Thought I’d share that my 15 month old son has gone golfing with my husband almost weekly since he was 3 months old! Just in an infant care seat. He does have a cart cover so he is safe.
Once he was able to walk (around 11 months) he has used any long object (like a Lincoln log, long spoon, etc) to golf around the house 😂 but we got him a really small club and my husband says he has a great set up, swing, and “holds his follow through” lol.
He went with the guys for a full 18 holes yesterday and got out at each hole and did not want to stop. Take a look at him!

That’s awesome. My 4yo loves watching and playing golf. My recommendation is to just let the game come to him. No forced practice, let him swing a wonky swing, and if he wants to stay home and watch cartoons one day instead, then so be it.
I read somewhere that it’s best to keep them wanting more, than to burn them out. That’s been my approach and it seems to be working.
