You guys have seen me play the cheapest course in Dallas, but today I’m playing the worst rated course I can possibly find. The first thing that popped up was a place called Lake Park. I’ve actually played this golf course before. I didn’t think it was actually that bad, so I’m not going to go with Lake Park. The next option was a place called The Club at Frisco Farms. We’re going to call The Club at Frisco Farms. We’re also going to call one more course called Oak Hollow. And I’m actually going to ask them how their course is right now. club farms and John, I can help you. Hey, how’s it going, John? I was looking up some courses in my area online and I found you guys. I I would love to come out and play and book a tea time for this afternoon if you guys are free for that. Yeah, definitely. We’re not too busy at all this afternoon. Uh what time you looking to get out here? Probably around 2:00 p.m. How’s the course looking uh right now? It’s good shape right now. It’s a good time of year for her with the weather and then we got a little bit of rain last week, too. So, that definitely helped out for sure. Okay. Yeah, I’ve never been out there. I’ve I’ve heard great things. Definitely a fun little course. Make sure she hits a couple shots. So, what’s the last name? I’ll go ahead and put you down for right now. Uh Clark. All right. I got you in there. We’ll see you here about 2:05. All right. Sounds good. Thanks, John. No problem. Bye. Bye. I don’t know how I feel about that. You seem pretty nice, dude. He was so nice and then he was saying the course is in good shape. I mean, like, would they ever say it’s in bad shape or Blake is currently reading? Which course is this on? This is uh the club at Frisco Farms. So, it said he got there at 7:15 and the guy checking in looked brutally hung over. And then it says the course is in worse shape and the igloo water on the courses were empty and backwards. Yes, backwards. I have pictures in parenthesis. We decided we will not be coming back here. Not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere. $70 per person. This course should at least have decent grass. I would equate this course to playing in someone’s unkempt backyard. Yay. Crazy. This might be your one. It’s all one star views. That might be the option. Dude, it just Whenever you see a course in Dallas that’s just lined with a bunch of houses like it that reminds me of Duck Creek, which is the other episode that I did. I’m going to call the other one just to see. Thank you for calling Golf Club. David. Hey, what’s up, David? Um, I was looking for courses in my area and uh I saw I saw you guys. is I was wondering if you guys had availability this afternoon to come out and play. Uh what time? Like 2:00 p.m. Uh I got one time here at 150. Okay. Yeah. What’s the last name? Uh Clark. How’s the How’s the course looking right now? Is it you good? So, I was calling a few spots in the area. Uh, it’s all right. It’s all right. Um, okay. Okay. Um, okay. So, 150. Yeah. 150. Yeah. Just come check it out. Okay. Cool. Yeah. Last name Clark. I appreciate it. Got it. Yes, sir. All right. Cool. Thanks. Bye. Bye. It’s all right. Which one do we decide amongst now? That was giving me a lot. I like I like his attitude. Like it’s okay. It’s all right. All right. Well, we’ll let you guys know here in about 20 seconds which course we decide. All right. We are currently on the way to the second course that we called. I actually asked around. I asked one of the guys in Good about this course cuz he had played it and he said that it is one of the worst courses he ever played. So I was like perfect. That’s the one we’re going to Oakwood Golf. So I’m calling the other course. I have to cancel that tea time. Cool Farms. We’re going to help you. Hey, how’s it going? I called you guys earlier and was said I was going to come out around 2 p.m. today. Uh I had something pop up and I have to cancel that tea time if that’s okay. 2:5 tea time for Garrett Clark. Correct. Yeah. Sorry about that. Yeah, that’s no problem. I can get that canceled for you. Okay, I appreciate it. Thanks, man. So, also I was I’m trying to be respectful to the course. I also know that when we called him, he said they had absolutely nothing booked in this course they did. So, calling and canceling that as well just made sense beyond the fact that we are playing the probably the playing the worst course. But, let us know. I mean, should we just freaking go to the other course for another video in a couple months? Who knows? [Music] Holy packed. This course is freaking slammed packed. Wait. And there’s a bev cart girl. Wait, is this course lowkey pure? Dude, we might have picked the wrong one, guys. So far, first imp look at the freaking look at the parking lot. All right. I mean, the freaking cone sticking out of the I will say it is packed today. Did we make the wrong decision? It’s not too late to go to the other one, is it? Should we go to the other one? So, it kind of looks nice. Like, it doesn’t look bad. No, it looks nice. Should we audible and go to the other one? We might need to audible, guys. Like, we don’t need to finish 18. Hey, boys. Question. Do you guys play here a lot? Yeah. It’s Is the course nice? Yeah. We were looking up the worst rated courses in Dallas and trying to find the worst rated course to play and like everything was popping up here, but it looks pretty nice. Are you right now? Yeah, we are. What’s your name? Garrett. Huh? Garrett. Uh, good. Good. Thank you, guys. What’s up? It doesn’t look bad. That’s the thing. I was trying to find like the worst one possible and I’m pulling up. I’m like, this doesn’t actually look that bad. It’s not terrible. I mean, it’s not the best. But another one another one that’s like mid is uh it’s one in Lewisville. Yeah. That