Your purchase helps support my work in bringing you free content to help you learn about golf and improve your game. My goal is to help people through my experience so I will not recommend a product or service unless I’ve

1) Used it personally. (which will be the case the vast majority of the time)

2) Thoroughly researched it and got first-hand user feedback from other professionals I trust and who have used the product/service.

three steps here I want you to take your lead hand and kind of put it in your sternum and I want you to take your right arm in this position and I want you to make a motion with your right arm where you get your elbow from the right side of your body to the middle so we did this about three times one two three so the next part of this is you take this hand in front now I’m going to add some chest turn which I will have during the down swing turn your hand towards the target until it’s about you know a few feet out in front of you and still get the arm to hit the chest okay so I’m still feeling this arm going across my body as my chest is turning now as I’m doing it I’m going to feel the same thing but I’m going to allow the right arm to straighten and I’m going to allow the right wrist to throw now if I take that down to this position down here what I would be feeling is the elbow hitting the hand the core and the chest are turning and the arm and the wrist are releasing so this is the motion this is the motion

  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everyone talks tucking the elbow keeping the shirt tucked in the pit. Which I do to a fault and get caught behind

  2. Question: why do I always hit the 1st bucket at the range great, then the 2nd bucket I start shanking and hitting it thin? Guess it’s fatigue. Does this happen to you?

  3. I’ve kept my right elbow in mostly the same place for almost 50 years.Ben Hogan has a drill keeping the elbows tight to sides or hips [Five fundamentals of golf] Freeing up my right arm has helped me immensely Thanks Mike
