in Austria, couldn’t you? You could be in the hills are alive. The sound of Bal. I thought you meant the horror film. The hills are alive. No, the hills are alive. Your true brother was in it, weren’t he? Um, what was the name? The hills are alive. Mary Poppins, was it? Don’t know. That fit bird. English bird. Oh, I don’t know. Julie Anthony. Julie Andrews. Julie Andrews. In meters. Thank you. It’s 116 m with the slope. It’s 107 m to the pin. 107 meters to the pin. This is a nice hole. You don’t want to play as a driver, do you? Four iron will get you there. For some reason, I think you’re okay here. I think this is perfect, mate. Yeah. I mean, we’ve hit it to the the flattest part of the uh of the hole. Really? 125 yards. Probably not playing that. Probably playing one probably playing 120 with the wind. Actually, the wind’s in it. Well, you got wedge. No, I got nine. Maybe wedge is if it’s short, it’s no good to me, is it? And the wind’s right in me face now. Beautiful birdie. Go on. Get up. Get up. Get up. Get up. Knocking. I know. Big boats. That’s a great boat. Oh, Barlow. That is class. Still going. It’s just hard to see that ball, Steve, when it gets on the ball. See, it’s on the green. And we know, but it’s like now it’s so hard to decipher. No, I can see it’s about 15 foot. That’s a great shot. Well done, Mr. B. There. Well done, mate. one right. Oh, is this Simon? Are you Simon? I’m playing tricks and I bought myself three Z stars. Oh, okay. What about mine? What? You’ve lost. I’ve got some pinnacle left somewhere. Oh, I don’t want any of them. Simon wedge 50. I got 50, mate. Yeah, I think you’ll get there. I just think I need to make a nice controlled one. Keep everything moving in the right direction. Left. Not your best. I dragged it off the slope, mate. That’s terrible. Oh. Oh. Oh, it’s going up that dirt path. See, can I You get a par out of that. Yeah, with your chipping abilities. Right over to the non-golfer playing out of his skin. What do you got, Liam? I’ve only played two WS. I know. You’re playing out your skin. Got more points than you did yesterday. I’ve got that easy wedge and I’m scared. The wind’s going to help out. You throw it into wind. You know what, mate? soft wedge. Yeah, that’s a one for you. Yeah, I think you go with something that you have in your mind. Yeah, I’m just going to go down the shaft and come. Yeah, I think that’s perfect, buddy. Oh, that was lovely. Absolutely lovely. Get down. Oh, yes, Liam. Oh, he has come to play. Golf mates, he has come to play. And what about the Oracle prediction? Bacon strip. What about the Oracle’s prediction? The Oracle’s prediction? Yeah. You This is what, our third hole? Yeah. Yeah. Just get your putter, Liam. Like me. Don’t worry. See if Sam’s chipping. He’ll be getting his putter. Don’t you worry. Who needs friends when you got enemies like us? Not enemies. We’re just fun guys. And I don’t even eat mushrooms. That’s just Oh, croaky. Right. Great shot, mate. Cheers, mate. Steve’s as well. Great shot. The weight to yours. Just a small bit pulley. Good weight, but pulley. Right, boys. Be confident. See if we can get his weight right. He’s got a little bit of fringe. It’s a bit uphill this, would you believe? Oh, jeep as Nick. You just can’t get your speed for days upon days, can you? I am absolutely But that’s your yardage, is it? Oh, yeah. No. Stand out the way, son. Leave it. Go away. Sorry. I Sorry, Steve. I’m only human, mate. Okay. I’ll ask you if I want it out. Yeah. Okay, mate. So, you can see the elevation there behind Steve what we’ve just played. It’s a bit like Augusta that tempth is it? Yes, actually. Yes, it is. Get in, Steve. It’s tracking. I’m struggling to see it turning that ball. Me too, mate. Can’t read the green. Can I have it outside? Yes, you can. It is me in it. Uh, to be honest. Yeah. Is it you? It is me. Okay. Right. [ __ ] for par. Not so good second shot. Say that away. I am absolute rubbish. Absolute rubbish. Good sex. Thanks, mate. No worries. Right. Puffing back to back birdies with a shot. Oh, I thought it were going to come in like yours. Good. Good. That’s good, mate. Cheers, mate. That’s good. Well, it got past the all again. Fast time, Greek. They’re