was the one that popped up. Was it Lakewood or Lake uh Lake something? It Lake Park. Lake Park. Yeah, it’s just a bang for your buck kind of course. Hey, this looks pretty nice. I I’m not going to play here because we’re trying to find the worst one possible. Sorry I couldn’t help y’all. I mean, if y’all want to like show us up cuz we’re just dogs. That’s dope, too, man. But dude, it’s super nice. Hey, y’all’s awesome, bro. I love it. Thanks, brother. I appreciate it. Thank you. We’re not playing here. Um, on to the next one. Here we go. All righty. This definitely looks worse just already. There’s not as many people here. The vibes definitely seem a little bit lower. Um, I’m looking forward to this. This is going to be a lot of fun. Dude, what in the freaking house has a clubhouse? It’s like a literal mansion. All right, we’re pulling up, guys. We’re going to go. So, we actually canled our tea time. Now, we’re going to have to go back into the clubhouse, talk to them, and be like, “Hey, so we need another tea time.” Like, what are we going to do? Thankfully, when we called earlier, he said they’re freaking wide open. Holy pool table and beautiful vibes. How How is this the worst rated course in freaking Dallas? This is insane, dude. Look at the vibes here. Hold on a second. What the heck? I bet. Here’s what I’m going to say. I’m going to go ahead and take a wild guess and say the clubhouse is going to be the best part of this place for sure. I bet it’s also probably like 70 bucks to play. It might be a little overpriced, which could lead to a lot of the bad reviews. I will say I do see the course out there and it doesn’t look nice. So, I would assume people probably come here to vibe, maybe get food, and it’s more of like a club aspect and then the golf is kind of secondary. Yeah, I’m going to read a couple of reviews throughout the round. Oh, this is a perfect one for what we’re talking about. It says, “New Clubhouse is nice, but for the quote unquote green fees they charge, I’d expect greens. Multiple greens were like 1/4 dirt at a time when most courses in the area are pure.” I’m going to read more throughout the round, but that is kind of what we literally just said. We think the clubhouse is going to be the best part of this course and the rest might be a little bit of an issue. Looks like a fresh renovation. How’s it going? How you doing? How we going? What up? What up? Oh my freaking This is sick. [Music] What’s up? I just canceled my tea time at 2:5 and then I finished up what I needed to get done. So, I was wondering if you guys had any more openings. Yeah, we could get you on at 2:22. That’d be perfect. When did this clubhouse get redone? This looks nice. Uh, it got redone back in March. Nice. We got Waters. I still can’t believe the clubhouse. That might be the craziest thing I never expected. That’s like the nicest clubhouse I’ve ever seen. It genuinely does. I don’t know if I’ve seen a night. They have a Starbucks in there and they have like a full simulator and like crazy. And they’re telling me this is going to be the worst golf course in Dallas. I’ll believe it when I see it. Here we go. Like I said, going to believe it when I see it. We’re going to the first tea. It’s like we’re driving into a neighborhood. It’s kind of cool. All right, I’m going to get my first look at the greens real quick. I mean, they don’t look they don’t look bad. I will say the course doesn’t look like anything special. I wouldn’t like I don’t feel like I would pull up to this course and be like, “This is terrible.” I don’t think I would do that if I was coming out here without Yeah, I wouldn’t pull up to this course and instantly be like, “Oh, this is an awful course.” I mean, when we did the Duck Creek episode, the cheapest course we could find. That one you pull up and it’s a trailer and it was It was rough. But this one so far is I’m like I would be pleasantly surprised if I pulled up to this course like I did today. What am I saying? I I’m pleasantly surprised. [Music] All right, guys. Before we go on with the rest of today’s video, first off, hopefully you guys are enjoying the worst course, the worst rated course video here in Texas. But before, I wanted to tell you about today’s sponsor. Recently, I went to an NFL game. I watched a Chiefs game with my family. And when we went over there, I actually used the app over there at Segeek. So, shout out to them for sponsoring today’s video. They made it super simple. I went into the app. I was able to see what the best tickets were on a scale of 1 through 10 rating system that they use. green obviously being the best and then red being the worst. Not only that, they made it very easy. Once I got the tickets, it popped up, hey, do you need parking? I got a parking pass. It was super simple. And if you guys are looking for a really good spot to buy tickets to a concert, a live event of any sort that might be on SeatGeek, um or professional sporting event, NBA season obviously just started back up. NFL season is in full swing. And if you guys are like me and you like watching live games, check out SeatGeek. If you guys want to do that, use code GMGolf 10 for 10% off your next set of tickets. There will be a link at the top of the description. Again, that is code GMOLF10 for 10% off your next set of tickets. Let’s get back to the worst rated course video. Now, bro, we’re going to find it online cuz we don’t know exactly how much we paid for. We just told the guy we have two people watching and one player and it wasund what was it like 170. I’m going to say if this is $50 or under, I think it’s a steal around here. tea boxes are not awful. I mean, first te’s a little bit sloped. I am gonna say I’m hitting a breakfast ball today. And I’ll tell you the reason why. It’s not even because I haven’t warmed up. It’s cuz the last four days I used What is What are we doing? What’s up? Sorry, I don’t mean to interrupt. Yeah. What’s up, dude? Oh, yeah. Hey, I love y’all’s channel. Just wanted to come say Oh, appreciate that. Yeah, come show your hand. Have fun, man. There’s a lot of water in Yeah, dude. Appreciate it. It seems like a nice course. Do you play here a lot? Yeah. I mean, I’m trash, but but it seems like a good Do you know how much it is? It’s like 42 bucks. 