Do alot of you play from tees sub 6000?
Im 6 months in and have yet to play from anything less than 6100. I dont know what tees I should play from. Personally I try to stay between 6300 and 6800. Is there certain handicaps you need to play from certain tee boxes?
I recently ive been shooting in the mid 80s but played from the white tees at a course ive played a few times now. The entire group was playing from whites so I joined them I ended up shooting 82 which is my best round ever but I feel like I cheated playing from the white tees. The white tees are 6160 and I normally play the blues there at 6700. My best round there prior was an 87.
I guess what im asking is am I playing the wrong tee box for my handicap or my lack of experience? I dont play further tees because ego i just dont like driving the ball and having a sub 100 yard wedge in on every par 4.
Congratulations on the score, however I don’t know about you, but if I had an accident and my driver head flew off and I couldn’t find it, I would really appreciate having it back if someone found it. Just saying. I could understand if you found it snapped in half, but this looks like somebody accidentally had it fly off. You do you though man.
I found a pair of Oakleys there last time I played Warren Valley. The gift keeps on giving. I did not break 90.