both the same. His is closer than yours. Not even. Stop it. Just do me. This one 63. Well done, Steve. Good. Right in the doors. Four for three, Mr. Harrison. Four for three, Mr. Barlow. And five for one. Absolutely. Right. Golf mates. Little bit more history for you. Pit Locky is home of a hotel called Heartbreak Hotel after Rod Stewart proposed to Penny Lancaster and she said no. She later married him. Happy days. I think he’s got five or six kids. He’s doing well over Rod and he’s a Celtic supporter. There’s another one. Little bit more history later on. Okay, B mates. Thank you. What a beautiful forest. Close between me and Sim’s winning. Right. Six over the match. Correct. 286 yard called Tullock. Don’t laugh. I’m going chicken. You could go for it cuz I reckon it’s not going to play a loss. But I’m going to eight iron and a flick. Eight iron. Yeah. Shot in for me. Four holes left. I’ve got two. So I don’t have a cost management card. Right. You’ve got one. You know where you put it. I don’t know where I’ve put it yet, Steve. Let me help you. All right. Eight iron. Oh, good strike. Beautiful strike. I don’t think that’s going on the green. No, cuz he’s hit an eight iron. Yeah. I thought he’s hitching over the hill. I thought he’s hitching over the hill. It’s hoping for a kick and it runs down. You want a hug? No. Come on. No. Is it you and me? Can’t remember. Uh Simon got a four. Right. I got a four. Yeah. Yeah. Same point. Go on then. Right. I’ve not hit this club this trip. Joey Reed. That’s Joey Reed. Joey Reed. I like that. Yeah, it is freewood, isn’t it? This is for Joey. Joey Reed’s a good friend from Dublin. Swing thought. Le’s got me on the swing thought my club off me. What Joey Reed got for me. But at least it’s getting hit in the middle now. Oh yeah, he’s built you up. Right. Right. Come on, Joey. Send me through some positive vibes, brother. That’s pin on it. Oh, Joey. Be the man, Joey. That’s got to be left side up pin. Sit. Oh, that’s on the green. That’s flat. Brilliant. Awesome. Come here. Back left at green. Brilliant. Back at green. What a shot. What a padding press. Yeah. Best part of my game. Love it. Wish it was. You wish it was. We only had one V put and a couple of one puts. That’s good stats. Thanks, Liam. No problem. Right. B. Come on. Try. Great shot. Oh, Barlow. Get over the hill. Honestly, mate. Sick. There you go. What? Straight on the hillocks. Landed on top of hillocks. There you not read your management card. I did, but I had it too too high up in the air. Are you on a shot here? Yeah. Oh, you got you’re all right. You only have about 60 yards in, Steve. I know, but I thought I’d get over them hillocks. Okay. I like this hole. It’s a proper risk and reward. It’s beautiful. And you know what? On the draw, you’re making good aggressive moves through the ball. I’m trying. Oh, you’re doing a good job, mate. Just risk that little bit further. Yeah. I mean, centerness of contact will get that for you, mate. I mean, just ask me. All right, Steve. Come on, mate. Let’s finish in a flurry. If I was a pro like you, I’d give up giving lessons. Fake. Please address me as fake. Okay. You like that, don’t you? I’m not going to answer to anything. Answer. Come on. Fake, bro. Left hand down. I’m not going to answer to Simon anymore. Left hand down. Fake. Fake. Fake. I just want to be called fake. Woo. Absolutely stupendous strike, Simon. That threewood. Beautiful. Do you know that 3woods? One of these tailor made like M2 or M1. Tell you, old clubs are still good clubs, that’s for sure. Right. Just have a little flick in now. And I’m not going to be Oh my god. I’m going to get abused here. I think I blocked myself out. Oh, I think I’ve got a line. Thing is, I’ve just got to hit my 52, which I didn’t want to. So, it’s about 100 104 at front. 