42. We were looking online trying to find the courses with the worst ratings, and we found that this one had like the worst rating. Good to see you, man. Yeah, nice to meet you. Thank you. 42 ain’t bad. 42 is not bad at all. I Why do he charges 170 then? Math math and Well, maybe Chad he that’s probably what it was. Yeah. Okay, that makes sense then. Yeah, that that’s actually around the right math. All right, first hole, par4. Short par4. Oh. Oh, I didn’t explain. So, I’m hitting a breakfast ball here because the last four days I actually used Marissa’s clubs in Ohio and then I used Alexis’s clubs in a video that you guys are about to see. And that was simply because I literally forgot my clubs. We went straight from Ohio pretty much to Arkansas for the public course video you guys are going to see. So, I’m used to women’s clubs right now. And with no warm-up, I’m going to need to hit two. If I hit both these OB, then you know what? We’re chocked. Yep. We’re We’re actually screwed. We’re so screwed today, Ryder. We’re so screwed. Oh, no. I I thought it was going to be bad, but I didn’t think it was going to be that bad. Oh, no. You were waiting for the club to whip around and Yeah. I Dude, 5 days of using women’s shafts is definitely I’m so screwed cuz I was playing good golf, too, man. Okay, I might need like five balls here. Oh, there we go. You’re back. All right. That one I literally told myself just swing hard and don’t worry about tempo. There’s my breakfast ball. And I feel totally fine taking a breakfast ball there. Let me know in the comments down below. Do you guys Are you pro breakfast ball, no warm-up, or anti-ref ball? I got to say, guys, I’m impressed. I don’t really have a negative thing to say so far. Pharaohs look pretty pure. rough. Looks like it’s got some splotches. It’s not great. I mean, I’m not going to say this is like an insanely nice course, but it’s not a bad course by any means by looking at I would come out here and I would I would enjoy a good round with the boys and maybe a a few beverages. Come out here and just shoot the Shoot the shider. The putter. Did you forget a putter? Dude, this is I’m I’m selling. I’m This is insane. You don’t have a putter. I need a story time. So, I hate that I’m going to give you guys this drawn out story. Go to Kansas City a week and a half ago with Rissa and I didn’t bring my club. Rissa was really enjoying my putter then. So, she brought my putter and then we slid it down and get home down and go straight to Arkansas yesterday. I forgot my clubs and I was still using my putter cuz I was in back. I decided to remember my clubs today and I forgot my putters and wrist back. So, I may have remembered my clubs, but I didn’t remember my putter. Ah, this is insane. Guys, can we go get one from the from the You know what I’m gonna say? I actually think when I do something stupid like this, I play better. though. They had they had putters. I bet you could ask to borrow one. I know, but if we go back. I don’t mind putting with my driver. I I like putting with wedges. So, we’ll see how it goes. Let’s play the first couple holes and just see. We are just freaking all over the place right now, guys. Oh, sit. Sit. Be soft. Okay. Definitely long. Too much club there. That’s okay. Um, let’s get it up and down. Oh, baby. That’s short, huh? 63. Yeah. Okay. I’m setting a goal, everybody. I’m setting a goal today. I want to shoot in the 60s. With no putter. With no putter. It’s 6,300 yds. That’s it. I’m going to set the goal at shooting in the 60s. I feel okay about it. Um, let’s see. The strategy today, cuz you guys know I grew up in like beginning a GM, we would do a bunch of random club videos and like wheel and not ideal one club challenges. The strategy is short putts 60° long putts driver. First initial thoughts. Not bad. I mean, not bad. I mean, yeah, it’s a little freaking It’s a little hairy. There’s definitely some imperfections, but it’s not like it’s not the worst we’ve seen. That’s for sure. This is not a bad shot either. Who needs a putter when you can chip in? Okay, that’s the first shot around the greens. I mean, it’s not bad. All right, let’s see how these greens roll. I almost want like a zoomed up angle of this putt because I I will say that chip looked like it was doing some squirly action, so I hope the putts roll true. Going right edge and just trusting it. I love putting with wedges, so shouldn’t be an excuse. Okay, that rolled pretty nice though, didn’t it? Not bad. Yeah. bogey to start. I’m going to make a prediction right now and say I’ll probably shoot 67 today. Like actually I think I’m going to one of us could go run and get you a putter. I’m sure pretty easily. They might make you rent it, but I I actually don’t mind playing without a putter. It’s up. You don’t You don’t think they have like an old putter that like Boston found that you can rent? I’m Or that you could borrow. I’m sure you could. Yeah. I mean, would you want to go do that? That’s fine. Go to the clubhouse. Just say, “Hey, he forgot his putter. We just need to borrow it for this 18.” Considering I forgot a putter, we’re actually sending Richard back to the clubhouse. He’s going to go ask if we can borrow a putter or rent a putter and we’ll see. First hole was pretty easy. Surprisingly enough, this is a 462 