forget golfing on the greens imagine golfing on the whites umanak golf course is easily fitting the bill for the world’s most unique sports venues part two umanock is a tiny town with basically only a thousand people in it in the middle of greenland the world ice golf championship takes place here in temperatures that can get as low as minus 58 degrees fahrenheit it is 370 miles north of the arctic circle and players have to cope with freezing glaciers huge icebergs and it really gives a new meaning to finding the rough of course a winner is lifted atop a traditional dog sled after the victory would you even want to play here