125 wind confident, huh? That’s all it’s about. Strong grip. Follow through on the green. Well, that looks great. I think that’s got a gul rubber dog. Liam Liam, that’s it. Pin spare. That boat’s a bit short and run. A great shot. Great shot, mate. Pin high, 20 ft. Well done. Cheers, mate. Double thumbs up for the Harrison. Thank you, young man. Right, Steve. Grass is growing with you, mate. So, you shouldn’t have any resistance. Oh. Oh, class. Rubber dog cemetery family. Go on. Off the hill. Off the hill. It wasn’t easy though. I know. I didn’t I never no imagine I thought I’d leech on there. I thought it would be well over. Beautiful. Yeah. In all fairness, would you have hit eight iron? What would you have done better? No. Yeah. Then I’m 15 foot from the flight. Seven wood. I would hit uh fivewood. Yeah. Right. Knowing that it’s just going to go. But I didn’t see it. See? Yeah. Of course. Beautiful, isn’t it? Don’t you sure that does it? I’m not greedy, man. Not happy with the path. Watch your step here, Steve. Why is it deep? Cuz if you go down, I won’t be able to pick up. Nor will press and neck together. A group pickup. Hey, bet you’ve been a groupy in your time, haven’t you? Oh, mate. Me? Talking about being a groupy. I bet you have, haven’t you? I must say, I had a bit of a fetish for Kate Sabbrano. Oh, yeah. Those bedroom eyes. Yeah. Where’s all the group? I can see it in your Kate Sabbrano. Look her up, golf mates. Absolute fox. Right, Mr. Barl. All right, Steve. What a view. Yes. Beautiful, mate, isn’t it? What a view. It’s beautiful. I’m halfway two put from here. It’s that smooth. It just ran right through. Come on, Ste. Beautiful roll. If you if you chipped it to there, you’d be happy. Yeah, I’m happy. You don’t look for p. He never looks happy. Hey, it’s left to right, but you don’t know what it’s going to do here. Yeah, I got to take pattern now. I think you’re aim at that back of the boogie. That’s what I reckon, too. Box. Yep. In our rope, Simon. I’ll leave it in. Thank you, Steven. Definitely from here, Simon. It’s vicious. Yeah. Yeah. Black box. Or should I say oracle? Oracle. He’s the oracle. Black box. That’s how much he’s asking me for advice. I don’t think on the greens. I’ve suffered as well today. Can’t read them. I think the person I am pining high golf mates. That view behind him. It’s beautiful. The mountains, the huts, fez, the pony. Oh, that’s done you a favor. That’s a great That’s a great line. Come on. That bump. Take it away. Swing juice. Good read. Good birdie. Thanks, mate. Great birdie. I’m back, baby. You try and be aggressive with your put, Steve. They might go in. Cuz there’s one thing you’re doing. You’re not getting them to the hole, is it, Simon? No. Never up, never in. The old adage. Yeah. And I was telling you all day, you same thing. You never go in if you don’t reach. Three for three. Three for three. This is birdie, isn’t it? Two sips. Go on, Lee. Yes, Lee. Boom. Two sips. Well done, mate. Well done. Should have had a shot on it, shouldn’t you? How many have we got left? Three. Oh, I’ve got two left of two. Never seen the others. Well, you sucking on a wasp. No. Lock it. Come on, Steve. Come on. Pull lock on here. Yes. Yeah. Let’s make it the trifecta, big boy. Pull for three. Get up. Get up, Steve. He’s coming out. Yeah. No. Not my day today, boys. It’s Parkland. It’s Parkland. Is it? I know, but I can’t read these greens. It’s slow for me. No, you can’t slow it. They’re very slow. Far for be far for me to say Steve right now. But all but Steve, you’re wasting your breath. Scores on the doors. Three for three, Mr. Harrison. Three for three. Sam Bane. Five for two. Mr. Barl. Fake pro. The fake pro. Well, two birdies. Uh I think if you’re a member here, this would be your birdie. Definitely. But you can come and suck. Uh Mr. Boro’s putting. It’s not today. It’s a lot this week. He could have had more putts. He’s just hitting them so short. So he’s losing a bit of confidence. Right. We’ve seen this all we’re playing now. It is an absolute stunning pathway. An absolute bobby dazzler. Right, Steve, because Liam’s driving. Oh, don’t you think it’s only fitting that we have a nip? Yeah. And another nip. Yeah. Two nips. All right, mate. Tell you what, golf mates, what a beautiful day. We’ve had beautiful people, beautiful golf course. Yeah. Some good golf, some bad. Bad buzzing for Mr. D. And some beautiful whiskey. Yeah. Here we go. From Simon P. Oh, there we go. That’s one. That’s for me. Let’s go for Liam. Cheers, Liam. But cheers. Oh, lovely. Thanks, Steve. Sorry or sorry. We need to save some for