yd par4. There’s a lot of like drivable holes, but this is 462 par4 and then hole four is 468 par 5. So, there’s definitely going to be a lot of scorable holes out here. It’s looking like it’s just one of those courses you keep the ball in play and you should be able to go really low, like really spanking low. Definitely feels like it’s going to be going right a little bit today. Got to just play for it. Now we kind of know what we have. We got that little slap cut. So, got to play for it. You almost hit a squirrel. Did I really? Yeah. Okay. We just uploaded a video. But we uploaded last week’s video where Garrett and Marissa tried to break 60 and Garrett was getting very excited to post it. And I’m curious, do you get more excited for like the clips you’re going to see and the response to the clips or like the YouTube comments or to see like if the video does well? Like what do you This one probably the clip when it’s like a video with me and Marissa. I’ve been liking the clips on TikTok cuz they’re making edits and people are so invested in it. What’s the difference between clips and like Cuz I’m sure it’s like you see like the comments on TikTok as opposed to YouTube comments. It’s just so directed towards that one moment and people have been literally like cuz they’re so invested with it now. People have been making edits and stuff. I think it’s kind of just fun to watch what people come up with. Also guys, if you haven’t gone and subscribed to the Good Girls YouTube channel, you probably saw it went live. It’s one of our biggest things that we’ve been working on. We’re really excited about it. Marissa and Alexis, Hadley and Uni, they’re going to kill it. Um, we’re super freaking pumped and proud proud of them. So, go check it out. Probably 140. Also don’t have a rangefinder. What’s new? Um, 52°ree. See if it’s the number. Yeah, it felt kind of like it was going to be short. That’s probably 35 ft. Um, not a bad spot to be though, guys. I’m so actually starving right now and I forgot. But I have factor meals at the house that I could have brought to the course. Like, if only, literally, if only I had a freaking factor meal right now, it would fill me up. I’m so hungry. Well, we got driver. Fun fact. I’m not going to line this ball up. I really do actually hope Richard pulls through and clutches up with the putter. I don’t want to get ahead of myself. Based off the look of the course, I feel like this is a place that I could shoot 65 at. No putter, no factor. What do you have? I I have positive vibes though. There you go. More birdie drive. Oh, that’s kind of pure. There’s a par on hole two. We’re one over through two. All right. I kind of hate that I’m saying this right now cuz I wanted us to show up to an absolute dumpster of a course. I just don’t have anything negative to say. It’s not bad. I mean, it’s a very bland course. There’s not really much going on, but it’s not bad at all. I would come out here and play even if I wasn’t filming a YouTube video, and I just had a couple buddies that want to go play golf, so nothing bad to say. Speaking of Factor, guys, which I I am generally really hungry right now. Uh, if you guys are wanting to not be like me and want quick and easy meals, Factor is a really good spot for you guys to do that. Essentially, it’s like super simple. Well, they make it very easy for you guys to understand. You get your meals, you put them in the fridge, they give you super easy instructions on how to make them. They only take a few minutes, and you can get all of the nutrients that you need when it comes to having a healthy diet, and you don’t have to like have the hassle of going to a store and shopping for hours on end when they just send you the meals and you cook them up and you’re good to go. I really enjoy that about Factor. So, also shout out to Factor for sponsoring today’s video. Before I hit this T-shot, we’re actually going to send it over to future Garrett just so he can explain Factor to you guys in a little more in-depth way. We also got a cool deal for you guys. Oh, Richard, give us some good news. Did buddy clutch up? Yes, Richard. That’s huge. That That actually is huge. So, I might be able to get it kind of close to the green here. It looks like it’s drivable. Where’s the Oh, yeah. 387. Probably not. It’s just downwind. It was so bad that it’s good. What do we got, dude? We’re rocking an Odyssey White. Yo, the White Hot XG number eight. Number eight. That thing’s nice. Did they just give it to you or was it Yeah, they just gave it to me. Nice. Said I’ll bring it back after. There we go. Here’s your dude. And I actually love Odyssey putters. We might shoot 58 today. Now we just need a rangefinder. We just send Richard back for a range. That’s the bid. He just keeps going. He just keeps going back. Yo, do you guys got any ball markers at the turn? We have him stop and we just keep going. Wait, can we can we actually do that? Yeah, he forgot at the turn. I want him to get He forgot a ball marker. Yo, do you guys got any TE’s? Just That is hilarious. I actually love that concept. It’s like a joke on the course and Richard. Yeah. Pretty terrible T-shot. Honestly feel like I’m Is that me all the way up there? No, that’s a yellow ball. Oh, right there. Oh, it’s not bad at all. What the heck? What am I saying? Okay, here’s where we’re kind of digging into now. We see some imperfections in the course. This is where, you know, at obviously a nice course, you have fairway, then you have the line to where it goes to rough. It looks like their fairway just leaked into the rough here. It’s all fairway, but then you have these weird patches that I’m going to have to hit around, which I don’t have the best lie. So, that’s what you’re going to notice at like a course that maybe doesn’t have as