PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — President Donald Trump is expected to return to Palm Beach this weekend. This will mark President Trump’s 3rd consecutive weekend spent at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

You should expect to see some changes to the roads in the area headed into the weekend.

Here’s what they will look like:

Starting Friday morning at 5 a.m. South Ocean Boulevard is closed near the estate between South County Road and Southern Boulevard.

Checkpoints, sidewalk restrictions, and increased law enforcement are already in place. If you’re crossing over to the island, you’ll want to take the middle bridge.

The FAA is also issuing additional temporary flight restrictions through the weekend — grounding drones and tightening airspace around Palm Beach. This is on top of the permanent flight restrictions recently put in place over Mar-a-Lago.

The white house has not publicly announced Trump’s plans for the weekend.

As of Friday morning, the president’s public calendar reflects that he is set to arrive this Friday at 6 p.m.

If you’re heading this way — plan ahead. The Town of Palm Beach says these security measures will last until further notice.