present Nick. Yeah, they can have one. Tea. Oh, and thanks thanks to Graeme for the lend of his flask. You got a nice little one with checkered. I’d definitely uh disinfect that, Graeme, after this trip, mate. But appreciate the thought, buddy. Golf mates, how good is Pit Lockery? Right. If you want more history, you want more behind the scenes, if you want more golf balls, what you seeing, the full video is on the club. Now, people are saying, “Oh, what’s it like?” Well, it’s mega. It’s 70 quid for the year or $6.99 a month. And I’m telling you, you’re going to see stuff on there what you can’t see on internet, real live, all the cockups, everything. And judging by the comments, it’s awesome. So, if you want it, it’s uh you know where to find it. Anyway, back to the video. I’m going to say something. I love my links. Yep. A lot. But this is my favorite one. This is bang on. I’m I’m as I alluded to in in in the car when I was with Steve, I said I grew up on a very hilly golf course and it brings back childhood memories for me. So this is absolutely lovely. I’m enjoying every minute of it. It’s my favorite course. Yeah. With the week up time. Yep. I would I would agree. You know, that’s nothing against the others. And I love lynch. So for me to say a parkland’s better than a lynx is crazy. Well, as it stands, yeah, you’re miles ahead. Oh, how far do you reckon is to the ditch? I don’t know. You’ve played it once. Do you want me to zap it for you? Is it that big of a match now? 240 m. I can hit two iron then. Yeah, I’ve got five iron. And she’s called Max Leap. There you go. Uh that clubhouse is stunning. Yeah. So, I’ve got five iron. And I’m going to let the lay the land do what it wants. I think you could hit eight iron or five iron. It’ll end up in the same place. So, I probably shouldn’t hit what I’m hitting. 280 odd yards. Uh good. Start little hook there. Yeah, absolutely. monkey. I don’t think it needs much of this yardage, does it? I mean, that’s really hit sh and it’s still going. Yeah, that clubhouse is the best clubhouse ever, isn’t it? Isn’t it? I just can’t believe the It’s iconic, isn’t it? That red radiates. Well, it’s almost like a pink, isn’t it? Yeah. High viz pink pink. Ste. Hey, you can hit driver all day. Not the way you just hit that eater. You hit the ground first as well. It was five five iron. Yeah. Oh, that’s why I’m getting confused. Go on. Put a dirt in. Great strike. But left. That rough will stop it then. Yep. Fine. Fine. Fine. Fine. Fine. Did you get close? Just got in a bit of fringy rough like this. Bit of minge. Just pulled that a small bit. I did, mate. I’m I think I found something, Liam. Huh? I think I think I found something. I will write it down. It seems I forgot. This is the right club for him. Yeah. Oh, beautiful Stevie boy. Shot going to win. Smash shot. Oracle. Oh, yes. Oh, that’s left you a flicking shot. side of thing in it. I’d rather be with you as Steve than Simon. That’s not being disrespectful. Just mean it’s an easier shot. Get in. Yeah. Oh, the match is getting tight. I wonder who we got here. We got Oh, sorry, sir. Do you Do you think it would be rude if I jumped in with you, Liam? Come on. Oh, that deep. So, why do you want to jump in with me? I I just think it’s match play. No, don’t zoom in. I just think Steve’s been putting me off a bit today if I’m being brutally honest. Yeah. What do you think he’s been doing? He’s just been saying a few things to me behind the scenes without the cameras on. Oh, is it? Well, you’re no good. Me? I’m no good or you’re not good? No, me. Of course you should probably take up a new profession. Oh, what you what you going to do? Is that what he said to you? Well, I was thinking of my modeling. No, I’ll stick to golf. Yeah. Well, you could be a model. You fullbodied model, not for shoes. Oh, what an awesome this is going to be. Oh, mate. 180 though. Bloody hell. I’m in love with that clubhouse. It’s It’s like a pinky pinky roof, isn’t it? You know what? Whatever it is, it’s iconic now, isn’t it? It’s beautiful. Awesome, isn’t it? Y got eight times. Do you reckon that’ll be enough? 