good of a rating. Yeah, it’s a nice feel wed shot. Try and make birdie here. Got to chop down on it because of the little whatever kind of grass this is. Okay, that’s really solid. About 10 feet. We can make that. I’m starting to see what I like to see. Some imperfections. You can tell how maybe recently this was more dirt, but the grass is starting to grow in. This is what I like to see out of out of a course that’s not ranked very well. I do want a little So, this is first putt action with an actual putter. I’m going to have Ryder get another one zoomed in down the line to see how this putt reacts on these greens. I think I see what it does. Let me feel it, though. So, honestly, I don’t know. Okay. Did you see that or no? I saw you pulled it a little bit. Did was that not the grass pulling it? It was like half pull, half jump grass. Maybe maybe I just hit a bad putt, but that definitely did not feel the best. But that’s fine. I will say I noticed it a little bit there on that putt that the grains definitely have some some imperfections that are going to make it tough to uh Oh, what the heck? There’s a dent in my putter. That could have been it, too. Might have been it. It’s like indented a little bit. Yeah, that’s funny. What’s better that or a wedge? Yeah, that’s what I’m wondering. Do I just rip the wedge? Cuz that did kind of feel like it came out weird. They had two options. That’s the one I grabbed. I don’t know. I mean, go back and get the other one. What was the other one? Scotty Cameron. Dang it. I’ll probably keep using this. I don’t know. I don’t think it probably affected it that much. That one’s on me. That was a needed birdie. We really wanted that one. We’re going to keep reading some reviews of this place and we’re also going to try and find some really good reviews cuz I would leave a good review on this course. I would leave here and I’d be very happy about my time. clubhouse, price of the round and everything. Comparable to a $50 muni, but you’re paying $80. So, this must This was three months ago, probably prime season. Pace of play isn’t enforced at all. T boxes and greens are in rough shape. Lots of divots and bare spots. I think that’s pretty fair review cuz that was peak season. He paid 80 bucks. It was probably a slow day. Yeah. Yeah. 80 bucks here. I would be a little bit upset maybe, but I think that’d be pushing it. Yeah. I mean, the most I would pay would probably be 65, 66, maybe 67 even. Yeah, something. Dude, I think this is crazy. This is a par five and I’m hitting 278 layup. The thing about Texas that you got to know is the ground is freaking hard, especially this time of the year. We’re not getting much rain. Ball’s going to roll away. The last thing I want is to just catch a hybrid clean and it roll through into the water. So, we’re going to hit a little four iron. Try and kind of compress it. Didn’t keep that one low. It’s in bounds. Three shot hole. Pit stop and quick bathroom review. All right. I don’t think I would feel super comfortable peeing in here if I was a girl. Yeah. There’s no lock. Well, there is a lock right here. Yeah, right. I’m going to say the bathroom is I’m about to use one a one out of 10. For a guy, it doesn’t matter. This toilet’s unflushed. No flushing this toilet. Yeah. How’s your uh how’s your flight path? Solid stream. Solid path. Oh my gosh. We got snacks over here. Do you scan a card or do you have to take a card up front? I I have um Apple Bay. Oh, beautiful. I’m definitely getting something. This course is sophisticated. It’s awesome. Can I have a Cool Ranch Doritos, please? What’s the vlog for? Uh, it’s a channel called GM Golf. Yeah, it’s We’re doing like a golf video on YouTube. That’s Can’t believe that worked. Are you famous yet? We’re getting there. We’re getting there. We’re trying. Slow grind. Well, good luck. I believe in you. Thank you. Appreciate that. Why is this such a hard second shot? Yo, do you need another pencil for your scorecard? Uh, why? Cuz I There’s one right here if you need it. Oh yeah, just in case. Totally. Just in case you need another pencil. Hold on. Wait. Why is this course insanely hard? What are we doing? I really need a rangefinder. What’s up? Good. How are you? What’s the play here? Most people get right on the green. Oh, from here. Oh, I don’t think I can do that. I think I need to lay up. What’s the layup yardage, you think? I don’t have any idea. That says 250. So I need like a one need like a 160 shot. I think that’s fine. Yep. Leave ourselves 100 in. Have a good one. I think the big thing that’s potentially going to hold us out from going low today is putting. We’re going to need to see some putts fall on these greens. That’s going to be the hardest part. I mean, other than that, the course looks like it definitely I mean, this is a really tight hole. This is not an easy hole at all. This obviously probably bothers people that I sometimes don’t show up prepared, but you guys also have to understand this is how I grew up playing golf. I never had a rangefinder. I never really cared about my clubs. Like, I just always would show up and play. That’s how I started. And that’s kind of how I still do it sometimes. me not having a rangefinder, just feeling every distance, not a bad thing. And I know that some people don’t like that, but I’m not going to complain about it today. Like, I kind of enjoy this 60°. I’m going to guess 95 yards by the look of it. Keep it under the wind. See, distance control is great. Not a problem. No rangefinder. No problem. He’s a field player. I know. Literally, I sometimes play my best rounds without a rangefinder. Every time I kind of see something that I’m like, “All right, maybe you guys should see this.” This is, you know, that’s just someone being dumb, though, driving up to the green. That honestly bothers me. Unless this was a greens keeper, which it totally could have been. It looks like mower tracks actually, Ryder. Yeah, I think that was a greenskeeper not entirely knowing what he was doing. We’re not going to line putts up anymore today cuz when you have bumpy greens, sometimes it’s something that you can just start overthinking it using the line. I’m just gonna feel it. I hope that this putter reacts correctly. Yeah. Bang. Back to even par. And I got to say something positive about this so far. This hole right here was a very tough golf hole. Welldesigned, super tight layup. I could have easily hit that in the water and made freaking bogey or double. So, feels nice to make a birdie there. Currently one under. Sorry, we’re currently even par through three. 188 feels nice. I mean, it’s definitely a new feel hitting a men’s club again, but it feels nice to have my clubs back. Tough par three, actually. Small green back into the wind today. Pins way back there. I think it’s a seven iron. I’m guessing it’s about like 188. That’s going to work. Little thin to win action. No, it’s not. No, it’s not going to work. Sit. Okay. Little long. That’s all right, though. Get that up and down. Ball is just long in the green. Wow, this ground is very hard. I didn’t realize, but you cannot miss right. It all goes down into the water, which I didn’t even know was water over there. Holy pin location. This is not going to be the easiest shot. I almost feel like I might need to land this a little bit short of the green, which h doesn’t look too bad. Maybe open it up and swing with some aggression here. Just plop it on and roll it into the hole. Little chipinsky action. Oh, if that got the right bounce, that would have been nice. That’s right. It’s a great par here. Pars on par threes today are going to be amazing. It says 280 from here. So, it’s either like I I feel like we kind of want to go for this one. Does it look like there’s There’s definitely water like short of the green. I mean, we got time. Let’s just drive up there. Let’s go see. We’re going to take a look if this makes sense to go for it. Obviously, in a scramble, we would go for it here, guys. But let’s see if this if is there water short the green. Dude, this course design is actually pretty nice. Yeah, that does. And you got it behind you, too. Yeah, it does not. Uh, I don’t think it makes a lot of sense to go for it, probably. No, I think I’m going to chip a seven iron. It’s only 286, but there’s a lot of trouble by the green, guys. So, I think I’m going to hit a seven iron. Try and flip a wedge to a little tap in. That is perfect. It’s just a matter of if we have the right yardage in. I think we will. I’m guessing we got about 80 yards. This about 80 yards. Another 60° kind of cut one back there. All about the distance control on this shot. might need to. It needs to go a lot actually, I think. Okay. Little short, but not not bad. Probably 20 feet. A little further than we would like up the hill. Again, not going to line it up. Kind of see where the grain’s going. It’s right there. Slope should be moving a hair to the right. I think grain, if I had to guess on hairy greens like this, you would think grain will kind of overpower it and go against the slope. So, it should move left just naturally. Oh, it moved too far left. It was a good roll. And it actually rolled very true. Not bad. Not bad. And for par on a hole six. Tough looking hole. Back into the breeze. 170. I think it should be an 8 iron. Think 9 iron is a little too much today. Yeah, I feel that wind hurting. So nice full eight iron. Kind of similar to the swing on the last T- box. Why is there no one out here? Look at I mean, this course is not bad at all. The freaking the design here. We’re inside the houses, but there’s water everywhere. There’s plenty of trouble out here to make this course a good challenge. I will say, is that the first bunker we’ve seen today? No, there’s been more. There’s been more. Yeah. All right, guys. Well, we’re taking a drop. That was just a very poor swing. Didn’t really commit to it. Little wipy cut. I think maybe in that situation I should have hit the hard nine, but it is what it is. Get it up and down for bogey. Onto the next freaking pure bunker, too. Pretty solid sand. It’s not bad. Like that. That type of sand right there. That’s what I grew up on playing at Sunflower. This is literally like say Sunflower is a bit nicer than this, but I grew up like this is my style of golf. This is how I grew up. MUN style, city-owned, like not anything special. I did slice cut that so much that it crossed here and went up there, which is good. I can drop all the way down here. Not a great lie. Definitely some interesting grass down here, but it’s like we’re almost kind of there’s definitely some weeds that we got to deal with, but it should come out nice. Okay. In the heart, too. Just short in the heart. I don’t think that’s that’s a gimme. I’ll give that self that with that putter. Yeah, it’s a gimme. Yeah, the classic like auto two putt rules. I don’t know if you guys ever played tournaments like that. We played a a couple high school tournaments where the greens were so airrated that they would literally do auto two putt. It was the nicest thing ever. So, you could be freaking 100t away, but if you’re on the green, auto two putt. It was great. I think we actually have caught up to our first group of the day. We make it. We’ve been making really good pace on the round. Playing quick, but we caught up to a single, so we’ll be waiting now. But that is fine. How’s it going? There’s an old guy in front of me. That’s really really Oh my god. What’s up, dude? What’s up? How you doing? No way. You guys doing here? Oh, just playing, man. Yeah, filming a video. Good to meet you. How