174 I’ve got you. Yeah, but it’s dome. I think so, mate. Yeah. Starters hut. Starters hut. Great strike that but left. Jesus, that was a strike and a half. Oh, perfect club, was it? Unlucky, mate. Okay. Unlucky. Perfect club. Yeah. A lot better than that T- shot, would it? Yeah. Okay, that was properly hit. It’s going to be hard. It’s a bad miss there, though. Was it short side? Look at Ste. Ste, you a lovely shot, Steve. Come on, Barlo. Birdie it. Birdie it. Ste 120. Probably won’t play it, but what a T- shot, Steve. For sure. This is what you need. Be what? What a finishing all. What a dare. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful. Come on, Steve. Send it home. Happy. Love to birdie this now. So would I. I’d love you to birdie it, mate. Nine out of 10. P. Oh, it’s bloody magic, mate. Wedge. No, I’ve got pitching. Nine. Nine. I’ve got It’s a good shot. Don’t want to go in the ditch, you see. So, But he proves us wrong. Oh, hit it too easy. Go, go, go. It’s well over. Set up too. Set up for the scoop. Just thought rubbish. You know, cuz you you got I didn’t have my shoulder pin. Yeah. Come on. You’ve got 120. Yeah, I know. But it’s the right club cuz if I hit the pitch, it’s 110 front. If I don’t hit it well, it’s in the ditch. Take 10 yards off cuz it’s daring. So, it’s only playing 110. But anyway, Don’t matter. It’s all for ditch. Okay. Got chances. Could be old square. Right kid. This is for you. Yeah. You can get club to ball here. It could have been a lot worse. It sat down, but there’s no grass behind it. Could have been loads worse. Where is it? Oh, set up like a coconut pineapple. Oh no. Oh no. Oh mate. You’ve got this fake pro. Don’t drop into that ditch s cuz I’ll drop down laughing. I’m I’m not being funny here. I’ll get on. That could happen. But if I’m being serious stop there, aren’t you? Pardon? You’ve got a back stop. Yeah, that’s true, too. I think we all want to know who’s buying tea. How many meters, please? You’ve got 70 yards, but that pins. Yes. So, work that out yourself. Is that all right? 70 yards. 80. It’s not It doesn’t look 70 yards to me. Field shot. That’s awesome. It’s drawing up in that. Well done out of that. Right. See my right foot again. See it? Yeah. Up in there. That’s the first time you’ve done it today. You need to open your legs more. I don’t know what that’s all about. Neither do we. If you open your legs more, that should balance you. So you won’t pick this leg up, will you? I don’t know, mate. Maybe that’s what it is. I don’t know. Maybe I’ve got an itch that needs to be scratched. You’ve got a lot of things that need sorting out in your life. Will you help me out? Oh, you have habits. Well, I can do, but you won’t listen, would you? So, it’s a waste of time, is it? This is absolutely sitting up for bar. It’s not easy to get to these, is it? Oh, man. Sat down. You’re subtle. I know. And what do you say, Steve? The sun always shines on the righteous. That’s what they say. It’s through that ain’t it? I am thinking here. I’m going to roll it. The barow is going to produce some absolute magic. Yeah, I’ve got to get on the green. Oh, he’s going for the he’s going for the hybrid like it’s impossible in all honesty. This shot. He’s done it. Ow. Were they laughing at someone else or did they were they? Looks like Steve’s coming. Last golf, mate. Sorry, the Oracle. Come on, chip in. It’s like a bunker shot. Yeah, chip it in. I was going to do the spooking up in the air. Drop. Nice. W going to do much more unless I left it here. I need this. I’m thinking a chip in here, boys. Have we had one? Not had one, have we? You know, Barlow’s a big time player. Come with the man. Come with the hour. Scoopy whoop. Get terrible bounces. Not my day today. Yeah, it’s Parkland. What is it, Simon? Parkland. But it’s not my day. Parkland. What does he like? Parkland. See what happens when we play Parkland. Steve always wins. It’s Eland, not Parkland. Eland. Do you want that out, sir? I would. Thank you, mate. I tell you what, Steve, this is tight, mate. You know what you have to do? I’ve got a trickle at dune. But make sure it comes down. Don’t let it stay up halfway up. Judging by my putting today, I’m likely to hold it. Hit it 8 foot short or 12t past. Putting for a birdie. The fake pro. Or is it? It’s reaching. Oh, it’s