you doing? Nice to meet you as well. Holy crap. You said there’s someone in front of you. Yeah. Yeah. Older guy. Nice. Yeah. playing pretty slow. So, yeah, it’s all good. Oh, what are you doing in Oklahoma? Just freaking hanging out, brother. Oklahoma. What the hell? We’re in Fris. Yeah, Dallas. I live here. Oh, really? Yeah. It’s good to meet you, bro. Yeah. Nice to meet you as well. I’m hitting driver. This is so stupid. Let’s see what happens, boys. Dog leg left par five. See you. Is that bad? [Music] I think so. You think so? I don’t know how hard it cuts, but I don’t You don’t think it cuts that much? I don’t think so. You don’t think so? I don’t think so. I’m going hit another one. But that’s the beauty of not knowing cuz that literally could be perfect. You just never know. It might be. That is really good. I think. All right. Just up the left side. That should be fine. I think the first one’s in. If the first one’s not in, my hybrid is definitely good, which we’ll be hitting three, four. Have to get up and down for par. In the future, I would like to come back here and maybe do a break 65. I want to see. Dude, I actually think my first one might be perfect. It’s going to be so close, guys. It opens way up over here. Let’s see. I mean, it’s going to be close. Please be so perfect. Gosh, this would be legendary if it’s in. I mean, hold on, guys. Hold on. Definitely is. This hole goes way left. That’s my hybrid. Didn’t hit my hybrid that well off the toe. This is about where my line was. This guy’s a putting green. Imagine my ball just hit one of his holes. I mean, not seeing anything. Not great. Okay, first one’s probably out, everybody. Too far left. Ah, that’s unfortunate. Now we got to get up and down for par, which could be worse. It’s just maybe should have hit hybrid at first because I didn’t know exactly what the hole did. You got to get aggressive out here. I mean, no reason not to. We’re out here to have fun. So, we have about 200 yards here in from the hybrid. Just looking back, I wish I would have just hit this first, but no worries. Got to get up and down for par. This would be a crazy par, actually. Dude, this course is tight, though. Got a sixiron. Try and draw one into this pin. I haven’t been able to draw an iron all day. Okay, that’s fine. I did get one to draw finally. It’s a good swing up and down for bogey. All good. Oh, that would have been a crazy par. That would have been up there with one of my better pars. I gotta say, looking back at this hole, it does seem to be like, you know, there’s a lot of dirt patches over here. But then again, like if you were to come out here and play here on a casual round and I hit my ball over there, no way I’m ever playing it. I would just move it and play it as if it’s like grounded repair. Okay, this was 7 months ago. So, this was pre- clubhouse, pre- renovation. You got to cut them some slack, everybody. This is truly the worst golf establishment I’ve ever seen. They close the driving range if it looks like it’s going to rain. Every other driving range in the area is open, but theirs really do. They even wash the balls and run out your regular basis or regular basis. Yeah. I mean, all the reviews seem to be fairly similar, but this was also pre- clubhouse renovation. So, I’m seeing these from like six or seven months ago, and I just can’t really Well, I guess this was 3 months ago, but I can’t really look at the ones that are long time ago and validate them with the fact that we’re just now out here. Uh, it’s drivable. 325 par4 dog leg left. This might be really good. Actually, it’s right at the pen. Probably be just short in the bunker. Get it up and down for a little birdie. it back to one over. All in all, guys, this course has very thoroughly impressed me. There is a chance that I don’t actually play the back n just because uh we came out here and there there are some groups in front of me now that I probably based off the time. Dude, here here’s one thing I got to ask the comments. This is Man, I don’t even think this is a hot take at this point. We got to get rid of daylight savings time, right? Am I crazy? I don’t know if I’m crazy. The problem is it gets dark at 5:45 at the latest now. It’s 3:45. We have 2 hours and based off of how long it’s taken me to play the last two holes. I’m on the green, by the way. I’m on the green. I’m on the green. I have an eagle putt. Oh my gosh, that was such a good drive. Actually, we got an eagle putt. But what do you think? Should we get rid of daylight savings time or keep daylight savings time? Cuz the fact that I won’t be able to finish this round kind of uh kind of sucks. I wanted to play all 18, but I don’t know. The course, it pleasantly surprised me. I’m going to give an overarching review here right at the end. I want to first list all the positives about this course. Genuinely top five clubhouse I’ve ever been into. It had a nice bar. It had a pool table. It had shuffle board. It had a full simulator room. And the service was actually really good. I mean, I felt like the employees were nice. Based off of all the reviews that I read online, I think maybe those people had a really bad day on the golf course and didn’t shoot very well, so decided they wanted to rage bait everybody and post some negative reviews. Positives all around. Clubhouse 10 out of 10. Um, there was actually a lot of trouble on the course, which made this a very tough driving course. Um, you had to be smart off the tea. There was a lot of water. The par five that I first played with the very tight layup, tough golf hole. Beyond that, uh, Ryder said there’s also some really cool water holes in the back n that I want to showcase. Hole number 18 apparently is a really cool hole out here. And hole number 10 as well. Uh, but all in all, I would say that was a lot of the positives. I think the greens were not great, but they were probably a little better than I expected. So then now I want to go through the negatives. Definitely a lot of dirt spots throughout the course and the rough. The grass had a bunch of random like weeds and areas that if you were to hit your ball, you could definitely get just a very interesting lie. So, the rough is very unpredictable and I will say the rough was some of the worst that I’ve seen in Dallas. So, that’s what I will have to admit. The fairways way more pure than I expected. The greens were a little bit bumpy, but nothing that I couldn’t handle. I feel like they’re rolling probably about a nine on the stent meter, maybe 10. All in all, for $42, I gotta say it’s a pretty good bang for your buck. Let me know in the comments down below. I want to hear everybody’s opinions on this place. I want to do more of these these episodes where I go to courses and I review them whether they’re like the best public course that we do or the worst course that we can find. So, because I came out to this course and I was pleasantly surprised noticing that it actually was not that bad of a course. And I would say I I would come back here and play with the boys off camera, you know, randomly if they wanted to do that. Let us know in the comments. Is there a course that you guys want to see us go play? It has to be the worst course you’ve ever seen. I want comments. I want a DM giving me proof that this course is like the worst thing ever. That’s going to be also one of our new goals. We’re going to try and find the worst possible golf course in America in America. We’re obviously trying to play the best public courses, but we also want to try and play the worst. So, let us know in the comments. We’re trying to play the best public course in each state, but we also want to start playing the worst worst public courses that we can find. Here we go. Let’s finish with an eagle to get it to even par. This would be quite the crazy finish. Oh, that was a pure putt, though. I got to say I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you guys for watching. Hit the subscribe button. We’ll see you guys. Peace. [Music]

  1. I might be wrong but hole 5 should be a par. If you hit a provisional it does not count as a shot and a stroke. If you don’t find the original ball you play the provisional plus a stroke but the provisional itself does not count as an extra shot. So he hit driver which is shot 1, then provisional which does not count as a shot as of yet. Then he went and searched for his ball and could not find it so he had to play the provisional which he hit to avoid stroke and play so he has a one stroke. So that is 3 from his second shot, chipped on the green 4 and putted in for 5

  2. You guys are so fancy, you going to a bad coarse isn't that bad. Dude BDS knows a bad coarse. . .just ask Joey! Hahaha

  3. You should play Sunset View in Delta UT it's the worse course in utah I play there every year for a family tournament

  4. I have a course for you that would definitely win the worst course in America, located in Azusa, CA. Only 9 holes (used to be 18, but they let them go), Azusa Greens golf course is as bad as playing in a World War-1 mine field. Clubhouse was remodeled but the customer service staff makes you think they were all hired from a parol board work release program. Greens have holes and fairways need an off road vehicle to cross not a cart.

  5. Tri county golf club in Teague, TX. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes not so much, but it’s my home course and they’re trying.

  6. The worst golf course is Stone River in Royse City. It’s an over priced cow pasture. You can hit the ball dead center of the fairway and lose your ball because it falls in a 5 foot crack in the ground.

  7. Everybody today was a team player at GM_golf. This is absolutely a top notch course with all the entertainment games! Garrett here's a real Worst Rated Course it is the perfect place for you to play? It's in Nevada, near Area 51 it's called "Pioche Golf Course". Take one of your favorite girls and let the game begin…..

  8. Thoughts on the condition of the course. A GOOD to BETTER greens keeper would/could make this course better than average,, by far, but it would take time,, a few seasons AND quite a financial investment. IF they could clean up those rough spots, and let a good greenskeeper do his or her thing,, they'd get those negative reviews to go away and bring up the volume of play. Obviously 'creeping' the price UP over time and number of players would recover their investment. Those drone shots of 10 and 18,, YES!!

  9. Go to Riverchase! It sucks. And it’s $70 on the weekend. Also, the staff is combative when pressed on the condition of the course. We were warned to be very careful on the paths as they are crumbling and indeed treacherous. Some fairways were standing water some were dry as a bone and had fissures in the earth. My ball actually fell into one after a great tee shot. Rumor has it’s up for sale.

  10. Try Dobson ranch in Mesa and don’t tell them you’re coming. The grass is always dead unless goodgood comes to town

  11. Here in Utah, we're finally getting rid of daylight savings time in 2026!! I honestly can't wait, & my dog can't either – he hasn't gotten his 4:00pm meal time right since the time change, plus he's out for the night at like, 8:00pm because of how long it's been dark.

  12. come out to deer run golf in tawakoni texas for another episode. definitely nothing crazy nice but would love to see you play.

  13. My brother in Christ. Concord Golf Course, Chattanooga TN. $23/round with cart. Tee boxes are hard af. Greens are just low cut lawns. A true nightmare and yall should check reviews.