a shaky one time one. Not too sure what to say about that, mate. A shaky home time. Oh, what’s happened? Don’t know. I’ll finish it. Oh, that finishing a a six. How bad’s that? That’s a come down, isn’t it? It is a come down right Steve. This is not this is a defining moment. This is if this goes in it’s shaky bum for you. What’s this for Steve? Five. And he’s putting for four. Both on shot. Yep. Yeah. Good pace mate. Yeah. Oh calling sign again. They have that. Don’t matter, does it? Not going to put from there, is it? No, we’re not telling them the scores. So we got some tea. All right, Simon, deserve a par, mate. Come on, cheapest. Well done, Simon. Well done, golf mates. What can I say? Pit locker. Absolutely fantastic. Scores of the doors. Let’s see where we’re going for tea. See you in a bit, golf mates. Club here. Well done, golf mates. What a day. Bit locker. Absolute stunning. They’ve looked after us. We’ve got all mighty meat pizzas, mayonnaise and pizza. Same black potting and haggis and mighty meter. Have you enjoyed today? I’ve absolutely loved it. Liam, listen, we’ll keep it rolling. We’re going farm today. What’s happened with the room situation? It was should have been me, you and Barl. And now, who is it? You and myself. Yeah. We’ve got the um on suite. On suite. Steve and the boys are sharing the uh sharing the bathroom. Shared bathroom. So, what you’re going to do, go mates, the GoPro will be handed over to Presley. He can listen to what Mr. Bos’s got to say later on. Uh we’ve got a 2-hour drive, so we’re going to get this and get right. All right, go on. That’s your bed with Mr. Vlos. All right. Is it a bit oldie wildery? Oh, mate. I honestly I’m all for this. This is gorgeous. This is gorgeous. Wow. Wow. That is absolutely amazing. This is all me. I love this. I love this. We’ve got to be this one. I remember that picture. I just told him he’s in this little one. That’s where Sam That’s where we were before. Oh, anybody else there? So, Simon, should we see what we’ve got? Oh, we don’t know what’s in here. No. Oh my god. This is the best room I’ve ever stayed in my life. Steve. Oh, look at that Donny. Look at the Donny in the view. You’re missing out, Steve. This is the best room ever. This is what the view we’ve got. Wow. What a beauty. Look at that. That is amazing. Is it? Wow. A young present. Go see him. You just got me a Well, it’s not safe. This is the ball. Nice view, isn’t it? I You can read a book. Yeah. Yeah. Ste, Steve, you’re not impressed. I was on that bed last time. Ste, look at the bed. That’s the bed Steve had. I’ve seen you bed. Look at that. Look at that. You pay for that. Yeah. That’s the same bench you had two years ago, Steve. Who know? It’s the same [ __ ] cuz I was on that bed. You made me sleep on the small one. I didn’t make you do anything. Cuz he up. Yep. Presley’s tall. Pres taller than B. I think you should have this one. We’re best on park.

Today Liam, Mr Barlow, and Simon the Pro take you to the absolutely stunning Pitlochry Golf Club for another episode of Hidden Gems Scotland.

From the moment they arrived, Liam was dishing out “facts” and “history” to poor Mr Barlow… who, of course, fell for every single word! 🤣 Barlow got well and truly duped, believing every bit of Liam’s made-up history. But even the jokes couldn’t distract from the real star of the show — this incredible golf course.

With breathtaking views, pure greens, and a layout that keeps you thinking on every shot, Pitlochry delivered one of the most scenic and fun rounds of the entire trip.

Will Barlow recover from Liam’s gags?
Will Simon the Pro keep the lads on track?
And will Liam finally behave? (Probably not!)

Kick back and enjoy another brilliant day on one of Scotland’s most underrated courses.

  6. Wow watch a great hidden gem. Grrst watch aswell. So great golf at last LIAM 😆. Will try this when on way to hopeman next year. Keep them coming

  7. Great course, can't believe you started the match on 5, it's a card wrecker. We played a great Scramble comp starting at the nearby 9 holer at Blair Atholl then round Pitlochry in the afternoon. Views are as good as it gets but don't get distracted cos it's a challenging track
